I simply asked her to find a Walgreens that has this medication because they have information about the stock of medications at each location. She said it would take too much time to open the app and tell me which location had the medication. Basically, she said, "F@$ck off. I'm too lazy to do my job, and I'm not going to waste my time on things that are part of my job." It seems that this pharmacy is an example of Walgreens' very high standards. I must have called 10+ times, and every single call goes straight to "please hold" with that endless loop of hold music. No one ever picks up. Not once. Not even to say they're busy or to give an estimated wait time. Just endless holding until I finally give up after 15-30 minutes each time. This isn't a one-off problem--it's clearly systemic understaffing or poor management. People rely on pharmacies for critical medications, and being unable to even speak to a pharmacist for basic questions or refills is unacceptable.
