Stay away for photo needs. Go to an actual photo shop. More than half an hour spent trying to complete a passport photo ID to get to the checkout counter and be told that will not work, even though it had all the "quality checks" confirmed. Escorted back to have pictures taken. At the County clerk office, informed the background would not pass because it is supposed to be taken on white background and the pictures had a blue hue to them. Returned for full refund without problem, except complete waste of time, effort, and gas. F- read more

Went in to get some photos printed off of my iPhone at the kiosk. Had to download an app first, which is weird. Most places you just hook the phone to the kiosk via a USB cable. App connected my phone to the kiosk with no issues and I selected my print sizes and amounts easily. Ran into a glitch --- a big one --- when it came time to print. The kiosk PC and printer were beefing apparently and not speaking to one another. The employee was very polite and helpful and eventually got the kiosk and printer to kiss and make up, and I was able to get my pictures! read more

I'm not one for writing reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. At the time of me writing this, there is only one other review & it is rather negative. Personally, I am very impressed with this CVS Pharmacy. Granted, I do not have any major health issue & do not frequent any pharmacy very often. But, over the past few months, I have used this CVS a few times & they have been great.! On a couple occasions I worked with a big guy at the counter(sorry, I can't remember his name) that was certainly very patient and helpful in determining what would, or would not, be covered & to what extent with my insurance at the time. And, recently I worked with a young lady, named Tiffany, over the phone, who was extremely professional & polite in explaining what was, or was not, available & making it clear what date I could best access what I was asking about. I came close to giving only 4 Stars, but ONLY because I questioned if I had interacted with this CVS enough to justly giving 5 Stars. However, after further consideration, I decided that if my experiences with them had all been satisfactory & that I felt impressed by those experiences, regardless if it had only been one(or a few) occasion(s), then it would be unfair of me to give any less stars(5) than the effort & attention they gave me one my first visit. If waiting in Rx drive through line that wraps around the building is your thing, this is your place! If you don't want to wait in drive through, go inside and wait line for 25-20 minutes that is 10 people deep only to be waited on by snotty, non-friendly, no personality clerk. There are plenty of other pharmacy options on W. Main...do yourself a favor and pick one of those. read more

The worst pharmacy that I have ever tried to use. I gave them a second chance after a very bad experience. Unprofessional manager and employees openly fighting with each other in front of customers. Then an very angry mother comes in bringing medication that the manager filled the day before. It was not the medication that was prescribed. I checked reviews online and find that giving customers the wrong medications is a regular occurrence at CVS in Lebanon, TN. One review stated that it was just a matter of time before CVS, Lebanon kills somebody with wrong medication. CVS finally got rid of that manager so I tried using them again. The new smug moron foreign manager refuses to fill my legal legitimate prescription. He says that "they don't have a history with me." That's funny. The week before I came in, I discussed with pharmacy employee about changing all prescriptions over to CVS. I had all my insurance and personal information, including all medications I purchase each month, updated in their computer including pain meds. I take pain meds for pain from a vehicular accident in which my foot and ankle were both crushed. I have been taking them for six years and will have to take them for the rest of my life in order to walk, stand and lead a semi-normal life. CVS has filled the prescriptions before with no problem. I go to a pain clinic every month and get drug tested to make sure I'm not using illegal drugs and that I am taking meds prescribed and not selling them. Like I said, I've been taking them for six years without an issue. The moron manager's real reason not to fill my prescriptions was because "he" determined that I was trying to obtain pain meds illegally. The pain clinic I go to "clearly listed at top of the computer printed prescription order" is less than 1 mile from the CVS store in Lebanon and the manager or employees wouldn't take the 1 minute or less to call and verify my order. This was their second and last chance at my business. Aside from pain meds I also have 5 other medications I take daily. A week after this incident I received a phone call from CVS stating that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. CVS, what a joke. I'll never give them a dime of my business and if you are smart you won't either. I wonder if writing this review is qualification enough for the new CVS pharmacy manager to determine that I do have a history with CVS? They would do a great service for Lebanon, TN, by closing their store there and never coming back. . read more

Dropped off a prescription and 4 hours latter we got "sorry we lost your prescription". Taking my business to Walgreens across the street.
