The pharmacy techs have been consistently rude to me when I pick up. The grocery store is great and the cashiers are all top notch. I wish the pharmacy staff were as pleasant and honest to work with. You should also check your meds every time because they change manufacturers without notice. This is a dangerous practice especially when it concerns an injectable that is in a same color, same size bottle. Lesson learned. It required an ER visit and a couple of weeks on meds first but, it has been learned. It was just one bad experience after another. read more

Worst Pharmacy ever. every single time I call they have an excuse as to why they can't fill my prescription until several hours later even though it's been a whole day or it was sent first thing in the morning. I've even said my daughter is sick with phenomena and they didn't care about a child. will no longer go here anymore for my family. read more

Freaking worst service. Slow. Don't fill things correctly or completely. You get a different story every time you come in. AND this isn't just one isolated experience. We've been coming here since 2013 and it's been the same for 10 years through different managers. Some of the workers are fantastic, but the management is crap, and the storytelling just needs to stop. If you don't have something in stock just tell us don't makeup some stupid story that the other workers won't know and be able to repeat. read more

The customer service here is awful! Each and every person I've dealt with over the last two years is incompetent, snotty, or flat out stuck up. My mother has the same medications routinely refilled so we tried several times to get her set up on auto fill. Nope! After two years of trying to work with them to get it right, we gave up and moved her scripts to cvs. We've had no issues with CVS and they have great customer service. Not once have they made us feel like we are inconvenience when we are giving them our business like HEB does. Today, I needed a printed list of my medications from the last 6 months. I called to ask how to get it. I was told I could create an online account and print it myself or come in and sign a form and get it. I opted to go in so they could just hand it to me. Nope!!! The pharmacist acted like I was a pest, handed me a two page application and said they 'MAY be able to get to it by tomorrow'. What?! So I asked if there was any way to get it today. He scoffed and said 'uh, no. We are way too busy!' How rude. I'll never ever use them again. I hope this come back on him when he needs something and someone treats him so rudely. read more

This pharmacy is great! Our whole family gets their prescriptions here. They are always helpful and quick. Filling our prescriptions online is easy and quick too. They answer all our questions and do whatever they can to help us with insurance coverage and to save money. Whenever we need help looking for something on the sales floor, they do that too. I don't normally shop at this HEB, but I ran in to pick up some king crab legs that my neighborhood Kroger didn't carry. I had called ahead and after several attempts to contact the seafood department, got someone that said they had them. When I got there, I noticed there were only scraps left. Someone could have told me that before I showed up. I ended up buying regular snow crabs. The lady behind the counter was not very friendly when I was speaking with her. She didn't smile at all and didn't really seem to care for her job. When I went to the front cashier, he was also not friendly. He gave me attitude and threw my shopping bag down instead of handing it to me. I didn't really care for the attitudes of the employees I dealt with. Maybe the manager should train employees to smile a little. On a side note, the crab legs were not fresh. I ended up throwing them away. Waste of a trip. read more

I give all of our pharmacy business to this HEB and they have never ever once let me down. On the rare occasion that they made an error, they fixed it immediately. My husband and son have regular meds filled here each month and occasionally we get sick and have other as-needed meds delivered electronically. I honestly don't know why people have poor experiences with this pharmacy. They've always been as prompt as I needed them to be - or when something was in limited stock, then let me know when to expect it to be ready. I don't go in there with any crises that I expect them to solve, I don't ask them to deliver on unreasonable requests. read more

I would give 0 stars if I was able to , came to the clinic that is available in H-E-B and had my prescription sent to the pharmacy, you'd think it would be a quick process seeing as they're in the same building, nope , I went and was told it would be 20 minutes since they hadn't gotten my prescription, waited about 30 minutes, went back up and was asked rudely if I had just came from the clinic which I had explained no that I had waited and was told well we just got it so it will be another 30 minutes or more , how difficult is it to put cough medicine in a bag with a label ? That takes an hour ? If so I will never be coming back to this pharmacy again . read more

Every time I have gone here I always have issues. Either Judy can't find my prescription and has to ask another employee just to find it in front of her eyes or they don't notify me alI have put myself on the text notification list multiple times or they don't have the medication. It's either this place or Walgreens my insurance approves and I don't know which one is worse! read more
