This 7-11 just made a huge comeback!!! I've been coming in here arbitrarily off and on for the last couple years and the shelves were always nearly empty. Not today. Looked like a brand new store tonight! I was thoroughly surprised to see milk!!! Glad to know I can get it here after midnight. They now also offer store-brand milk in gallons and smaller bottles. After doing some research on 7-Select milk, it's just Oak Farms in a different container. And to top it off, the gentlemen working tonight were super friendly, while they were also very clearly working their butts off! Keep it up guys! I'm coming back! read more

Store manager the white bald guy started being super unprofessional about trying to buy beer but i am over the age and so was everyone around and refused to sell the beer. The next customer bought beer but did not even get id. He also refused to give us a receipt and his real name. I will be contacting corporate. read more

This store location has a severe problem with proper customer service as well as false advertisement for promotions that they do not honor. As much as I hate this store I have to go there time from time because its the only 24-7 location in the area I live in unless I want to drive to the location at 2222 and 620 which is inconvenient because of the distance it is from my home. Every time I go to this store I have some kind of issue unless I deal with one of the two employees that know how to treat customers. There is one cashier that works at this location that is an extremely rude jerk named Jugal that I have issues with and today I got to meet the new manager named Sue (don't know if she is new or how long she has been there because there is always a new manager) and I was extremely upset about the situation I had to deal with. Multiple times depending on who is working I have had to fight tooth and nail for them to honor the promotion that states ANY SIZE BIG GULP for .99 cents. Once again its a big sign above the condiment stand that says ANY SIZE BIG GULP FOR .99 CENTS. Now NOWHERE on this sign does it state that this doesn't include the super big gulp which is the size I usually buy because of the promotion. Some of the employees know how to read I suppose because they honor this promotion when I go to buy this product but others such as Jugal and the manager Sue will argue with you that it does not include the super big gulp because that is not a big gulp which makes absolutely no sense because it says big and bold on the cup BIG GULP. So its not a big gulp even though it says big as all hell on the cup BIG GULP. Help me make sense out of this because the promotion clearly states ANY SIZE BIG GULP for .99 cents. Anyhow as I tried to purchase the above stated product for the promotion price I had an argument with both Jugal and Sue about this issue and we even walked to the promotion sign above the condiment stand and I showed them what the sign says and once again as I stated no where on the sign does it say that it does not include the super big gulp. I should have taken a picture but I was so upset I left the candy I wished to purchase as well as the drink I wanted to purchase and walked out so the situation did not get escalated because at that point both Jugal and Sue where yelling at me stating the a super big gulp is not a big gulp at all even though it says it on the cup big gulp and it clearly does not say anywhere on the promotion sign anything about not including the super big gulp. So all I can say is that I would advise anyone I know in person as well as social media about what a terrible convenient store this is due to the terrible employees , minus the two good ones, as well as the terrible management and the false advertisement that does not honor their promotions. I recommend to anyone to take the extra time to spend their money elsewhere because this store does not deserve a dime much less a penny or anyone's time because of the management, rude customer service from employee's like Jugal as well as promotions that are not honored. They've got some pretty good tacos in the morning. I usually stop and get 2 for breakfast. Usually during the week they have a long line at the register, but they move pretty quickly and get you out the door and on your way. One weird thing is the egg rolls in the morning. All in all, I give them a thumbs up. read more

I've lived in this neighborhood and have frequented this spot for almost 20 years. The folks that work behind the counter have treated me and my children with nothing but kindness and respect. They remember and recognize us and it always feel welcoming. There have been so many times that one of the clerks went way out of their way to make my kiddos feel special and recognized. Recently my youngest said- "it's good to know there are still such nice people out there". He's 10yo, "out of the mouth of babes comes the truth"... That is human decency at it's core, and it's authentic. These are hard working real people. This location is always hoppin'. The lines are long sometimes, usually because there is only one cashier available. That is a corporate/ management issue, not at all a reflection on the person behind the counter. I've seen the clerks getting yelled at, mocked, or blamed. I've never seen a clerk get testy unless someone legit had it coming. It's always a pleasure to see Robin, who works night shift. Someone mentioned Paris being purposefully slow (for some reason?). I see his demeanor as calm, keeping himself collected, "mumbling to self" I heard this as thinking out loud like if you are reminding yourself of a task like changing out the receipt paper. And the morning shift ladies, I don't remember specific names but they are always such dears! Taking an extra minute to get your order correct despite 10 people are in line behind you. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. Refused service to a disabled veteran just trying to get water to take his medication. Went in at 12:30 am just passing through. The cashiers immediately attacked us for a parking in a front row parking spot when a delivery was due (delivery wasn't there when we parked) and for being a disabled veteran using said handicap space and then refused us service. Apparently the two who were working were named "none-ya business". I definitely recommend you take your money up the road. read more

