They were filled at a different CVS only 200 miles away (long story). Both of these folks went above all expectations to fill them in Liberty for us before they closed for lunch. My doctor electronically sent my prescription to the pharmacy that I have used for over 10 years. I have the store app and I get text notifications of the status of my order. My complaint is that once the pharmacy received the script, I was never notified that it would be the next day before my prescription would be filled because they were out of stock. Good retail practice is to thoroughly communicate with customers if something will take longer than expected. A quick phone call would have allowed me to fill it somewhere else sooner. Because of the contagiousness of my untreated infection, I had to take a second day off of work. Next time, I will fill my prescriptions elsewhere. CVS has lost a loyal customer! read more

Employee stated the crash has happened for some time now. After another long wait, she used the drive through terminal to finish my transaction. Employee was frustrated. I had a terrible experience with an associate at the drive thru pharmacy. I pulled up and gave my info to get my script and told the person that I don't run it through insurance as that makes it $40 more expensive. Before I could even finish telling them that though, they shut the window so that was a little rude but I was willing to pass over it. Then, the person came back and told me the price, I asked if they ran it through my insurance and they said yes. I asked again that they not do that, as I have EVERY month for almost year now, and run it through CVS's discount program and the employee looked put out. They said that I would have to leave and come back in 20-30 minutes and when I asked why, they said (while using air quotes) that there were people in line before me. I was the next person in line at the drive thru and waited for my turn already. I questioned why I had to leave again as I've never had to leave and come back for the mistake to be fixed and all they said is that someone else had to take care of it and that it had to be completely reprocessed and approved. I told them I was confused by that because every time my insurance has had to be removed, the associate working has been able to fix it in just a few minutes without any approval or needing to reprocess the script. I was told to come back later and I told them I had another appointment and the response was "well we're open 24 hours so you can just come back" in a very snarky tone. I asked if I could wait in the drive thru lane and was told no, that I would need to come back later. So fine, I go with it and leave and less than 2 minutes later, I get a message telling me it's ready again. LESS THAN 2 MINUTES LATER. I literally could have gotten my script right there, when I needed it for the next day, in stead of now having to go again and waste the time and gas if two trips. The whole situation just seemed like there was a complete lack of effort put into assisting a customer and now I'm just frustrated and irritated. read more

First off said it was going to be an hour wait so I waited in the parking lot then pulled back around to get in line. I was in the line for 40 min because apparently this person was having problems with a credit card and decided to take the phone call in the line.... so I finally get over to the other lane after being stuck behind that woman for almost an hour. Tell them the info again takes 15 min for them to get it I get home open it up to give to my sick 8 month old and it's fucking powder because they didn't even mix the liquid. Let's just say I could kill someone I drove an extra 15 min in the middle of the night to get his meds on a holiday because he needs them and now I can't even give them to him because the dumb asses at this pharmacy don't know how to do there job correctly. This pharmacy was so inefficiently run that I have to say that its by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. If you want to get your script in a timely manner, avoid this pharmacy! They had plenty of employees that could have rung customers up but they all looked at the long line that had formed and just ignored it. There was one cashier and she had to have just started today, I felt sorry for her because she could not get any co-workers to help her with questions that she had. It looked like they had 7 or so employees running around in complete chaos not working with each other to assist getting guests checked out. Transferring all my scripts to a different pharmacy on the west side of I-35. This CVS store is understaffed and the employees are terribly overworked. Be prepared to wait for your prescription (a long time) and they may not even have what you've been prescribed in the dose you need or they may not have enough to fill your prescription. It's a shame bc I like the CVS rewards program but I simply can't use this place anymore bc my time is more valuable than they seem to think it is. They need more employees, a dependable pharmacy staff, and less turnover in their employees. read more

As much money as CVS spends on Adv. to get customers into the store it is too bad they can't take care of them once there. Current promotion is "scan your CVS card at the Kiosk and get a 12 pack of Coke for 99 cents with a $20 purchase" - way better than most 50 cent off coupon offers. Well those of us using Smartphones with all our rewards cards conveniently stored are out of luck because the Kiosk won't scan a Smartphone bar code (Droid or iPhone). We asked the Manager and he said if it didn't scan there wasn't anything he could do about it..."and it is for only one 12 pack anyway." Actually if was really about more than one 12 pack. The lack of ingenuity to fix my problem not only cost the store any sales i was thinking about (at min. $20). I will transfer all my prescriptions (and any future business) to Target or Walgreens which are more convenient for me anyway. This places has the slowest customer service ever. There was 3 people in line cashier walks slowly to a phone and says calling second cashier to the front desk. Then slowly walks back to help the customer that she coulda checked in the amount of time to call for help. Then the second cashier didn't get up to the the front till she had checked out all 3 of the customers that where in line. read more

I request my refills using the CVS website, to avoid problems in the store. When I checked the status of my refills and saw the price of one of my prescriptions, I looked for a coupon to reduce my cost. I arrived in the store and stood in line. When it was my turn, I presented my coupon to the cashier, who told me I needed to take the coupon to the drop-off window. I moved to the line at the drop-off window and waited as I listened to the person behind the counter telling the customer in front of me how clueless her husband is. So inappropriate in any setting-please don't discuss your dirty laundry with strangers. Several minutes later, it was my turn. I explained that I had a coupon for one of my prescriptions. The employee then checked the coupon in her computer, told me the coupon was only for people who don't have insurance, but I could pay more if I did not want to use my insurance. I opted to pay for my prescriptions and leave. However, my prescription, which has moved from one place to another behind the counter, now has to be "verified" by a pharmacist. I take my place in line again to wait. Now I have been in the store for over 30 minutes to pick up two prescriptions that I requested in advance and verified they were ready for pickup. All of the customer service personnel have bad attitudes, no compassion, no smiles, no thank you or may I help you from anyone. A village of people running around in the pharmacy area, and only one cashier who can't even smile. I will be searching for a new pharmacy with better customer service. read more

