The meds come PREFILLED, but when I went in to pick up my meds, I'm told it'd be 30-45 minutes--to GRAB TWO FREAKIN BOXES!!! I only use Walgreens for two meds only because my local pharmacy doesn't carry those two. I generally don't leave reviews especially with these large corporations because what difference does it make to them if they lose my business. They'll be ten more people to take my place. That's sad because it allows unprofessional, unethical, and undesirable behavior from employees. I genuinely HATE giving any money to Walgreens. It doesn't matter which one it is. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!!! Buy local as much as you can. Don't give your money to these terrible companies that have forgotten what customer service is supposed to be. I am always kind and friendly, and I know that the customer is NOT always right! As a former employee in the customer service industry, it disgusts me the way these people behave! I found out through my neighbor. I called and asked for prescription to be refilled and asked for this service. They delivered next day for FREE. All these times I waited in the slow drive thru. Why don't they advertise this amazing service. The USPS delivers next day. My neighbor stated he has been using this service for the last two years. No more waiting in slow slow drive thru. Now delivered for free by NEXT DAY by USPS. I was just about to switch to Kroger Pharmacy. Amazing
