I walked in here with all intentions of grabbing everything I needed and was sorely not able to do anything of the such. All but one of the items I needed were on the shelves. Normally that's fine, but a lot of the shelves were missing a multitude of items. It was a disappointing trip and I had to find other stores in the area to fulfill my list. On the normal and for this area, I am sure that it is a great spot to get everything you need, but for me, it wasn't.

He gets to the register and says, "Hey, I got a call that my 'script was ready for pick-up and it says it costs $88. Is that the right price because its $24 at Giant?" and the cashier says, "Well if you want it for $24 you can go to Giant." what?! He kept his cool and asked if there were any Good RX codes that could be applied or anything to lower the cost and she said she could look, but that would take 20-25 minutes. Why it'd take that long to check something like that is beyond me but it was not a pleasant experience. She belittled a customer who had every right to ask about a $64 price difference.

I sat down close to this man.. They both saw me sitting there. Neither one checked the clipboard. They both went about their business until another older lady came in...I was sitting there about 20 minutes wondering if perhaps they were ignoring me because it was lunchtime. I didn't see a sign telling me they were closed over lunch. The man looked away from the computer screen and asked if he could help the lady who came in for a rubber tip for her cane. She never even signed the clipboard. At that point I got out of the seat and asked if they could take care of me first - as I had been sitting there for more than 20 minutes. I am 74 years old...I still work. I went to the store on Saturday and it was closed. I was at work Monday before the store opened until after it closed so I couldn't get there until today...Tuesday. I work in an office...if I had a customer sit for 20+ minutes without even acknowledging they are there....I would be told about it. I kept me cool until I left but it took me hours to get over this inconsiderate encounter in your store. I was going to wait to replenish my bi-pap supplies until the new machine arrived but the strap on the headgear tore on Friday night. I did my best with a needle and thread but it is a little too snug now and I can't adjust it because it is sewn. After all of that...the script submitted by my doctor, I am told, didn't have the individual supplies listed and the doctor's office could not fax a script over to get what I need even though when I met with the tech there he lead me to believe I would be contacted when the new machine arrived and would be able to get everything for the machine. This entire experience was so, so, unacceptable. I should be receiving an apology.

And please, when you're waiting on me, swallow your chips first. I also found it annoying that I waited and waited in line and some woman came in after me and the girl behind the counter saw her and called her up in front of me. Now I can understand that perhaps she had been there previously and had waited and was just coming right back in to pick up something (however, I had been standing there for quite some time, so she didn't just run out to her car to get her check book). But if you are going to take someone on line ahead of someone else who had been waiting and waiting, you don't just look past the next person on line, totally ignore them like they didn't even exist and give a big smile to the person who just came in and call them up in line.
