Everyone in this cvs are extremely rude and disrespectful. They are extremely LAZY they drag their feet to help you with anything. The place is always messy and dirty. They hardly have any employees you will be waiting in line for over 25 minutes just because they are understaffed. I never shop here and the one time I do I experience a horrible visit to this cvs . On February 3, 2021 at 12:38, I was checked out by Ms. Nailah who was absolutely welcoming and helpful. I had to speak with a pharmacist (he was, also, very kind and extremely helpful), then Ms. Nailah took it from there. She got me the Claritin I requested and checked me out with such an awesome respect for time. If I could select anyone to be on my favorites list, it would be Ms. Nailah. Who wouldn't love a store that gives you back 2% of your spending every quarter & earn $5 for every 10 prescriptions filled?! Well, I enjoy the perks! CVS has been my go to location since they were called SavOn. Yeah, that's old school! LoL This location is convenient for me because it's local, and the staff is really cool. If your a bargain shopper then you'll notice most of the items here are just as reasonable as going across town to Walmart....or equate to the same price after you spend your gas driving there. Make sure to sign up for the CVS card if you haven't, and if you have stop by the Coupon Center and scan your card, or type in your phone number for coupons. I actually like this location waaay better than the location nearest my home! Although there's still the down side of a huge store with only 1-2 open registers & 1 loooong line, they have a much larger variety of well, pretty much everything! This pharmacy is again, large, neat & the shelves are full of products (some can use some dusting). This was my 1st visit to this location & all in all I experienced great customer service (I had to get back in line after my 1st purchase because I found something else I needed on the way out), but be prepared to stand in 1 long line (I assume depending on the time of day you visit/ I was there around 3:30pm-ish) that will service you depending on which cashier is faster. One sucky thing I noticed & was almost driven crazy by is the annoying constant ringing of the "ding-dong" alerting employees & everyone else that you're in the makeup dept. isle! There's gotta be several sensors all over that dept. because everyone's aware of every step you take or any move that you make at all in that area! I mean, I get "the area/location" & it's the holiday season, etc. (so they've gotta monitor the "shrink"), but geez!! Just post a security guard there already & save people's ears & sanity for heaven sakes! read more

Im so hood! Great place to get African American stuff though. . .The people have attitudes and you are in compton. I would not suggest going at night, but I have because my granny use to live around the corner. It has the basics of any CVS but is not fully stocked like other CVS. They do have a bunch of african american statues that you cannot find outside of a "hood" CVS. I was able to purchase a nice angel set that says faith, hope, and love. I would go back, but not for my basic needs. Only if I am looking for a statue or a knick knack or if I am there just to get a drink. read more

I have had good experiences at this store. Its my go to cvs store. I've come here during the day and night time hours and I have not had any problems. The staff is on the friendly side they are not rude. Sometimes there is a long wait because only two cashiers are open, but other stores seem to have this problem too loke rite aid. They recently add a new section to they cosmetics area E.L.F cosmetics which has many good finds. It pay to buy cosmetics here or any cvs store as long as you are a member beacuse of their special such as spend $15 on cosmetics you get $5 in cvs bucks which you can use on anything, its basically a $5 coupon you can apply to any purchase. Pretty sweet. Best part is you dont have to purchase the items all at once. At the end of your receipt it tells you how much points or money you've spent count towards beauty bucks. The store brand golden elbem... I thats what its called. Have very good products their snacks range from yogurt covered pretzels, peach rings, candy corn, organic apple juice, and dried mangos are great. Their organic line of snacks is a must try. read more

I went into tgis drugstore today just to get change. I asked a African American cashier for change. She said, no problem. When I have a transaction that will open my drawer, I will give to you. I don't ever want to return to this location. Unfortunately my son was having difficulty sleeping and I brought him with me to this CVS to grab some children's medicine as soon as it opened. It was past 7am and we attempted to go into the children's health aisle. It was blocked with carts and possibly loading material. A worker said she couldn't let me pass because she had to remove everything first. I asked if the whole children's section was inaccesible and she rudely answered yes. I thought perhaps she would try to move some stuff or offer to get what we need, as my sons tears ran down his face. Instead, she walked away. She didn't offer any assistance. Let me get this straight!! The store is cool but the pharmacy sucks!! Reminds me of a bootleg pharmacy that only gives out generic medication!! To top it off I've been taking a certain phyce med for 3 years and out of convince since I live down the street I decided to get my script filled at CVS so when I went in and gave my script to the pharmacist they acted like I was asking for morphine patches or something!! They said they had to get a hold of my phyce to make sure I take this medication!! So after 3 days waiting for them to contact my phyce (it was Friday had to leave script until Monday so they can call phyce) when they finally got her on the phone and she confirmed that I do take this medication all of a sudden the pharmacist lady on the phone with my phyce tells her why is he taking this? He don't need this!! I'm standing in line looking at this lady like who the hell do she think she is telling my doctor what I need and don't need!! Make a long story short I will never go to this pharmacy unless the pharmacy technicians at CVS can start treating customers like customers and not people trying to get over on medications!!
