Have repeated issues with this location. I'm not sure why they ignore communication and feedback. Have spoken to the actual pharmacist several times and he continues to disregard my issues. Repeatedly they do not return calls. There is no way to get in touch with someone directly. They don't call when prescriptions are ready. Voicemails left, they don't listen to important information left (again the pharmacist was receiving the voicemails which he ignored repeatedly personal information left for my prescription and created problems which is concerning since pharmacists need to be accurate). I cannot recommend this location. read more

CVS is my families go to for pharmacy. And typically if I'm getting photos, I will send them there as well because they have some good coupons. But I have to say too often they don't have all the parts that are supposed to go with whatever you order. That makes it a little bit disappointing but they're super helpful even then after a bit more in both cases, I was able to get the hardware and make the signs work for me read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have had to deal with. I am going to call their headquarters to complain about them. I did have the same bad experience in the other close by CVS pharmacy. The main problem is that the working staff seems to believe that the work they are doing inside is more important than attending the customer. Hence, you have to wait for the "Masters of the Kingdom" to come to you as they are doing too important work that takes precedence over taking care of the PAYING customer. They don't realize it is the customer the one paying for their salaries. The phone answering system is the worst. There is no option to talk immediately with a pharmacist. Again, the work inside is much, much, much important. Hence, the system tries and tries to prompting to find something the system could do. Try calling about a prescription. The best you get is a call back within an hour and that may not happen. read more

These people have become totally disorganized and unreliable. We have used them since they opened but as of late the pharmacy staff has been replaced with buffoons. Medications are lost, not refilled when the automated system reports them refilled or the doctor "hasn't " responded to their fax yet when I know that is yet another lie. I wish 0 stars were an option... But since I can only give 1 Star- here's why! This is by far the absolute worst CVS- specifically the pharmacy. The staff is beyond horrid... whether it's the drive through or you have to get help inside, they are so rude. There is a young blonde girl (I won't name her, because she'd be horribly embarrassed) whose attitude is just disgusting! She acts like you are the biggest inconvenience, rolls her eyes of your existence and just plain doesn't want to do her job. I'm actually shocked she still works there! The other young women are just as bad... I just always have the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with this peach every time I'm here! The actual pharmacist here isn't helpful either... I was in a few weeks ago and had a question regarding a medication I'd never taken... they were too busy to see me, so I left and ended up just "Google'ing" my questions. I've started driving 15 minutes out of my way to avoid this place... ugh! Don't recommend coming here unless you're absolutely dying and don't mind being treated badly. read more

Very good outlet of the CVS chain; the interior is clean, the service is reasonably fast, and the employees are friendly. Extra kudos to the pharmacy department for helping me work through an insurance mix-up caused by a new physician. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star rating is that there are some stocking problems here. On two occasions I've come in looking for a specific skin or hair care product (the store brand!) and they've been out. Still worth a visit if you're out this way. As of November 2017 there is still construction at the intersection where it's located. However there are cones and signs to help direct you to the entryways on 2243 or Baghdad Roads. read more

I had prescription signed electronically and printed out on a regular paper. pharmacist stated "the prescription had to have an actual wet signature (?) because "anyone can forge the doctors signature. Told him to call and verify the prescription. He refused. I have never had a prescription rejected. Now I have to call again my doctors office and have the doctor send it electronically. Just a waste of time with this pharmacy. so done with the long wait in the drive thru and having to walk in for a specific medication. so inconvenient. im taking my business elsewhere read more

I know there are a lot of shortages in this world and I completely get being out of a specific drug. As a pharmacy have some sort of empathy. This isn't an Amazon package it's our medicine. I know customers get frustrated with y'all with certain situations out of your control but read the room if the customer isn't frustrated with you no need to be rude when a question is asked. Horrible, I will never return to this store, I'm now on 24 hours waiting to have a pain prescription filled, nothing like waiting for pain medication when you really need it. They knowingly took new prescriptions without disclosing that the store was over a week behind, after stating that I was in pain, and needed the medication it still took over an hour to prepare. They wanted me to "shop" while I waited, no thank you, this store is absolutely dirty, and disgusting, they have their Covid Vaccination tent right next to the prescription pick up, and it looks like it's never been cleaned. They never sent the alert to my phone, which they've always done in the past, I had to sit in the drive up window line because I was not going back into that store. read more

