I love this CVS. Everyone at the pharmacy is incredibly nice. I have gotten my prescriptions here for years, but what really impressed me is how smoothly getting vaccinated went. This is the second time I've been in public in the last year, and the person who gave my shot was reassuring about my social anxiety. Just wonderful people. read more

I was in the store and the guy up front had 8 people in line. I go to the back to check out and inform them he needs help up front and the attitude I got was that's not my problem. Today I have to drop off a script and 1 was called in by the doctor. I was told 30 minutes I come back in 45 minutes and I'm told it is still not done and now I'm waiting once again. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would but luckily for the store, I can't so congrats on 1 star at least. The workers here at the front desk are extremely rude and unapproachable. Think I'll drive the extra half mile up the road to Walgreens because at least they greet you with a hello instead of a nasty look. read more

By far the worst cvs location I've ever visited. I live in lake Orion and use them for my medications. The drive thru window service is a disaster. Expect to wait at least 30 min for service. People are usually lined up 8-10 cars deep. There is zero sense of urgency and when you finally make it to the window, you're met with someone that has an attitude. The 1 star reviews are extremely exaggerated. Most of the employees here are actually super nice and helpful and their hours are great. I mean- its just a convenience store.. if you have huge customer service expectations while shopping for shampoo and toilet paper, thats a you problem. I've never had any issues while shopping here and its always my first choice when I need something quickly. read more

We love our local CVS pharmacy. WHY? Let me count the ways: #1 - they are open 24 hours a day. #2 - the pharmacists and techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and they really do care (its true!) #3 - the pharmacy employees really ARE a part of the community (maybe that's why they care!) #4 - I love earning extra bucks from stuff I gotta buy every month anyway! #5 - I can order digital prints online and pick them up at my convienience - YAY! #6 - Did I mention they're open 24 hours???? #7 - way close to home, very convienient to run through on our way out, or on our way in. #8 - we have 24 hour pharmaceutical support just one phone call away! our pharmacists always address our questions completely, and take the time to understand our concerns - not just give us info to shut us up and usher us off the phone or past the register. #9 - I love to buy chocolate here. If you are shopping, yes, most things are overpriced - but it's a drug store - not Wal-Mart! #10 - when we bring our dogs, they get treats too! read more

If you value your time, and your life, do not use CVS pharmacy to fill your scripts. They are careless and unprofessional, After many years of being a LOYAL customer, I have forgiven (even though no apology was made) for many mistakes...two of them being life threatening, and one I finally had to call the police and file a report for "missing" medication. They are very careless about filling highly controlled narcotics, and have given me the wrong amount or the wrong dosage on many occasions. They continually blame the doctor and take NO responsibility even when the mistakes have been proven to be their fault. read more
