When trying to apply a manufacturers coupon to my RX, Chris was unable to apply the coupon. When I called back and interacted with a woman (maybe Alyssa or karissa can't remember exactly) she was extremely helpful and got my coupon applied. It was then fast and easy to pick up my RX later that day and be charged the price quoted to me over the phone once my coupon was applied. Because it was my first time at the pharmacy I did have to engage in a brief review of the medication with the pharmacist but that was quick and easy.