This review is for the 500 N. Bagdad store only. Where do I begin? Let's start with the automated phone call telling me my scripts are ready only to go there and find out that's not true. This has happened so many times, I've lost count. When I mention this, that just blow me off and shrug or laugh. Hey CVS store director, I've got news for you, this isn't friggin funny at all. Half the time, they screw up my supplemental insurance for drugs (and it's a CVS Scripts card) and I end up paying out of pocket. Finally, the drive thru is a joke. A word to the wise, keep an eye on your credit card or they might lose it. FYI, the CVS at Avery is wonderful. I used them for 23 years with never an incident, so I know it is the location and not all CVS. I made an appointment for a Covid vaccination a week ago. When I show up for my appointment the pharmacist told me they ran out. I didn't get a call telling me they couldn't keep their appointment. I asked if I could reschedule with another pharmacy and they told me they can't schedule. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The last few months I have had to come to this pharmacy a handful of times due to my 18 month old having ear infections one after the other. They take a minimum of 8 HOURS to fill an antibiotic prescription, and that's only because I call to complain and they say they're going to "expedite" it. It's always a 20-30 min wait, inside or through the drive thru. This last time I went is the reason I'm writing the review, I called after 5 hours to see if it was ready, she said it would be another hour, so I waited a bit and then drove over, waited in line (while I was waiting I tried calling to double check it was ready and they wouldn't answer the phone) when I got to the window it had been well over an hour and it wasn't ready. This review is purely regarding Keaton, he is by far the worst associate at any store I've ever been to. With COVID-19 an early store closings everyone is experiencing some or a lot of difficulty. I have lost my job and been forced to become an Insta cart shopper. I received a request at 8:45 for a few items for a young mothers Easter celebration with her daughter. The three items on my list for allergy medication Easter candy egg dye. I found the first two items extremely quickly. An associate reminded me they were closing in. 10 mins and asked if I needed any help to which I replied " yes I'm looking for Easter egg dye or food coloring if you have it." His response was "whatever we have is on the Easter isles". I then used my CVS app to determine there were multiple isles of Easter items. Keaton continues to follow me around the store in a very demeaning way reminding me the store was closing soon. I assured him I was very much in a hurry as I'm on the clock as well. Finally bring my items to the counter to check outs and he does nothing but Skoff, laugh, berate me for my last minute shopping. Little did he know this was by now within my control. I took this Instacart batch to help someone else and will now be driving 40 minutes round-trip out of my way for no reason because I cannot bring her what she needs. That's lost time and money for me. If you want to be out of the store so fast all he had to do was help me find what I was looking for. And I told him so and he scarfed again and then very sarcastically told me to have a fantastic night while he slams the door in my face. Mark my words I will never shop at CVS again and this will be one of the very very many places to hear about this. Amount of disrespect that I received from some idiotic teenager or young adults should not be the face of CVS and I am a palled they would hire somebody like him. I don't write bad reviews even when I have a extremely awful experience somewhere I chalk it up to someone having a bad day or something and I don't know about. Keaton was not in that situation he's someone who should not be working at CVS. You better believe my entire family's prescriptions are being transferred out of CVS the store managerwill hear about his treatment of me, the regional manager will hear about this, the Nextdoor app will hear about this, both Shipt and Instacart will also hear about how difficult he made things and how he's responsible for not only causing CVS lost money, but Instacart and myself included. read more

In this store everyday . Never have an issues. Always greeted as I walk in. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

Avoid this shit hole. Wait time for any pharmacy person to answer the phone if you call can often exceed 20 minutes, when they eventually answer they are rude and short with you complaining of staff shortages. Lines from hell for drive through and in store. Has steadily deteriorated over the years as the area has grown. Terrible management. Leaving for Walgreens not far away-far better treatment there. read more

