The doctor accidentally ordered the wrong form of medication, and the pharmacy team was clearly pissed off that they had to do extra work to get it sorted out. The male pharmacist stated he called the facility, and was hung up on. And that sent his lunchtime is in 10 minutes, he can no longer help me. I called the facility right after, and they stated they never received a call. They were able to change it within two minutes of being on the phone, and I had them send the prescriptions to a different pharmacy. horrible customer service from the staff.

It's…read morea small little pharmacy and I'm glad he works with them because they were able to work with me on an out of pocket price that saved nearly 50% over what my prescription would've cost if I had gone through my insurance! The location is in the old part of Vegas, and the building is an old school office park. Don't be turned off by the low-level look and feel of this pharmacy. They do not need some fancy logo or business, nor do they hide behind a big corporate name (and super high drug prices). Security here is tight, so don't plan on picking up a prescription that isn't written specifically for you. You'll have to show a valid i.d. to get your meds, so be prepared. ASP is able to get drugs that other pharmacies can't, which makes them worth their weight in gold. The staff has always been pleasant, informative, and friendly, giving clear instructions and going out of their way to help. Again, they don't work with all insurances, so make sure call before having a script filled here. They didn't work with my insurance, but they helped me get a workaround so I could get what I needed. Note that they're now open on Saturday mornings, 9 am - 3pm (but closed Sunday).

When they haven't filled your prescription for 7 days. They like to do this every month, just randomly not fill your prescription with no way to chat online, email, or call. I stuck with them because they were the cheapest place to buy semaglutide. My insurance does not cover this medication, so I'm paying directly out-of-pocket. When their price increased to $300.00 per month for the maximum dosage of semaglutide (2.4 mg), I decided to go directly to the makers of Wagovy to do a price comparison - to my surprise, I discovered that for the 1 month supply of the pill form (2.4 mg) cost $300.00 while the injectables cost $349.00. So, I switched to Wavogy. It is significantly more effective (less cravings and feeling fuller longer) and with no side effects at all! I was quite shocked and happy. I highly recommend going directly to company that makes the product, so you know that you are receiving the real drug that has been FDA approved and with the oversight of their labs. At the very least, check their prices. UPDATE: After posting the review, they called and informed me that they've reduced their prices on the compounded semaglutide. I told her I received a text message stating that it was already to be picked up. She lied to my face and said that they didn't have nothing for my husband and that I need to get his prescription transferred somewhere else. So my husband called to see what was going on and they told him that they told me they didn't have it in because they didn't want a conflict with me which there never been a problem before. I don't understand why she would treat me like that. I have been picking up my husbands prescriptions there for a couple of months and all of a sudden now I can't for no reason at all. My husband explain to them that he did not authorize them to lie to me about his prescription. I will be transferring my prescriptions from here on out to Walgreens because they do not give me any hassle. A Customer Service Gem!…read more Since I started using the Sav-On Pharmacy at Albertson's on 3010 W. Ann Rd, I have had an outstanding experience. I moved to the area in the summer of 2020 and initially used Costco for my medications. Occasionally, I would visit Sav On and noticed that the team there was very friendly and attentive despite being obviously busy. One standout moment was after just a few sporadic visits when one of the team members, Ebony, greeted me by name as I walked up, without needing to look at a computer screen or see my ID. I was so impressed and honestly touched, as that type of customer service is rare. Despite using my previous pharmacy for far longer, they never greeted me by name. They were friendly, but it lacked that personal touch. This experience at Sav-On made me feel valued and like I was part of the community, which can be difficult in a large city where people move in and out often. Due to the fantastic team and Ebony's exceptional customer service and relationship skills, I have now moved all my prescriptions to this Sav On and highly recommend them!

They were able to get my medication and deliver it to my house in less 24 hours. When I said I was a little further out they even said they deliver all the way to Pahrump!! Such good customer service and business model. Also independently owned so you're supporting a small business. I'll be going here every time!
