The only pharmacy that said it would be ready within 24 hours was this one. I called the pharmacy this morning to ask what time I could come in to pick up the prescription. The woman on the phone said that the prescription wouldn't be ready for another couple of days. I said that I wish we had been told that yesterday and the woman said that I was a liar. She claimed no one in the pharmacy had said that the prescription could be filled in 24 hours and that I should have known this. The pharmacy staff here are rude and unprofessional. Rather than owning up to their mistake, they would rather blame the customers for taking their staff at their word. If you need a prescription filled (emergency or not), I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Ive had multiple pictures taken before at another walgreens & I even offered to PAY for each set of photos I took, which I find reasonable so I'm not wasting your time & I'm paying for a service. She got mad, irritated, or simply impatient for whatever reason -- the store was completely dead mind you -- and had another employee come take my picture and turned around and was mocking me and laughing with the other employee before giving the camera over. I would have paid for more pictures to get the perfect one, which is productivity and sales for them but I simply won't be coming back here again because their negativity ruined the excitement of getting my passport photo taken completely.

I had to look up if CVS worked with them and they did so I stoped in. I asked if they load chime cards. The cashier said yes. So I put $360 on the card. He asked for another $4.95. I asked, what is that for... he replied he doesn't know it must be coming from chime. He said It's an activation fee. I said that's odd. I've never got that before whatever... he then said he would need another $4.95. I said I just handed you $360 just take it out of that. He said no additionally. I gave him another $5. I thought it was strange. So I got on my app and asked chime. Why did you charge me $4.95? They said we don't charge a fee. It must be a third-party. I'm familiar with POS systems and the cash discount. But in Texas, you need to tell the consumer that there is a charge before the purchase... Don't blame the other company! I wasn't making a purchase, but that's not the point ... the cashier wasn't properly trained and didn't tell me that there would be a third-party fee which Walgreens does not have. Or any other that I know of. I went back in to inform them that what they're doing is illegal. They need to have a sign posted for the consumer to make that decision before being charged the processing fee. Don't lie when confronted! The manager was just as oblivious and said he would pass it on to his director. Instead of I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I was not aware of this. I will make this right in the future so no one else needs to go through this. And most of all that we are not breaking the law. Texas Law: As you could see here. In Texas, charging a consumer a "processing fee" (often called a credit card surcharge or convenience fee) without prior disclosure is problematic and can be illegal under certain circumstances. Texas law has a complex history on this topic. Under Texas Business and Commerce Code § 604A.0021, it is technically prohibited for a seller to impose a surcharge on a buyer who uses a credit card instead of cash, check, or similar payment methods. A similar prohibition applies to debit cards under § 604A.002. Violations can lead to civil penalties up to $500 per violation. My note from chime: Support I'm sorry to hear about the unexpected $4.95 activation fee. Chime does not charge any activation fees for opening an account or activating your card. If you see a charge like this, it may be related to a third-party service or a merchant, not Chime itself. Had to vent.... Enjoy my $4.95 POS company. Dumb CVS.

I was looking for some lip balm that my parents used and which I had taken from their apartment after they died to remember them by. I was running out and stopped by the pharmacy to see if they had anymore that I could buy since it helped me remember them during the grieving process. They didn't have any at the store saying they no longer carried that lip balm and offered me an alternative but when I told them I was looking for that particular one since it reminded me of my departed parents, several staff asked me to wait and they went into their warehouse to see if they could find me any remainders. We arrived a few mins before our appointment and noticed a long line spiraling throughout the store. At that point we decided to stand in line - so glad we did. One hour later we finally reached the front only to be asked if we had checked-in prior to arrival. Many folks in line did not receive the automated text, which was odd since I got an alert for the first appointment. Anyhow, after providing our names and DOB, we were set. The gentleman administrating the shots was overwhelmed. He was literally prepping, filling syringes and jotting down vaccine info on the CDC cards for each person. Not once did I see anyone from pharmacy offer him assistance to help speed things up and clear out the long line. I do agree with prior reviews - steer clear if you can. Otherwise, expect a mediocre experience.

While i was telling my daughter that we would go to a compounding pharmacy instead, I looked up and saw the pharmacist staring at us and smirking, like we were some kind of joke. I have lived this long and never been treated like that. The CVS mission statement is "to deliver superior and more connected experiences, lower the cost of care and improve the health and well-being of those we serve," and the CVS vision statement is "human-centered health care." We didn't even see a price tag/ label for them on the shelves. I do work near this Target in Bee Cave, and saw they carried them in store. Maybe I'll have better luck at this location. Came to check them out. Finally found them. But they only had the enzyme dietary supplement. Which I'm just happy to see that they actually had them. But what I really wanted was their night time one. Sadly, they did not. And I checked to see if there was a place for them on their shelves. And I didn't see a place for them. Also on the Target website they show they are $13.99 but the store shows them $19.99 on sale for $18.99. So there's a whole mess up with these. They don't have the different ones, even though it shows they do. And the price is different. I'd much rather buy them from Target to try them out. Rather than the Alice website, as they want you to be a subscriber or you have to buy a 2 pack. If it doesn't work for me, why would I buy 2 at $59.00 plus shipping cost? Other than that. The store was quiet and clean. I'll keep checking back every so often.
