We stopped by after having been to another CVS in the area. My husband gets their discount coupons and there were a couple things I needed. I was happy to find that they had both of the things I wanted (unlike the other store) and one item was on sale. Plus with the coupons for being a loyalty customer, we were able to apply even more of a discount to what we were purchasing. Woohoo! The store was not busy when we stopped in. Just a few other customers browsing. Everything was fairly neat and organized. Plus they had a lot of inventory. Check out was fast and easy. The guy at the cashier was pleasant and efficient. Made a fast stop at this CVS today to pick up a cold drink and a gift card for a gift swap. I found what I needed and headed to the check out. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I saw a sign for postage stamps and asked if I could have a book. He said he needed to call the manager to help with my transaction. The manager quickly rang up my stamps - much faster than the post office! Both gentlemen thanked me and wished me a nice afternoon. Like most CVS stores, this location is rather tired looking inside and in need of renovation. The somewhat dim lighting gives off old department store bargain basement vibes back in the day! Surely CVS can update its stores to look more cheery especially as its customers are shopping for products dealing with health treatments and wellness. The two employees who assisted me made this visit a pleasant experience but the interior was a little depressing. read more

I went here to buy an item for my husband before going to my daughter's volleyball game. No one asked me if I needed help. No one greeted me. Things were not in an orderly fashion. Horrible service, waiting in the drive up pharmacy line for 20 mins, I was the only car and watched the pharmacist inside help 6+ people and not once attempt to help me. I just had a procedure done and it was hard to walk or else I would have gone inside. I was pressing the button and honked too. Then finally went inside and she was extremely rude. Horrible service. I had to pick up one prescription. There was no one in line through the drive-through and there was misleading signs so I went to the sign and said full service assuming full service meant they do everything I just need a prescription to be picked up on the right side. Some other car started pull up I go to the window. The woman asked me if I'm doing a Covid test I said no I'm just picking my prescription she was no sorry I can't help you. This is only for Covid testing I was floored. I had to get back around the drive-through behind NOW 4 other cars that pulled in to pick up a prescription. Horrible customer service! I was told to pick up a prescription on Thursday. Thursday I drove there and they said its on order and will be there Friday. Friday I'm told Saturday. Saturday I drive there again and I'm told Monday. I still have no prescription from this location. Never again ! Publix is reliable and considerate, as they will call you with any issues or delays. CVS never called to say the prescription was out of stock and not available. Instead they continuously wasted my time driving there daily and assuring me it will be there the next day, although it never was. Save your time and energy by avoiding CVS! The pharmacy staff here is very hard working. They have customer service and more importantly consistent accuracy with drugs while dealing with less than kind patients. I hope people in this area give this staff a little more grace because this pharmacy has kept many of us healthy during this time. Corporate needs to adjust the staffing to accommodate everyone, instead of having 3 people work at a time to cut costs (which is a liability) That is why the wait can be astronomical during certain times. read more

I waited for 50 minutes to get tested for COVID-19 and the flu. I will never return to this location again.

If I could give this CVS store a minus 100 I would. Manager accused me of stealing eye drops after I purchased them and other items and the drops were not inside the carton when I opened them at home. When I went to to demand my eye drops the manager said that I probably stole them. I was totally embarrassed at such accusation. I have never been accused of anything of that nature. Go to another pharmacy if you can. This CVS is out of stock on a lot of basic items. Today I went for baby benedryl and cortisone cream. There were no baby benedryls on the shelf and the only cortisone cream I could find was maximum strength which I didn't want. I wanted regular strength. Anyway I grabbed a bag of cough drops and headed to the cashier. When I saw all the customers in line, I left the cough drops and went to Walgreen's where I found everything I needed. read more

Customer service is not their specialty in the pharmacy. I have been waiting for a prescription since 11 this a.m. now 3:45. I called at 1 to find out they did not have it in stock and they asked if I wanted them to call other CVS stores for me. Strange question. They sent it to another store and gave them an incorrect phone number. If my dr hadn't called I would still be waiting. New store will have it ready after 4:30. Thanks for caring CVS. read more
