So please be forewarned that this place definitely keeps weird hours! But finally, I was walking past it one day and had to do a double take because I found it to be open and I eagerly went in! I love that this place actually does contain a pharmacy in the back of the store! It's located right on the corner of Main and Fourth, so it's truly in such prime location and essentially is the heart of downtown Rochester! Hence why it's additionally so mystifying to me that they're never open on evenings and weekends it seems or during any special events that happen frequently in the downtown area. But nonetheless, Lytle is super cute! It's filled to the brim with all kinds of unique tchotchkes and other unique offerings for all kinds of people in your life -- kids, gardeners, those who love hosting and entertaining, etc. The goodies they have aren't super high end, but what they lack in quality they make up for in uniqueness, as there are a lot of things here that I have never seen carried anywhere else. It's definitely a cute store and on the more affordable end for anyone looking to go somewhere for gifting inspiration. I just hope you can catch them while they are open!

They have taken great care of our family for years and are nothing but efficient, supportive, there to answer questions, affordable, quick and reliable - all the things that CVS isn't. We will be sure that our doctors don't mistakenly send RXs to CVS again. The recent issue with CVS points to what a difference there is between community and corporate pharmacies. Notre Dame takes care of customers like family - the opposite of corporate CVS, which makes it nearly impossible to talk to someone by phone and in our case hung up on our doctor's office as they tried to explain the how to correct the mistake CVS pharmacy had made. I have no doubt Notre Dame would never employ such unprofessional, uncaring people. Can't recommend Notre Dame Pharmacy enough.

The store is clean, organized and the staff that I've encountered is always friendly. Self check-out employees are are super friendly also. This location has recently added 6 more self check lanes. I've never had a long wait checking out, not even on the weekends but now the small wait is even less with more lanes added. What I love most about this location is the many managers special sections. I've scored so many amazing mark down it's truly like hitting the grocery lottery! Check out my pictures for all the fabulous finds. My favorite discount was when I found 4oz of smoked salmon pastrami for only $1.99! This stuff is regular price $8.49 and I got it for under $2! Yes, I cleared the cooler and bought all 4 packages they had. This location is awesome for some deep discounts. For that reason, along with the friendly employees and quick checkout, I'll continue to come here weekly, if not more. I'd like to shout out to the meat guys Dale and Robert. Do not go to this pharmacy if you are being treated with any type of pain medication. The…read morepharmacist will treat you like a drug seeker and will question the quantity of the prescription your doctor has prescribed; he will express his personal opinion that it's a large quantity in a very judgmental tone without even knowing your medical background and why the medication is appropriate for you. Unlike every other pharmacy that allows you to pick-up your medication at 28 days, he makes you wait a full 30 days and speaks to you in a very condescending manner. I suffer from Lupus, Psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia. I am under the care of a Rheumatologist, Primary care physician and a chronic pain doctor. I have been under their care for almost 20 years. My 3rd month of attempting to get my medication filled, the pharmacist called and told me that he was out of my medication and had no idea when he would get any supply restocked. It's bad enough to try to hold a full-time job, take care of my kids and get through the day with these conditions, I don't need to be made to feel like a criminal by a uncompassionate pharmacist who on top of that feels it's appropriate to withhold my medications. Just awful