So this is a over time statement I'm a frequent visitor of this establishment ( I mean we are here daily sometimes 2x or more a day).I know everyone by name and noticed many things . I wanna say, this stores employees are based of who knows who. It's all favoritism, boyfriend girlfriend, or family members.  If you are not part of that ,your  an out cast. It's not fair to the other employees . I noticed Ramiro and Levi busting their asses off as the others Kaylyn , Jaxon,  Daytona, Dallas, Daniel, & Kendall stand around doing absolutely nothing to help and or talking to eachother not helping fellow employees or customers. I also know that Jaxon and Kendall are dating. I went   there to purchase stuff and needed help, to where Kendall was walking over to help and Jaxon straight up told her not to help me and for her and him to go into the backroom.... like really wtf. It seems like everytime I go there, no one really acknowledges my presence.  If I need help I really gotta look around to find someone to help or shout loudly that I need help. If Jaxon,Dallas, Daytona, Daniel,  Kendall, or Kaylyn see me coming they will duck off and hide. Ramiro used to do this as well but he has gotten a lot better and now acknowledges me and is willing to help . I knew he was shy at first but has opened up a lot and is a cool kid.Levi is a nice kid and is always willing to help, but he does tend to over talk at times which is fine but when your in a hurry it can be a little annoying.  I also notice Jaxon sitting on the counters a lot as well as Dallas carrying around a stool to constantly sit on. In my opinion, if they have no health issues then stand up. Not fair for everyone else to have to stand while theu sit on their asses and do nothing ( unless they have a health reason, and even then don't sit on the damn counters) I personally think the self check out is a horrible idea. If you need help with checking out or it freezes up, your standing there forever until someone can finally walk over and help, and most of the time they won't say a single word to you and make you feel like your ruining their day. I also noticed no one really knows how to use the registers if they need to. Levi and Autumn seem to know them well and Ramiro will use them , but seems to steer ppl towards self. It really is a pain in the ass and take up a lot of time, especially when your in a hurry. Also it always seems like when they get the extreme couponers , everyone pawns them off on Ramiro or Levi. I get they are a pain in the ass to deal with but it's part of job, deal with it. The store is always and I mean always empty of product. Idk if they are that busy or if staff just don't put out. I always see the red carts and boxes in aisles jamed packed of product waiting to be put out. Ramiro and Levi are usually the ones I see doing this and occasionally Daniel , while everyone else is MIA. The pharmacy is always slower then dirt. Seems like eveytime I go they take forever to process anything. Most of kids there don't seem to know what they are doing or how to be of any help or information.  There's been many times I've been given wrong info on meds I've picked up. read more

I have been coming to this store since it opened and have never had a problem of any kind and the store is always stocked and clean, The staff is very friendly and helpful. I give this pharmacy 1 star for 2 1/2 years of poor customer service, poor record keeping, & slow prescription refill. I was asked to keep driving around and getting back in line while they did what they needed to do to get my prescription ready although I had ordered it 11 days earlier. CVS pharmacy personnel are the greatest. Then call me by name when I come up to their area. They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. It is a real please to do business with them. However CVS pharmacy is inadvertently helping identity thieves with the documentation that they hand out to customers with their prescriptions. On the customers Receipt, CVS prints the customer name, address, phone number & date of Birth month/year, they also print 2 extra labels with name and address. Also on the Patient Prescription information CVS prints out the customer name, address & phone number. All of this information is unnecessary as the pharmacy technician has all the information on the computer screen and askes name, address & date of birth before they ring up the transaction. There is no reason for the address, phone number or Date of Birth information to be printed on these documents. Identity thieves going through someone's trash just got most of what they need to create your identity. I brought this to CVS's attention 2 years ago and was told that someone would get back to me in 72 hours. I have not heard from CVS since then. I make sure that I remove all this information before disposing of any of my family's prescription's documentation. read more
