I've been a Walmart+ member for quite some time, and while I've had issues with incorrect orders here and there, this was the final straw. My entire bag of peaches was delivered covered in mold. The bag is literally see-through, so it's extremely difficult to understand how this could have been missed during the picking and packing process. This is one of the dirtiest and worst organized Walmart Superstores I've ever shopped in. The deli counter is severely understaffed. Often times the folks who work there are in the back of the store either trying to complete tasks or hiding and no one is at the counter. I've also waited as long as ten minutes to have someone notice me at the counter when the staff is there and can see me. They continue with their tasks at hand and when they have time, they wait on the counter customers. The store shelves are often a jumbled mess with items knocked over or hiding in places they don't belong. The shelves are sometimes poorly stocked. Don't get me started on the filthy conditions at the self checkout area. The checkout counters really should be cleaner. The dirt I see doesn't bother me as much as the germs I can't see. I surmise this is due to lack of staff to be able to take care of these extra tasks. Understand, I'm not entirely blaming the staff for these conditions. This place is packed on weekends and during the week, perhaps staffing is cut back even more. Either way, the store is poorly managed. I noticed these problems before and thought, this is just the 'Walmart' way of doing things but never realized how bad this particular store was until I had an opportunity to visit a few other Walmart Super Centers outside of the area. Overall, if conditions are this dirty and disorganized out front, I can't imagine how bad conditions are in the storage areas and behind the door of the deli counter. I'm glad we are soon moving to another area. This place just happens to be very close to where we currently live. One kudos, though. The bakery and produce sections are mostly well maintained. read more

Not being from this area and not knowing what is around, there aren't many options for you to do your shopping. When I checked into my hotel I specifically asked if there were any Target stores around and was informed that there were not and that this was literally up the street from the hotel. I make my way here to get a few things that I had forgotten and hopefully be done for the day. Well, I was wrong in that assumption. I walked in here with all intentions of grabbing everything I needed and was sorely not able to do anything of the such. All but one of the items I needed were on the shelves. Normally that's fine, but a lot of the shelves were missing a multitude of items. It was a disappointing trip and I had to find other stores in the area to fulfill my list. On the normal and for this area, I am sure that it is a great spot to get everything you need, but for me, it wasn't. read more

First off I would love to rate a Zero but cannot. This Walmart. Has the shittiest customer service I have even seen. I waited in sporting good for 30 minutes with no assistance even after asking multiple employees for help wanted to get flashlights and they are locked up. If Customer Service Was Ever On Vacation. It Was Definitely MIA When I Tried To Return An Item Durning The Late Shift Sunday Night. Firstly None of The Cashiers Were Willingly Ready To Aid Us. It Seemed As Though They Wanted To Pull Straws First. While My Friends And I Waited For A Manager To Show Up. The Customer Service Rep Began To Complain About Us Holding Her Up From Completing Her Nightly Duties. When The Manager Finally Arrived He Decreed That There Will Be "No More Returns Being Done Tonight." Then Proceeded To Allow The Casher To Go Home. At That Point She Logged Out of Her Station And Refused To Ring Up The New Items We Required But Instead Directed Us To The Self Check Out When It Would Have Been Faster If She Would Have Completed The Return Transaction And Our Purchases At The Same Time. So I went to this store this morning! it was ridiculous there were not carts!!! then once I was done shopping went to self check out non of them accepted cash! so i had to go to the only cash register that was open. there was a huge line and employees just wondering around doing nothing. Finally they had another cash register open but no one new it because she didn't have her light on. then we went over to that cash register just to have the employee give everyone attitude! Walmart in Lebanon restrooms. Surprisingly not terrible. Nice neutral tones. Soft circular, in-ceiling overhead lights with newer homey type sinks and faucet. The mirror is rectangular and illuminated behind it to give you perfect lighting. They have 2ply nothing special TP, and the person that came in to take a piss next to me sounded like they were passing a small kidney stone. Overall it gets a solid 8.4/10 read more

Worst Walmart I've ever been to!!! The store is filthy, the employees aren't knowledgeable about anything and the shelves are always empty. Don't know if it's the management or the fact that they don't have anything to stock. My husband has needed socks since Thanksgiving. As of yesterday there still aren't any socks in the men's department. I wanted to purchase one makeup item. After I was accosted by an employee in that "jailed" makeup department that I had to pay for it right then and there, I've decided I'm better off purchasing what I need from Amazon or a better maintained and cleaner Walmart. read more

I don't even know where to begin with this Walmart. Nothing is ever stocked, the lines are always so long because they have two registers open maximum, and the people there run around like it's a zoo. It's utter chaos. Some of the employees at night are sweet and helpful but most of the day shift employees are mean and act like they don't want to be bothered. My family also got sick from their hot bar pizza two times. It's a very dirty store. If you'd rather shop at a regular Walmart i would say driving to the Palmyra location is worth it. read more

