Never had any hesitation to ask questions or get interaction opinions. Doctors prescribe whatever and often care not of the interactions of the drugs prescribed. Here, they catch that and at least make you informed so you can get back to your doc to see alternatives. It is really a boutique pharmacy at budget prices.

I've been asked to pay again for this medication 3 TIMES and I still have no medication! I've called twice and each person I've talked to has told me it's another week bc of testing. The first person said he "saw my bin with medication in it and was putting it on the top" then the next person Intalked to said they "no longer had my medication in its correct dosage" and someone would call me back TODAY with instructions. (No call back). So someone went into a bin with my name on it and took the paid for medication to use for someone else because they had a "lot of orders"?! How is that okay? Is this place a scam? What if this was a senior or anyone urgently needing their medication and they are asked to pay again for the medication, that is already paid for, each time they call? How is this good practice?

I called in the prescription because I was being released from the hospital with my newborn so a few hours later I think my prescription must be ready so I get there and the pharmacist tells me that my insurance declined paying for the prescription and I need to call them. So I'm wondering why he never bothered to call me and tell me that. Anyway I call and get it all sorted out and come back and he says it will be about 15 min. I wait and go back. He still hasn't heard from my insurance so I have to wait 15 more min. At this point I'm so frustrated and my husband goes and tells him we have called the insurance twice and they have confirmed coverage so what is the hold up and he says ok let me call. Unfortunately, I have encountered the same employee on more than one occasion when needing assistance at the counter, and each interaction has been marked by an unnecessarily sour and unwelcoming disposition. Today, I came in to pick up a photo order. When asked for my last name, I clearly said "Armstrong Sharp." I was asked for it again, and after repeating myself, I was immediately told there was nothing under that name. There seemed to be no effort to consider that the order might simply be filed under Sharp. I finally asked, "Did you check Sharp?" Only then did he check--and there was my order. What bothered me most wasn't the mix-up. Those things happen. It was the attitude throughout the entire interaction. There was no acknowledgment, no "let me check," no courtesy, and certainly no attempt to make the experience pleasant. His entire demeanor communicated that assisting me was an inconvenience. Customer service does not require an elaborate performance. A greeting, a little patience, basic courtesy, and a willingness to help go a long way. When one employee repeatedly makes a regular customer feel unwelcome, it reflects poorly on the entire store. I like the convenience of this CVS and would prefer to continue using it, but interactions like this genuinely make me reconsider doing business at this location. Management should address the customer-service culture at the counter.

The store is very clean and organized. There is a sign above each row that gives a good synopsis of what the row contains; I do believe it is more descriptive than most stores. It made shopping easy. There is no option to use the telephone keypad and turn interactive voice off. The product manager/owner of this system should have never moved this to production. There was a big rush when I walked in so I waited like 30 minutes until things calmed down because there was one employee at the front. Once another employee comes in I'm asked what I need help with and I say oh a passport picture for my baby and they quickly reply we do not take passport pictures for babies or kids.
