I went to this location after going to Walgreens and finding out their only store that was usually opened on a Saturday evening was closed (online said opened). My 21 month old had surgery and was vomiting all night long and we needed Zofran urgently. The pharmacist was on hold with an Omaha Walgreens for over 25 minutes to get the prescription transferred so I could fill it. This location was the only open pharmacy in all of Lincoln. They were very busy and had some very rude people come to their counter while I was there. ALERT - DO NOT TRY TO GET CHILDREN VACCINATED HERE OR AT WALGREENS! We called tonight to find out if they would vaccinate children under 18. The pharmacist was TOTALLY RUDE!!! She said that Medicaid won't cover it. Well, we had already been to Walgreens that day and when they said that, we called the Medicaid representative. The representative even talked to the pharmacist, and said they would cover that cost. FINALLY the pharmacist admitted that it was store policy not to vaccinate children under 18! Like they couldn't have said that straight out two hours ago? Well, when we called CVS, she tried to tell us the same thing, Medicaid won't cover it. We assured her that we had already spoken to the company, and they would. She kept insisting they wouldn't, and told us to get one from a doctor - which everyone knows doctors don't have COVID shots - and then accused us of only hearing what we wanted to. I flat out asked, "If this is store policy, that's cool, just tell us." (Sam's club was nice enough to just say that when we called) but her attitude was impossible. This pharmacy never fails to disappoint. I had a prescription I was out of. The mail order could get doctor approval fast enough. I noticed I had one refill left at CVS on 70th & O. I requested that refill and was told it would be done by 6 p.m. yesterday. Today I called at 8 a.m. and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Went in at 11, it wasn't ready. When I went in for a vaccination a few years ago, I was out and out lied to. Complained to a manager that didn't care. I've noticed a few other CVS locations had good reviews. the phone answering system is the worst, cuts you off, keeps starting over time and time again, difficult to get through when it keeps resetting- horribly frustrating. I needed an antibiotic filled two weeks ago, and it took them more than 24 hours to fill it after prescribed. By then, I felt so sick I couldn't drive to go pick it up. When I called and finally got someone to answer, they said they were two days behind on orders. Then this morning, I had a different script ordered, and all day it said in process. I finally saw on the website (at 12:45 a.m.) that they were out of stock. Really nice I found that out after it was too late to get it transferred to a different location. Not to mention that I ran out today, and there's no indication of when it will be ready. I tried calling twice earlier to see the status and was on hold for fifteen minutes both times before I just hung up. read more

This is the slowest, worst customer service pharmacy I have every used. They won't answer the phone even though there may be 5 people working there. They can receive a medication request from the Dr. at 10 am and not schedule it for filling until 11:30 pm, 'because that's the procedure'. They changed one of my prescriptions to a completely different medication but when I ask why they act like they don't know. After spending an hour and a half on the phone they said the Dr.s office made the change and they can't tell me why. The Dr.s office said they didn't make the change. WHA? I'm changing all of my subscription to the local HyVee. read more

The overnight female pharmacist is rude and is dishonest about your prescription details. Use a different pharmacy, if you can.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever used in my life. Rude don"t care I have been waiting almost two weeks for a prescription and when I call just get told its on order.. I think they are holding it on purpose because I have complained numorous times about service and attitude. Once went to get a special prescription for my wife she needed immediatly and they said tough they were busy and I would have to come back later and it was one Dr said she needed right away...The management of this store should all be fired I dont understand how corporate lets this continue.... read more

I have only used the pharmacy, both drive through and inside. I can walk to this location, or go through the drive through as I'm driving home. I expected this would be a great convenience and our new go to pharmacy. I don't find poor staff attitude fits well into life. I used to get my Rx here, but the woman at the drive through window was so cold and rude, I finally transferred my Rx elsewhere. Then I tried again, as it's so close. This time the pharmacist was the rude one. I was amazed at how condescending and unwelcoming he was. Never again. I went across the street to Walgreen's to a completely opposite experience-friendly, helpful, enjoyable. read more

I was treated so rudely by the staff. Not all of them but a few. The women tend to be ruder then the men. They don't have enough staff at night and the pharmacist seemed overwhelmed. I tried to get a script late at night and was told I couldn't because she was to busy. This particular pharmacist has a foreign accent that is difficult to understand and she is always rude to me. I am always nice to her. I did call the assistant manager and complain. I have noticed a better attitude with the staff but not that particular pharmacist. read more
