Pharmacy employees are rude and condescending. I would not recommend this pharmacy. Last month they wanted to charge me $350 for my monthly meds. I questioned the price and they went back to the computer and changed the prices. It was $90. This was not the first time this has happened. What if they are doing this to an elderly person and that person pays the incorrect amount? This is just one example. I have many more. Bottom line, use a different pharmacy. read more

Three days ago I picked up my prescriptions at the drive thru. When I got home I opened the bags and found one bottle had about 20 pills in it and no label on the bottle.Today I went into the pharmacy all told them what happened. They did not believe me and would not replace the pills I didn't get. I am getting ready to take a month long trip to Europe. I need these pills. They refilled my prescriptions and CHARGED me again. Bad, bad, bad! Poor customer service. Closed drive through during open hours. Hours and even days and weeks to get a prescription. I am 57 years old and have never been treated with so much disrespect. From the pharmacist down. They refuse to order any manufacturer specific medications. They leave incoming phone calls on hold for over an hour commonly. My advice, if at all possible...go somewhere else. I am in a unique situation. My prescription company, Express Scripts ( through American Airlines), demands that I use cvs. All others are out of network. Ugh! Good luck and be well! read more

I am not sure why they were short staffed when I went there last Friday but the guy in front of me had to wait 90 minutes to get his medication and he really needed it. Calling them didn't work as they didn't even pick up the phone, so why even offering it? I chatted with the other people that were waiting and several had to wait for an hour to get needed medication because for some reason on a Friday after work when everyone gets refills, they were short staffed. Now if you want fast service use the drive through as while the front desk people did all kind of things, the one at the drive through only did the drive through and noting else. If this one person would have also at times worked the front desk, everything would have been great especially for the people that where standing as in a car you have no problems sitting and waiting for 5 minutes while some people can't stand in line for another 5 minutes. I got what I needed but so many others had to wait for so long, this is absolutely not ok and a mismanagement from the supervisor. Treat drive through and in store customers the same way or people will just go somewhere else where they are treated better. I hope someone in management actually reads that as they are the ones that broke the system. So long story short, if you call and nobody picks up within the 20 minutes I waited in the phone before I went there, don't go and find a better pharmacy. read more

The service has gone down hill drastically in the passed year! We transferred to CVS due to the employees and service years ago. I'm so sorry that we did because at this point... the store barely functions and no ones cares to please the customers. Sad, sad, sad. We will no longer use this store for anything. read more

The worst pharmacy I have ever used the app says the prescription has been filled when you get there the drive-through is closed most of the time because there are only 2 to 3 people behind the pharmacy counter when you go to pick up your prescription even though it says it has been ready for two or more days they say it's being processed and will take 20 minutes The line for the pharmacy is most always four or more Deep sometimes as many as 10 customers waiting. my drug company requires our use CVS if not I would never step in the store again I have you CVS pharmacies at other locations and never ever had these kind of problems. I have talk to the store manager and the regional manager and corporate CVS over the past eight months nothing has been done if I could right below one star I would. read more

The only reason i gave this a one star is because there is nothing lower to select from on this site. When stopped to pick up a prescription sent in by doctor, was told there were two instead of one. They stated a twenty letter Latin name and I made the mistake of saying okay "I guess?" When they were handed to me, I noticed one was a pain killer of which I do not use. I told them that I did not want this item and was told once I said okay that it was a done deal. The individual I was dealing with got another person of equal savvy to state the same. I knew better as this was first time in years that I had gone there on instead of Walgreens. Will not make this error again and suggest everyone else to do the same. Went to this store today to get my 87 year old mother a covid 19 booster. The only reason we chose CVS was because they had a sign on the door stating that the vaccine was available, and walk ins welcome. My mother who has a heart condition and has some trouble walking was told you have to go on line and make an appointment. make an I explained to the young man that it impossible since my mother does to have internet at her house, I also said they had a sign out side which said walk in welcome, I also showed them a picture of the sign. They replied with a very uncaring attitude that the corporate headquarters made them put up the sign, they were short of vaccines and I had to make an appointment on line. I returned to my car called their corporate headquarters, and told them the story, I also asked if they were really short of vaccine , they replied no they had plenty. The customer service rep said she would relay my complaint to the higher ups, and transferred me to a representative who helped us get an appointment that day. How many other 87 year old widows are out there that haven't gotten the vaccination because of attitudes like this. Shame on CVS Pharmacy. They only positive thing I would say about my experience at CVS is the young lady that gave my mother the shot was about about the friendliest person alive, can't see why she stays there. read more

the folks here are affable and helpful, but I have had delays and mix-ups. I wish they would utilize the web-site for easy refills and information but one of the clerks told me she wasn't very good with computers...ay carramba. I think it would make running the dept. easier for everyone. read more

This Pharmacy just can't seem to get it together. They are always short staffed and cannot fill prescriptions rapidly. My dr called in a script mid day, I called at 3:15 they said it would be ready by 4:30. My husband stopped to pick it up at 5:30 and still wasn't even ready. If u go to the drive thru hope u have at least 30 min. Inside is no better, 1 guest in front of me. Took 20 min to get my script that was ready. As for the store they deserve more credit bc it is nice and organized and you can check out there speedy however I will be transferring my file out if there to a pharmacy that has less waits and more friendly staff. read more

The pharmacy is awful. They don't communicate with you about your prescriptions or any delays. They also lied and told me they couldn't transfer a prescription when they could. I won't give them any more business. It put me through the hassle of having to call my doctor and send in a new script elseware. read more

Walgreens pharmacy in Kerrville absolutely drove me out the door with their attitude at the counter and never having adequate quantities on hand to fill scripts. Everything is so nice and well run at CVS that it is the best drug store I have ever used. read more
