I told him that I had the text messages on my phone that said they were ready. He said no, they did not send me any texts. After waiting a couple of minutes he said that he had found the prescriptions but there was no apology from him for his mistake. He said they would be ready in "2 to 3 minutes." After waiting exactly 10 minutes I buzzed him again and he said he was busy "up front" and would get them now. About this time a car pulled up to the other drive through station and I saw the man send something in the tube. A couple of minutes later his tube came back and he removed a prescription from it and left. I buzzed the guy again and he said that since that customer only had one prescription he took care of him first. I told him that since I had arrived first I should be waited on first. He said that that was not his policy. Then he said that the 4 SMALL prescription bottles would not fit in the tube together and I would have to pull up to the front door of the store and he would bring them out to me. I told him that I go there every 3 months and they always put up to all 5 of my prescriptions in the tube at once and he said no they don't. So I drove to the front door and a black guy in his 30s came out with an upset look on his face and handed me the 4 small bottles without saying anything and walked away. I was there a total of 22 minutes which is ridiculous. Would someone there in a position of authority please speak to this guy and tell him that he needs to improve his customer relation skills? Their policies override your doctor's orders. They cannot keep the new GLP-1 drugs in stock. My hubby is on Monjarou and he has had to wait weeks at a time for them to get it in stock. If you have any controlled substances, they will make you wait a full 30 days for refills no matter what your doctor says. It is THEIR policy. I was in the area today and stopped in to pick up a few groceries. The Recommendation is mostly for the Amazing people that still work here from when I lived in the area. This store used to be SO CLEAN and well loved and taken care of! Most of the people working here are older and honestly they shouldn't have to be the ones to clean it. I'd think that Value Market could have it professionally done. It needs a really use a deep cleaning in the entry way and actually throughout the store. They still have a nice selection of fresh produce and a good variety of meat, which is what they used to be known for. I'd much rather shop at a smaller family owned business whenever possible but I do hope they step up their game and do some cleaning. It's sad to see it in such dis-array, and well, actually dirty.

The pharmacy at this CVS location is the worst I've ever been to and I've traveled from one side of…read morethe country to the other. The techs are universally "can't get rights" and are slow as molasses. They can't do simple data entry, look blankly at you like there is no light behind their eyes and a simple call ahead for meds that they've already told you are ready, turns into a 1 hour wait because they are incredibly stupid. Consistently! The pharmacist himself is no better. Definitely mule kicked as a child. I watched him get into a shouting match with a perfectly polite customer. Why would you hire someone who can't control his emotions. I'm blown away CVS employs these reprobates. The place itself is also a dump, overrun with homeless chilling in seats reserved for people waiting for their meds to be filled. There is nothing good about this place. Nothing. Amazon prescriptions here I come.

So the decor and design of this wal mart is sleek and nice with that new feel to it. However the good stops there. They very rarely have anything in stock and the workers here are lazy and unmotivated. Lines move slow and the workers won't acknowledge you. I'll tell myself thanks and you're welcome sarcastically every-time I get the silent treatment. The clientele here is to put it nicely "rough". Lots of riff raff and crime happen here. Seems like the local news is always talking of robberies, child abductions and even murders at this location. So that's always fun. A long time ago there was a wal mart at this location across from the mall. It was dirty and smaller but I loved it. Because nobody went here and they had stock on everything. They since ripped that down and left for about 5-10 years and then they built This new one. Which is nice and big. But the service, stock, people and workers all here make this location a "only come here as an absolute last resort" type situation. Overall I would recommend not coming to this location. There are 3 wal Marts well within ten miles of this location that have a smidge better service and definetly better stock.
