They had a script for blood pressure meds for 10 days and failed to tell me they are out of the medication and no clue when they will have it. they want me to call other pharmacies and find whi has it and they will transfer it. well, they just lost my business. I think these workers are overworked and underpaid, but that's no reason to be rude! I pick up medication for my Mom all the time, I have experienced some nice workers, but the lady today was so rude and disrespectful to me when I'm just asking a question and trying to figure out why they only gave my Mom 15 pills instead of the usual 90 pills for her refill. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and when I got to the front of the line someone inside had taped a sign in the window that the drive through was not working and to go inside. Inside the line was about a dozen people long. I'm finding a different pharmacy. read more

Came here for flu shot with an appointment at 7 and now is 7:20 and not even checked in. They are crazy busy here. When I asked should I book another appointment and one lady yelled at me said she has been waiting for 45 mins. Temporarily closed overnight due to a staffing shortage - sigh - real bummer when you actually need a pharmacy at 1:00 in the morning.

Everyone at the store is vey nice and great! The pharmacy is a little uncomfortable, there is a specific pharmacy tech, named Soliel(sp?) who is a little snarky. I've actually heard her laugh about quoting a customer higher costs than what the expected for medication. I am very easy going and will wait for anything, I mean I practice patience. I have no tolerance for employees who are speaking poorly of customers in front of other customers. It's almost as if this employee enjoys making customers feel bad and as a manager myself, I know I wouldn't want someone like that being the face of my company. Just wanted to share this because I usually have a good experience but lately this pharmacy technicians has made it a very uncomfortable situation for me. read more

I have great concerns over the pharmacists at this CVS. I had a prescription for a medicine from my doctor and they did not use his dosage on the package on the box of the prescription that CVS printed. They used half the dosage. I looked up the prescription on their system and they did it wrong. I went to talk to the pharmacist and he argued with me. He knew he made a mistake, but said it made no difference as the medicine would last for the 90 days that it should last. He missed the point, and kept arguing with me, and finally stopped talking to me. My husband was with me and we talked about how disrespectful he was. Somehow, this pharmacist did not think he was wrong, by putting the wrong dose information that did not match the dr prescription on the box provided to the customer. He should lose his license. And he needs a lesson in respect and customer service. He was the male Asian pharmacist at this store. He is terrible and should not be allowed to continue doing this job. Very unhappy. Walgreens never treated us like this nor did they make mistakes like this and then deny it. Horrible. It is pretty basic for a pharmacist to following a doctors dosage orders. read more

Went here for my moderna vaccine & there was at least 5 people in pharmacy and I sat there for almost 10 mins where it says "vaccine check in" just to not get anyone's attention. Once it was already past my appointment I decided to ask a lady on the phone at the register who can help me, she was very nice & told me this wasn't her normal store but still proceeded to help me check in. I felt like I was a bother to the staff when I made this appointment a week prior. Going to reschedule my 2nd dose to another cvs, don't recommend going. read more

Beware when using CVS pharmacies they will refill prescriptions without your approval. They continuously text you wanting to refill prescriptions and you reply NO. My wife stops to pick up a different prescription for me and they slip in the prescription I repeatedly refused to refill. When she tried to return it in the original unopened CVS bag and the pharmacist refused to take it back. Fortunately my insurance has relaxed their requirement that we only use CVS pharmacies. I will be going back to Kroger across the street where their prices are more reasonable and they appreciate your business and don't slip in unwanted refills. There have been reports of CVS pulling this crap across the country since 2015 so obviously it is a corporate scheme. Never will spend another dime at CVS! read more

