Minute clinic was useless. Booked an appointment, arrived at appointment time, 8:40am. Was having problems with their machine to check in. Talked to NP she said it would connect eventually. And it did. She took back a patient, then comes out to Tell me that they double booked and the 2 9am patients were already there and they wouldn't see me. I'd have to reschedule for another day. If I wanted to be seen I should have arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Insane and she was so incredibly rude about it. This review is on the store not the pharmacy. The customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes their overly friendly then at times their not. There was a young man greeting customers coming and going. He said hello and have a nice day to everyone except me. Either way, if you have a greeter they need to speak tow everyone or no one. read more

Manager was rude and condescending to my wife when trying to pick a package. Their employee took the package in that morning that was supposed to be help for pick up, and sent it back out in the afternoon. So it did another tour of league city and was delivered 2 days later. If i could give this place 0 starts, i would. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone the multiple times i tried to call the minute clinic. So My friends and I previously went into Walgreens to buy drinks (Tea to be exact). And then we paid and left, After that we decided to go to CVS to look around..so we go with our bag. We go inside the store with OUR BAG FROM WALGREENS and no one told us anything. So we're looking around and this lady in her '60s most likely came up to us and YELLED AT US saying that next time to leave our bag filled with ICE COLD TEA outside. Now I have anxiety and is always scared and nervous to talk to people, so I said nothing. But my friends said sorry politely and went into another section of the store. Not feeling safe enough to leave through the front door. After 3 minutes she comes back and takes our bag and ACCUSES OF STEALING! Saying "Did ya take something from MY store?" In such a rude and disrespectful way. She then yelled at us some more and then walked away (probably looking at some security cameras). All of me and friends felt to scared to say anything and felt pressured to buy something.When we were leaving the store she gave us such a dirty look' Even though we are young girls (15 years) we should not have been treated with such disrespect just because of how we looked. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Walgreens is such a more nicer place and kid friendly, I've never had a problem with them. :) Also look out for the lady, she's most likely 60 and has long wavy brown hair, pretty skinny, and she has dark rimmed eyes (like a raccoon). This has to be the worst pharmacy in the area! I had a prescription and my insurance called CVS directly and told them my prior authorization was approved for 20 pills. When I got to CVS which was a 30 minute drive they told me they could only give my 14 pills. I said no look up my prior authorization I am approved for all 20 pills. The young boy spoke to this women behind the counter and then he said no I'm sorry I can only give you 14 pills. I was furious but left with the pills. When I got to my office I called my insurance again and they called CVS and did a three way. CVS stated they were sorry and would have my remaining 6 pills ready to pick up. Are you serious!! Anyways I go back today pick up the remaining pills. I got half way to my office and looked at my prescription. They only gave my 5 pills instead of 6! Now I'm super furious. I call and speak to a so called manager. She talked over me and said the pill counter was supposed to give my 6 pills. I told her to go to hell and how can someone not get a order for 6 pills right. Never ever go to this pharmacy because you don't even know if you will get the correct medicine. read more

The pharmacy has a Covid test area that gives the pharmacy a bad review. I was 10 minutes late but could see she was testing someone else, apparently the person scheduled at 11:30, my appointment was for 11:15. I explained to her that I was confused and went to the wrong CVS, and she said no, you're going to have to reschedule. I explained to her that my son's appointment was for 11:45, and I could take his place. She still refused to test me. At 11:35 a man drove up and parked next to me. At 11:40, I could see her knocking on his car window and pointing to her little building. After she walked back to her room, the man got out of his car and walked toward the little area for testing. I asked him what time was his appointment, and he said 12 o'clock. So she could give the noon appointment my son's time frame (20 minutes earlier than his own) but she could not allow me to take my son's appointment. She was rude and totally wrong! I explained to her that that I had driven 23 miles and waited 2 days to schedule the rapid test. I was in a lot of pain from rescheduling hip surgery because I tested positive 3 weeks earlier. There's a lot of people who need jobs right now. She doesn't deserve to have that job where she deals with people who already suspect they have Covid or, like me, praying I'm finally going to test negative to proceed with my hip replacement. I would never return to this pharmacy. Go to Walgreens across the street. read more

By the time I left Urgent Clinics Medical Care and drove to the pharmacy 15 minutes away, my prescription was already ready to pick up. Very impressive! Plus I only had to pay $4 for my prescription! Great service! read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in the Houston area, bar none. In particular the female Asian pharmacist is beyond rude, unhelpful and needs to find another line of work. I will be filing a formal complain with the store manager and I will encourage my friends and neighbors to never use this store again. read more
