Always have what you need no complaints, staff are ok, not super friendly but not rude either. I do like the self check out system.

Pharmacy staff is great and friendly! They are busy but always willing to help. You can tell they are good busy.

I called this CVS on 7/11/25 and asked them to transfer a prescription I had at Costco to their store and fill it. I was told it could take up to 72 hours to do that. Fine. So I received no communication from the store for the next three days. Today, 7/14/25, I called to find out what was going on with my prescription and to explain that the medication I needed was a nerve pain blocker I use instead of getting two Radiofrequency Ablations on my spine each year and that I was in a lot of pain. The "pharmacist" scolded me for not calling the day before, on a Sunday when Costco Pharmacy is closed. I asked her what she would have done differently if I had called the day before. She couldn't answer that question. I think she was trying to say that this is all MY fault. Anyhow, I finally had to ask her what she COULD do for me. She then suggested calling Costco (BINGO!) and getting the prescription. I still do not have it and have not heard back. read more

It's uncanny how you can find 2 people so rude in 1 location, 14th and Superior. The pharmacy tech scolded and snapped at me. The pharmacist, likely the reason for the pharmacy tech's attitude, snapped and made faces. Completely unhelpful. This isn't always the case at this store. read more

It was so expensive for one piece of candy. It was five dollars a box I feel like that's just a scam and it had air!!

When to CVS on 14th & Superior @ 3:3AM. It's supposed to be 24 hours. Lights all on and large sign in window say Open 24 Hours, but there was a note on the door saying will reopen @ 7AM. HOW ARE YOU 24 HOURS? I expect some sort of compensation for my time & gas. read more

Wish I could give this a big fat zero. Meds are always out and pharmacy manager is very rude. The other day I thought my script had been filled incorrectly but didn't notice till I got home. I guess I have to start treating my med order like a fast food order and check the bag before I leave. I called and left a message like always since you can't talk directly to a person for whatever reason. After going back and forth with the pharmacist she decided she was done explaining and just hung up on me. I was home from work and live over 30 minutes away but decided to drive all the way back to get an in person explanation. Again, pharmacist was very rude and did not even bother to give me her full attention as she was "very busy". Since I had all ready taken the meds home they would not refund me. Will be going somewhere else. Absolutely horrendous!!! If you can I would use the Walgreens that's right across the street. That's where I will be taking both mine and my families medication business from now on. read more

I was very reluctant to get the vacc due to the side effects but decided to get my first shot. The young lady who did the vaccine was very kind and gentle. I couldn't even feel it. She also answered any of my questions. I then purchased some items in the pharmacy and the staff there was so nice too! Even shared her thoughts on a popcorn I was buying. I have been using Walgreens more because I live north of it but it is very worth going a round the round about to CVS. It just felt more clean and modern too. Walgreens is so busy and dirty and staff seem over worked or something to be so unfriendly. But I had to give 5 stars to CVS for making it a pleasant experience. read more

STAY AWAY! Could'nt take it any more. They lied to me again. Told me order is in and will be ready shortly. Go to pick it up and, "Sorry, out of stock". Very comon med out of stock for more than a week. They told me to talk to my doctor if I wanted the med from another pharmacy. I told them to F off. I changed to wallgreens. read more

Pharmacy is ok, not sure who to blame for minute clinic billing. Went in for vaccination pharmacy said insurance would cover it for me, it did. My wife was told she needs to wait until she turned 65, waited a couple of months after her birthday they said she was covered. We have same insurance mine was covered 100%, 6 months go by we get first notice that we owe for hers. Called insurance company they say we are covered should be no charge. Tell minute clinic to resubmit, month later get texts telling us to pay bill. Today i called minute clinic customer service number was on hold for two and a half hours. Left call back number and I'm still waiting. I had another appointment they never could get the insurance submitted correctly, my insurance said the clinic needed to add trailing "0" to i'd # that this was a known issue. Ended up having to pay and wait for reimbursement from insurance. Issue is the minute clinic doesn't have the documentation on the billing to satisfy insurance, it will be another phone call. Since this started I've switched all my prescriptions to wal mart. so far so good and out of pocket is less. read more

Stopped in quick for a few items we forgot at home while we were out of town visiting family. The store is a newer store conveniently located at 14th and Superior Streets. The roundabout makes it a bit challenging to get into but it could be worse. There is a large lot and the store is bright and welcoming. Staff is pretty friendly and items are fairly easy to find. Some of the prices are a bit higher than other local stores and they really push their savings cards. I wish the prices were low without that card, I have too many rewards cards to keep track of and I never usually frequent CVS. Overall decent experience for just getting in and out and back to our family. read more

Newer CVS store. Very clean and well planned out. Good selection of products ranging from pharmacy, OTC medicines, snacks, pet items, small liquor section, hygiene products, etc. prices are a little higher, but they have a CVS saver card available that provides many discounts/sales. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of and has plenty of spaces available. read more

I live in apartments really close to this CVS, so when I need a little more milk or eggs, it's really convenient for me. I am, however, disappointed with their pharmacy. I switched to have my prescription sent here because it's so close, and it turned out costing me about $55 more. Also when I had questions about my prescription and the cost, the two pharmacists that were helping me were quite rude and never answered my question. Instead they both just smiled at me as if I should already know the answer to my question. I will be back to buy a few things here and there that I need, but I will not be using their actual pharmacy again. I hope others have a more positive experience with the two pharmacists than I did. read more

I can't speak for the store itself, but the pharmacy is an absolute train-wreck and a rip off. I stopped in to have my prescription refilled 3 weeks before I actually needed it. They didn't have my medication in stock on the Friday I went in, but assured me it would be ready and filled by Monday. Come Monday, they still have not filled my prescription. I call to ask about it and they say my medicine is still not in stock and will be ready by tomorrow (Tuesday) and I will receive a notification when it's ready. After 2 weeks of waiting for them to have the medication I need in stock to fill my prescription, I call again and they assure me it will be ready when I get there. I drive all the way to their store (a 45 minute commute for me), and come to find they still do not have it ready and that they haven't even been processing it despite the fact that I ordered it 3 weeks ago! I had called to make sure they were processing it three times before then! An absolute waste of my time and horrible customer service. Ended up cancelling my order and transferring my prescription to a different CVS. Will NEVER be going back to this location. read more