I've been going to this store for 13 years. I could write volumes about my experience here. Most of the time, my experience is the same: park, go in, get what I need, pay too much, feel taken advantage of, then head out. The reason for the 2 star is two fold: the pharmacy experience specifically, and the prices in the store. The pharmacy: - open 24 hours, convenient - small operation physically - huge volume of customers, I mean a dump truck load of customers around the clock - small size + lots of customers = frustrating experience consistently - pharmacy sitting area is old, uninviting, and seems like a second hand thought so tired old farts like me don't have to stay. They could brighten this place up and make it less dank - not opposed to busy staff, but the poor pharmacy people are run ragged. Hard working, always on the max speed setting, it is like a war zone about half the time as they run pell mell against the clock to get as much done as quickly as possible to get to the next customer - the drive in. Oh the drive in. That window off to the side that always has some frazzled customer trying to get a transaction done as fast as possible and keep going with their lives. They need one full time member hired to work just the window instead of having the pharmacy staff multitask between the counter and the window - most of the time the staff are great, but as you can expect, we had a full blown melt down that I believe deserves mention. Actually, we didn't melt down, the pharmacist did. My wife came home shaking she was so upset. I can't fully say I understand what happened, but it was about as simple as she went in to get a prescription, something she said set some employee off behind the counter, and he chewed her behind out so bad she left the store in tears. She said even the staff stopped and stared he was so angry and yelling so bad. It was so bad, my wife and I received a phone call the next day from the same guy who was quite humble and apologetic to both my wife and I. Even though I wasn't there, he wanted to apologize to me. He essentially said he had no excuse, simply lost it, and knew he had messed up really bad. Can't say I've been in many places where we have to wonder if the people are going to explode at us. I do give him credit for calling, but it left a really really really bad taste in our mouths. - I believe the above happened because the staff work so hard, are pushed so hard, staffed poorly, and put in a physically small container to service a huge number of people. I understood this for a while, watching Keller grow the last 13 years. At some point, CVS needs to suck it up and double the size of the pharmacy, more staff, and allow it to operate at a much cooler temperature, so to speak. - did I mention they are open 24 hours? That's the good part and the reason I stay with them. I work odd hours, need the convenience. If they were open normal business hours, I would never step foot in this place again. Prices: - because of the pharmacy, I find myself standing in a small store realizing I need to pick up x, y, and z. - I have to have a card to get discounts. I abhor the card system. - I suspect CVS knows that people are captive audiences due to the pharmacy - I believe they take advantage of their captive audience, appeal to convenience, and stick it to us price-wise. They do NOT have to do this, but choose to do this. Here's a couple of examples from today: - The same exact bag of Blue Diamond Almonds at Kroger (not a cheap store) is $3 less at Kroger than at this place - the same exact bag of starbucks coffee is $4 less at Albertsons. Yes I could make a separate stop, but choose to pay more because I'm tired and have 20 minutes to wait for a prescription. well, you get the idea. I go ahead and pay the price difference just for the time savings, but find myself a bit frustrated every time. Yes I could go elsewhere, but YES CVS could charge more mainstream prices with local venders instead of sticking it to the captive audience who is tired and willing to pay a lot more. Frustrating to me. Overall the store is clean and the staff friendly. Pharmacy understaffed, physically too small, and the prices are so far off the chart it hurts. read more

Horrible pharmacy drive through service. Slow slow slow. Anytime day or night. Unorganized.

This pharmacy is extremely incompetent! Although they will text so far in advance to fill your script. When the simple task of of receiving a new "override" higher dosage script they will kit identify the simple change and will continue to fill the previous "prior" script then tell you you have to get an override from your insurance company for their incompetence. Very frustrating! Especially when their are so many other pharmacy choices! read more

This is 2019 and the most racist bullshit is happening to me. Online day after day when something happens to a person of color it's said we should do this or follow this. Well I'm trying to pick up money via money gram and the manager said the store doesn't have cash. Not buying that one. But no voice raised and no anger. Just a review and I'll definitely take something that shouldn't even be an issue further. I have my ID which is current and the number needed for the transaction. I went in the store to check on a product they usually carry...Staff was just standing around in front of the store talking and doing nothing..I walked up and asked if they had the product anymore...The Supervisor informed me if its not on the shelf we dont carry it..I asked if it would be available again and he laughed and said how would he know..?? I have visited many pharmacies across the country on a monthly basis. Without a doubt, this is the best of the lot. Friendly and professional staff, clean store, convenient location, and 24 hour pharmacist to top it off! If you have a question or even an issue with your doctor about a prescription, they will go above and beyond and assist any way they can. This pharmacy is the one I measure all others against. read more

It's a shame this one experience is what's pulling this review down. The other visits I've had at this CVS have been nice and the customer service is a high average... MOST of the time. What really pulls this review down is when I called in to the "24 hour" pharmacy and asked if they had a Minute Clinic, the pharmacist or pharm tech, Maro, answered the phone and said no, they didn't have one. I asked if he knew of a CVS nearby that has a Minute Clinic, he paused and said that I could find that information out online. I was a little surprised that that was the answer I got, but I figured, well maybe there's no way for him to see... I don't know. I didn't think much of it. That same morning, I called in for a prescription to be filled and he said that I'd have to give him 30-45 minutes, at 8:00am, because he said when he looked it up that it wasn't in stock, so he'll have to see if they have it. Suspicious, because of the previous phone conversation I had with him, I decided to go into the store before 8:00 because I needed the antibiotics. He was the only one working at the pharmacy and I swear when he saw me, he looked down at his watch, as if his shift was almost over... and I was right, it was almost over because the other pharmacists came in as he was talking to me. I told him what I came in there for and asked the pharmacist who had just walked in if they had any of that antibiotic and the pharmacist said YES, it's right here, while he grabs a giant bottle of it from a bottom shelf. Maro, who had obviously been too lazy to look up my order and fill it and was just waiting for someone else to do it after his shift, finally filled my order, all before 8:00. He was very personable and not rude at all, but very deceiving as he lied to me when I asked him to fill my prescription over the phone. That experience was bad enough to knock off 3 stars. All the other times, have been quite pleasant for a pharmacy. read more

Good place could use some work be more organized. Kinda dirty and dusty place just seems like employees should take care of the outside also.
