This isn't a customer service complaint about the hot store or long lines. This is a paper trail of documented patient abandonment, defamation, and unwarranted interference with medical care. One of my daughter's prescriptions still wasn't covered, and without me even asking, Youngie kindly offered to use a discount card to get it for us at a discounted price. I really appreciated her going the extra mile! Alexis was also amazing. She offered to call me once both my daughter's prescriptions and mine were ready and kept me updated throughout the process. She let me know that Youngie had contacted the doctor about resending the prescription so it would be covered by my insurance. The doctor had also forgotten to send one of my daughter's antibiotics to the pharmacy, and Youngie was able to get everything straightened out. Youngie also took the time to explain the medications to me, which I really appreciated. Alexis even called me to let me know that all of our prescriptions would be ready in about 15 minutes and told me I could head down to the pharmacy. That kind of communication and follow-through is rare! Both Alexis and Youngie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. And as she was helping me, three more customers lined up. My recommendation, if staff is truly that low, please give the customer an alternative--go to the register and they will process the return.