Used to be Speedy Stop on Yelp but has been a 7-Eleven for quite a while (little less than a year) so I felt obliged to share a recent review here. More than a gas station/convenience store. Just discovered their made-to-order breakfast tacos last week and swear I've had them almost everyday since (bad I know, but I do put Chia seed on them to they're "healthy") Egg with choice of bacon, sausage, or ham and pico and/or cheese. The flour tortillas appear to be hand made, eggs are fluffy, and these things are served wrapped in foil stuffed full and piping hot. My most frequent choice is egg & bacon w/ pico all for $2.36! WARNING: They do sell out of some selections early in the a.m. especially on weekdays. I was happily surprised to see they had tacos today (Sunday)! Yea! Yum! An added bonus is how super nice all of the employees are! read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I went in to the gas station stood in line and ordered food, went to get coffee. I heard someone yelling about wearing a mask across the store. I don't wear one for medical reasons and it's clearly stated in the order about medical conditions and wearing a mask. This lady proceeded to make hand gestures, tell me she doesn't care about the ADA ( Americans with disabilities act) and to get out of the store as she was grabbing my food out of my hands. She said if you have a medical condition you should just stay home, we don't care here. I have pity for her as clearly she is a miserable human being and obviously is not a happy person in general. She should definitely not be allowed to interact with the public. I've already called corporate and will follow this to the top. If one of my employees acted this way they would be let go, period. read more

This place is terrible. My girlfriend and her friend, who are both 22 years old and legal buyers in Texas, tried to go in and purchase alcohol. My girlfriend has a temporary ID since hers was stolen and they wouldn't sell to her. They came out to my truck and the employees watched them go out and see me go in and they refused to serve me and were very rude. These employees should be more worried about doing something useful with their life rather then taking the energy to do all of this and denying legal drinkers alcohol because of a temporary ID. Don't go here ever. I would leave 0 stars if that were possible. read more

An employee named Paris is horrible and should be fired. He is purposely slow and smirks to himself as he causes long lines. This is the worst 7-11 I've ever been to. Long lines constantly and employees ignoring customers and being rude. They need to either fire everyone or do some serious training. There never seems to be a manager there and everyone in the constant lines are complaining or they just walk out. 7-11 corporate needs to visit and I've already contacted them. read more

It works ok, gas prices were good, easy access in and out. Clean today and in and out in a flash! Recommend checking this place out.

Went in for gas and water. Manager said they were out of water but if I had cash, he could sell me a case out of his trunk for 7$. So I canceled the whole order and the little skinny fella that was behind the counter, was talking trash to me as I was walking out the door. To my back. I let it go. But I'll be dammed if I EVER use 7-11 again. We used to fill up there with all 5 trucks every day and refill the ice chest in each truck in the morning. I'll be taking our business else where and cancelling the cards we have for this store. Absolutely the trashiest convenient store service I've ever had in all my 43 years of life. read more

I liked it when it was speedy shop. They have 3 registers but only 1 cashier there most of the time. Cashiers are rude and not friendly. Pay at the pump sometimes work and some times don't. When it doesn't you guest how much gas you need and pay at the the register. If you guest too much and need a refund you head back to the register in that long line for a refund. This is probably the busiest 7-11 that I ever seen. Toooo bad they don't have enough cashier to meet the demand. Poor management I suppose. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you've never had to deal with the HORRID red headed cashier woman at this gas station you should genuinely consider yourself to have a very privileged life. This woman has ZERO customer service skills and openly will yell at customers. I saw it happen to somebody once before but since I did not know what the situation was I went about my own business and gave this woman a break; until I was the one she yelled at today. I asked for $10 to be put on the tank to fill up my car and I go outside; it stops at 5, so I go inside and-NICELY-ask if there was a mistake made and that I needed $10 to be put on my pump in order to fill up my car. This woman sunk her talons into me immediately. She responded to my politeness by YELLING that she doesn't make mistakes and that we can "roll the tapes" if I wanted. I told her I just needed a total of $10 on my tank. Another cashier was nice enough to ring me up as this disgusting woman was still yelling at me, a customer. I go out to my car to pump the remainder of my gas and my pump still has not been reset so I can pump my gas. I go back in and this woman gives me a look from across the store that I can only describe as extremely hostile. I was genuinely scared this woman was going to physically assault me!! I am not asking to be treated like royalty at a gas station but not being threatened with the dirtiest looks and screamed at in the middle of a store by an employee I feel is not too much to ask. She told me I let it time out (I walked straight to my car after paying so..?) and restarted it. All in all it legitimately took me over 10 minutes just to get gas and caused me to be late for work because of this. I have had some bad service before but I finally got a yelp account SOLELY to write this review, if that tells you how horrific this experience was. I frequent this 7 eleven a lot because it is right on my way to work but I will never be back so long as this woman works there. STEER CLEAR. read more
