She became irritated when I asked specific details of the antibiotic name and concentration. How do you expect me to call around town searching for a specific medication if you won't tell me what it is?? Tonight, I have been here since 9 pm. I went through the line to find out the Rx is not ready. It's now 10:21 pm, the antibiotic is ready, but I am waiting in this line again. They have not called a single name the whole time I have been here. You are expected to get back in line which is snaking through the store. Completely inefficient.

Never had any hesitation to ask questions or get interaction opinions. Doctors prescribe whatever and often care not of the interactions of the drugs prescribed. Here, they catch that and at least make you informed so you can get back to your doc to see alternatives. It is really a boutique pharmacy at budget prices.

He made me feel as though my prescription was important to him, and I do believe it was. He truly had integrity and a love for helping others. The store was very clean and comfortable. There is no option to use the telephone keypad and turn interactive voice off. The product manager/owner of this system should have never moved this to production. The pharmacist called and talked to me directly with questions about some medication I was transferring there and she was very polite as well. The store is very clean and I am always greeted when I walk into this CVS. Other Pharmacies do not offer the same customer service. If they do not have my medicine, they seem to overnight the meds I need filled without any issue. I once forgot my military ID at the pharmacy and the associate called me to let me know I forgot it. She said she would keep it safe as long as it took to get back to the store. I highly recommend using this CVS.