This place needs to restructure how it operates. The employees clearly are not interested in their jobs. They seem irritated when a customer comes in to use their services. I don't think they realize that there are a million pharmacies to go to and service is the most important in deciding where to go. They seem to forget that its customers who pay their wage. My prescription was delivered to this CVS by fax at 11:23 AM. I immediately contacted this business to provide them my insurance information because I had never done business with them before. The young man who answered the phone said I could just simply bring it with me and give it to the cashier. He further told it would take right about an hour and I could pick up the prescription. I arrived at the pharmacy just after 12:20 and contacted the cashier to pick up my prescription. She informed me that there was a delay because of a problem with my insurance. I informed her that I called to give my insurance and I was told to bring it she seemed very surprised. She took my card and gave it to someone else. I was then called up and given my my card back and told it would be just a couple of minutes. I was then called up to the front while I was already standing at the counter. I stood there for several minutes before someone even acknowledge I was there. The pharmacist then looked at me and said has anyone helped you I said no you called me while I was standing here and no one ever looked up to see I was in front of them. I finally left at 12:57. I'm very unimpressed with this business and their work ethics. I saw a lot of running around and visiting but not a lot of work being done. This review is for the pharmacy only! They are over worked and under trained in customer service. My insurance company Rx program is only available for CVS so I have been struggling with this Pharmacy for almost 3 years now. They are always slow, due to volume not lack of working by the employees. I have 1 and 3 year old so if they are sick I try to use the drive up window. It's there so it should be managed correctly by the company that put it there. It takes me 15-20 min. on average to get a Rx dropped off. The longest I had to wait for a drop of is 45 min, and yes I timed it b/c they are chronically slow. Then it takes 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to to fill. I live 15 minutes away so 30 minutes round trip with sick kiddos is not worth the drive. But, 3 hours to have a Rx filled is a little bit long for a "drive thru" Pharmacy. More disturbing than that is usually the people working the drive up window have poor to no customer service. I once said to the girl, " wow it is really busy, they must be working you to death" her answer was. "In the grand sceem of things, your 30 minutes wait isn't that long." HINT: NOT the correct thing to say to a mom who has a sick kid in the car and was trying to be nice about the work load. Also, I complained on Twitter and counterpart sent me a nice public tweet saying please send us your email so we can make this write and talk to you directly. NEVER HEARD from them. They simple wanted the public to think they were answering the complaint. If you can pick somewhere else for your Rx's I would. read more

Im a couponer and i love this store so much i call it my store i come into this store often. But on Jan 28th going 29th around Midnight. Im doing some trasaction of purchase $30. On appointed items and get $10. Back in rewards, well the manager was Leah a new face to me im a reglar at this store i love his store and cashier was Desr Mrs Beth shes was very helpful, professional and great customer service skilled. Ok so the problem with this incident at store strated when i did my deal and the reward did not print when i spent $30.10 so here we have to call Leah the night shift manager, Well Mrs. Beth explains the issue to Leah and she very rudely said if you didn't complete the deal i can't over ride it, well she look at your circular and told me you have to spend $30. From each page and you got items from different ones i told look at the sales code is the same so it's part of the same deal, so since i know what im doing i try to explain to her i always buy these deals and i know how they go, because she seemed clueless but very rude and since i pointed that to her and her coworker was trying to explain to her that i did the deal right she felt some type of way and rudely threw the keys on the counter to Mrs. Beth and told her to do the override because she didn't feel like doing it. As a customer it was an awkward situación for me because i was thought to respect older people and Ms. Leah was very rude and disrespectful not only to me as a customer but to her coworker Mrs. Beth .... i hope something is done about this situation because i would hate to have to go to another cvs because of this and i loveeeeeeeeee this store i feel more at home there to do all my shopping. Advice as your loyal customer i advice you to hire more helpful, friendly, and curtious people to work in your store for example like Mrs. Beth, Mrs. Luz, Ms. Jenny and Mr. Brian which got tranfer to a Bethelehem store i miss him he also had all these good qualities as an employee.... to me this is a 5 star cvs but because of this incident and just knowing many more like it are likely to come because your cashier and manager attitudes matter to me. We went to this Minute Clinic as our regular doctor was full. My husband had a nasty cough and sinus pressure. After an hour long wait that was supposed to be 36 minutes, we left and waited for the text to alert us it was almost his turn. Within maybe 15 minutes of leaving, we returned following the text alert that our appointment would be in 30 minutes. After a total of 3 HOURS wait for an appointment that was expected to be in 36 minutes of our arrival (we are fairly patient people, but this was a stretch even for my laid back hubby), he was allowed back. He was in and out in 5 minutes with a verbal diagnosis that was completely different than what we found within his paperwork, she never even listened to his list of problems, told him essentially it was either in his head (my hubby DOES NOT go to a doctor or miss work unless it is BAD) or a viral lung infection and sent him out with a prescription for antibiotics. Antibiotics have no effect on a virus! In addition to this brilliant diagnosis, he was given a list of home remedies like Tylenol and warm compresses that had she listened to him she would have known he had been doing this for a week already. This was the most ridiculous, drawn out, quackery I have run across in my life. From this point on, we will never visit a Minute Clinic again. read more