Three weeks ago I ordered through Walmart.com some items that were in short supply. I ordered so that I could pick it up at the store pick-up kiosk. At age 72 I was wanting to cut down my exposure to the virus. The items were not in shock at the nearest Walmart 5 miles away, but the website stated that only one more of the items was available 15 miles away. When I arrived at the store the kiosk had malfunctioned and could not be opened even by the manager. It took 25 minutes to get that tidbit of information. So, I walked to the product area and zctually found two of the items that were showing low in stock. I purchased them and was told that walmart.com would refund my money from the kiosk purchase. That was 3 weeks ago snd still no refund. Walmart.com has told me three times to expect the refund in 3 days. BEWARE of using walmart.com for in store pick-ups. Nor should you expect assistance at the store level in the Lebanon, PA location. Once they have your money, good luck on getting a refund. It appears that shopping this way puts thus senior citizen at risk for money theft as well as the viral threat of going into stores. UPDATE!! After about 4 weeks, Walmart .com has returned my money for merchandise that i never received from their Customer Pick-up Kiosk. I moved them to 3 stars from the one star originally. read more

This is not a tax-exempt friendly store - if you're shopping for a tax-exempt organization, please consider going to Giant up the road instead. After spending an hour picking out items I needed for an event for my tax-exempt organization, the cashier and then the manager refused to honor our tax-exempt status, despite the tax exempt code being clearly printed on my purchasing card. They said I needed a special Walmart tax-exempt card, which is ridiculous - every other store in the area honors my tax-exempt purchasing card issued by my bank, and doesn't require a special store-only card. I ended up leaving the items on the conveyor and walking out and went to Giant instead, where they were very helpful. If you're shopping for a tax-exempt organization, please do not shop at the Lebanon Walmart. read more

Definitely not one of the cleaner Wal-Marts around. I see a picture of the show department beneath the box where I am typing and have to admit, that is EXACTLY what it looks like, and sometimes worse. Every department is like that, but shoes and clothing are the worst. Overflowing carts, probably returns, dumped in each department with no one working them. I don't know who the store manager is, but he should be demoted. If you want to see what a Wal-mart should look like, head less than 10 miles west and stop in the Palmyra store. I drive the extra distance for the cleanliness alone. Another thing, Lebanon is always out of the things I buy most often. I can understand it being a popular item, but then order more rather than letting it run out. Lost sales opportunity. Being a former store manager for Lowe's, I notice many of the things the Lebanon manager is apparently missing. *Update - I was tasked with hosting a birthday party with little notice. I went to Walmart in Lebanon for the cake as they advertise birthday cakes to order in 24 hours. I went in Friday morning and needed it for 3 PM Saturday afternoon (more than 30 hours later). I was told that Sunday, more than 50 hours later was the soonest I could get it. Apparently, Walmart advertises what the customer wants to hear with no regard to whether they can keep that promise. If I could give this Walmart a negative star review, I would. I placed a large online order today to be delivered between 2-3pm. By 7:30pm, it's still not here. I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of them, calling every department and no answer. I finally went to the corporate website and got a hold of someone, who said that driver after driver kept canceling it and moving it to the next driver. I was told that the order would be here by 8:40pm. Nothing. Called the corporate number again and the dear lady could only offer me 2 options. Either cancel the whole order and she would reorder it again for tomorrow, or wait until the morning and call again. 9 chances out of 10 this won't make it here tomorrow. This isn't the first time I've had issues with orders at this Walmart either. Order things for pickup and they're canceled. Go inside the store and -TA DAAA! There it is on the shelf. I have no idea how this store is still in business. They don't deserve my hard earned money. read more

Went here to get tires and an oil change. I spoke to the guy at the front and told him three tires and an oil change. Was told to bring the car around. After that went school shopping with my wife and 14 year old. So it's an hour later and we go check the car and guess what, they never put the car in the system so we were told it would be another hour or we could leave. Wow such wonderful customer service to be told wait another hour or leave. So the wife made sure the car was checked in and then we checked out the school stuff and came back and literally have been waiting another almost 3 hours. Unbelievable. Next time I will get tires and an oil change somewhere else. The auto staff is awful, I listen to them discouraging customers saying we close in two hours, hoping they will leave. The front check out was nice an pleasant. Auto is awful 0 stars if I could for the auto. 3 for the store. read more

Dirty, messy, not stocked ....never anything new, same stuff from last year, especially seasonal... Customer service...blah.. Like most stores in Lebanon, I go in with a list of say 10 items; will come out with 3, then have to go to 3 other stores to try and get all items on list... I was transferred & put on hold for 1hr & 30min! For simply wanting to ask a question about a the phone service they provide. Literally it was a game of musical chairs transferring "to find someone that could help"! Then I got disconnected so I called back completely fed up absolutely ridiculous of this whole situation to speak to the manger. Honestly I shouldn't of been surprised to find out that it was going to be another pain & hassle for being placed on hold yet again for another 45mins! The associate that answered me informed that she believed the manager might have left or was on their lunch. So by now I was pretty fucking annoyed & irritated. I ask if there was a certain reason why I couldn't call or speak to the manager but she just informed me to "just call back later" in hopes of being able to speak to them. Apparently corporate numbers are no where in the store because I asked for them to maybe speak to a district manger since it was becoming apparent that I was going to get no answers or help! I was on hold for 30 minutes until I called back and politely asked who I was speaking with and the woman refused to give me her name and just said we don't have that product and hung up while I was saying, "Thank you."
