When I got home, I realized I did not have it. I called the store, and staff at the Service Desk said it was brought in to desk by a customer. They were just about to call me. I was so relieved! Entrance is easily accessible. Handicapped parking spaces are closer to entrance than at other markets.

This is one of the…read morenewest stores in the Capital Region that I know of, so the store is cleaner, brighter (but in an appealing, comfortable way), and more modern, even if the store overall has a very similar layout to others. One example of 'modern' is the self checkout kiosks that are not only faster than any other I've used at other Market 32 stores, but recognises veggies and fruits in the scale. For instance, when I place the tomatoes on the scale, the kiosk comes up with a list of choices to click from, such as vine-ripened tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, and plum tomatoes. I also find their regular weekly discounts for a whole variety of items appealing, although this is not unique to this particular store. The staff I've interacted with have so far been overall friendly and helpful. They have their own parking lot, so parking has not been an issue. They also tend to keep a good stock level. All in all, I hope they keep up the good work and stay open for a long time.

The service from the lead compounding pharmacist (and everybody else I have spoken with) has been stellar; I feel comfortable that he knows what he is doing. He has gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with the final product. I really appreciate it as it is a rare medicine for a rare disorder and few compounding pharmacies want to work with it. You can pick up in the store, go thru the drive thru, or have your meds shipped (and shipping is very affordable, only $4 for 2-3 day). Unlike my old pharmacy, they do not spam my phone when my RXes are ready (thanks muchly for that! :)). Getting ahold of them is super easy, you can either call and press option 4 or text. This is the fifth compounding pharmacy I have used in more than a decade for my rare disorder and I could not be more pleased. The pharmacist read through everything on the bottle, with other customers around, and opened the ointment container. I didn't ask for any of that and couldn't wait to get back in my car. If you're going over medication with a customer, consider their privacy and hear them when they say they don't have any questions or concerns. The whole interaction was uncomfortable, when I could have just been handed the prescription and walked out.

The entire left wall of the store, and part of the back, are devoted to refrigerated and frozen items. Other aisles have grocery items, and several aisles are seasonal (currently stocking Christmas items). As usual, some items will be better priced/deals than others. But sometimes a product will have an additional discount if you buy 2 of the item. The employees are friendly and polite and helpful. I know that stores like this can start going downhill over time, fingers crossed they can keep up the good work here.

I want a jar if their Organic Vietnamese Cinnamon which Consumer Reports says has one the lowest levels of LEAD as compared to the majority of cinnamon offered by other markets. Bought it. Having just come from Trader Joe's on Wolf Road, I noticed some profound differences including: --Really high prices at Whole Foods. For example, quality Lasagna I buy regularly at TJs is $7.99. A comparable Lasagna at WF was $13.99! Really? Same size. --Many aisles were blocked with very large carts used by staff for restocking. Traffic jams! See photo. --Stock is displayed on shelving that goes from floor level to about 10 plus feet high! You need to get someone with a picker tool to reach items on top shelves. It was uncomfortable to get the items practically on the floor on the lower shelves. Not accessible to those with back issues. See photo. --Fewer staff on floor available to answer questions. --One check out station. I had planned on getting some prepared food from the self serve food section, but at 11:20 am none of it was out on the steam table. Salad Bar was available, but did not interest me today. I will continue to be a regular at TJs and only go to WF if necessary. TJs provides a more pleasant shopping experience with better prices.
