As a mom with 6 kids, this place has become part of my regular shopping routine. I often shop their weekly deals, as they have some really good ones. Just this last week they were running clamshells of strawberries for only $.99 each! Wow! During the week I stopped here twice and bought a total of 12 strawberries. They were huge and juicy and super delicious! GFS has become a staple for bulk items like hotdogs and hamburgers, for BBQs and parties during the spring and summer months. Huge trays of macaroni and cheese, big vats of pickles, tubs of ice creams, jugs of barbecue sauce, 5lb trays of gyro meat and huge bags of frozen fluffy Greek pitas are just a few items that I've purchased on more than a few occasions. GFS literally has everything you need for bulk item shopping, which saves you money in the long run. They have produce, meat (fresh and frozen), seafood, dairy, deli items either already pre sliced or bulk items that they will slice for you. They have a great international selection, cases of beverages including energy drinks, pop, water, and even Jarritos! What I love most about GFS is their huge selection of disposable products. Lots of different size containers, plates, cups, condiment containers and those little paper boats to serve nachos. I come to Gordon Food store for all my party supply needs. They has have cleaning supplies and kitchen items. Don't forget, this is the place to get your catering trays, racks and sterno cans to keep your hot foods hot. Last summer I threw a graduation party for my son for 109 people most of the food and supplies to throw him a huge graduation bash came from GFS. I made lamb gyro pitas, Italian sausage and peppers, Italian party subs, pigs in a blanket, burgers and hotdogs, chicken wings- all of which came from GFS! The food was a huge hit! I love that they are opened 7am-8pm Monday-Saturday, and are open on Sundays too 9am-6pm. Makes for great shopping 7 days a week. They employees are always helpful and friendly. GSF offers a great 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with any purchase, simply bring it back for a full refund. In all the years that I've shopped at GFS, I have only had to return one thing that I didn't care for. It was a hassle free return with a full refund. Keep that in mind if you're hesitant to shop here. I highly recommend Gordon's. If you've never shopped here- check them out!

Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace is My nearby and Go to store for many things from Fresh Produce, Flowers, Ready House Made Meals to Go, Popcorn, Handmade Croutons, Salsas, Wines and their decadent desserts to name a few of My favorites shopping items! This weekend was their Strawberry Sale .99 cents for a 1 # package, Garlic Bread for $1.99 and Mini Bay Scallops $8.99# that were fresh and easy to sauteed and bread bake. Upon Walking in the store stop and view the History Story of the Strawberry and trademark of Nino Salvaggio. Get your photo taking within the two cute figure Strawberry Statues. :-) Photos attached There's a cooler too with strawberry items on sale as well. The premade meals to go are reasonable price or weekly specials help shoppers plan their meals as well. During the holidays and sales they will email you the specials of the week so sign up for emails and then a customer will receive the special rewards price and also add to your Rree membership. In their newsletter will be the specials, recipes, and a story about a sale item which is good! The Bakery is always stocked with single rolls, 4 or 6 packs or dozen. Refrigerated desserts, shelf desserts or see Ann in the Bakery to order My favorite, single cannolis, eclairs, cream puffs or creme brulee treats. There's iskes of wine labeled by flavor to assist and liquor behind the counter. I shop here for Single or 6 packs of POLISH Beer is unbelievable! The pre-made soups, salads, pizza, pastas, and other meals are worth the taste after baking at home. I enjoyed the clam chowder soup this Friday the 27th and Saturday the 28th of - 2 pints. The chowder had Great flavor like at a restaurant They even sell Safe Pet Calcium Chloride for the snow in the winter months along with different needed items outside the store under the building such as Spring Flowers, Fall Flowers and Holiday Items. The store areas are always clean and plenty of employees working hard to assist you when you have a question or looking for a item. Its a Family business where customers are treated as family too! Prices are slightly higher than grocery stores but its all about the hard work in cleaning, cutting and preparing the specialty meals, dishes, party trays, ready to bake entrees is what matters by freshness and packaging from the employees that enjoy their jobs here at Nino's. So Congratulations Aldi for another successful supermarket and A One Year Anniversary! This location offers: Curbside Side Pickup and Delivery. To name a few popular necessities they stock Organic food and products along with Great Produce and a variety selection of Frozen Items. The store is located near Five Below & Ashley Furniture stores. Hours: Monday through Sunday 9 AM - 8 PM... Closed on Holidays Love the Self Scan & Check Out and Helpful Employees and Manager who are always buzzing around stocking and working hard. The store is clean and items are a great value. There are two center aisles stocked with Seasonal clothing, toys, snacks, candy, housewares and holiday gifts when available throughout the year. Make sure you check out these areas weekly for something new on their shelves and "Happy You" will be to add it in your basket of shopping and saving money at Aldi. Everything from fruits to veggies to packaged foods looked fresh and we did purchase quite a few things. Since we usually shop at Nino Salvaggios, (which we really like a lot) it was an easy comparison between the two. Randazzos carries a lot of products that Nino's doesn't and vice versa. So it was nice picking up some foods that Nino's doesn't have. One thing that stands out not only here, but anywhere is the friendliness of cashiers (or lack of). Nino's cashiers are time and time again much friendlier and something as simple as that is what a customer remembers and keeps them coming back since it's the last interaction with the store as they exit. I may still shop here occasionally though because it's closer to home, but it won't be my first choice.

I'm the biggest proponent of shop small, shop local and while this store is about an hour from me, it's only 8 minutes from my boyfriend's house so I can shop here and take it home when I head back there. Frooneys in Capac is a gem of a grocery store.
