Well, once again, I found the store completely disorganized from constant rearranging of the shelves so I ask three different employees one simple question, where is the minced garlic all three of them would send me to the opposite side of the store I would get there then they would send me back. It's pretty clear. They don't know a damn thing about their own store and take great joy in sending customers on wild goose chases, I left my cart full of groceries in the middle of an aisle, and went to Kroger's to do my shopping, hope you can keep losing sales like this and still make a dollar. read more

"Manager" was very rude to me and hung up on me because I was trying to resolve a missing item in my order & make sure they didn't still have the item at the store. Guess actually doing her job was too much to ask. She didn't even try to help resolve the problem. read more

I worked here for about three years in my college days. I have a Lotta good memories and a lot of good fun at this place with me and my buddies working here. Everybody treated as pretty good we had a great time and I really enjoyed it. That was almost 20 years ago I can't believe it's been that long I have a Lotta good memories so today I went in there and I probably haven't been in there in about five years so I went in there shopping on some things the place is pretty much looks the same almost it's a good atmosphere big building and a Lotta good things And I really can't complain about it it's one of the better Walmarts in my opinion read more

If you are having groceries delivered, don't have them delivered from Walmart. The groceries you ordered are picked fine, usually. The people loading them in the delivery vehicle need a lot of training. The people who answer the phone in that department need a lot of training on how to be civil to the people that are being kind and patient on the phone with them who didn't (once again),receive a full order. The customer has to pay to have the items left behind delivered or they have to arrange to pick them up. This should fall on Walmart since they are the ones making the mistake. I thought I would give them one more chance since their prices are somewhat better than other places, but I am done. This Walmart is always pretty clean. The prices are quite reasonable and there is a wide variety of items available. The produce always looks fresh and they have quite a few exotic items as well. The self check out is easy to use but the friendly associates are always close by to help if you have an issue. Mid morning during the week is not too busy and check out is not too backed up. The thing that makes me mad the most was we was waiting 30 minutes at electronics section (granted they were bout to close but besides the point) don't lie to your patrons telling them you're gonna try to help and in actuality on some bs. Walmart's annoy me. There are never enough aisles open and you have to wait longer than you should have to. It's very hard to get any help at this location. This one happened to be convenient for where we were at but they definitely need to hire more help. Employees are rude. One time I've was in make up Dept with my 5 yr old son and picked what I was purchasing and went to continue shopping in other parts the store but the girl in the make up Dept stopped me and told me I had to pay for it right than and there. When the day before I had bought some foundation and nobody demanded I pay for it in that department. I was kinda embarrassed because she made a scene in front everyone. No signs were up nothing. I know they have problems with people stealing(all the special security camera they keep installing and I see the crime reports in the area) but to treat everyday customers like that is gonna cause they to shop elsewhere like online. Another time I stop by early early am on way to work for couple items and something for lunch at work. Only registers open were uscan. The man who was attending the registers was in a wheel chair and I understood be a little longer. But he sat up front talking to a Hispanic women who was either on break or getting off. Well there was some kind issue with the premade sandwich I was trying to purchase. I stood there almost ten mins while my number to the uscan blinked away showing I needed assistant and nobody came to assist. She look right at me. Than I watched her go help a Hispanic man who had issue well after me and ignore me again. By this time not only was I pissed but gonna be late. So I took my items out the bag and rang them up on another register and had to leave the sandwich for lunch behind. I'm pretty sure she was some kind manager or supervisor. What a beep. It's all time. Seems like everyone who works there is just there for a check. Not one my favorite places to shop. Rather go to Meijers even with them being more expensive. read more

This place has figured out how to make covid disappear. The roped walkway entrance with no person counting people. Aisles you can only walk one way down. Everyone wears masks. Good job Walmart. Would recommend to anyone avoiding the virus. Though your sanitizer wipes are always empty or dry. Try harder on that. The 2 star deduction is because they never have carts inside. Good luck finding a cart without a gimp wheel. I tend to just use the produce bags and fill up several with my groceries as I wonder the store. Sometimes if you're lucky, people leave their carts to grab something and you can act dumb and walk off with their cart. Also, if something appears to be out of stock - it most likely isn't. It's just misplaced on the opposite end of the store. Lastly, don't be fooled by there only being 1 cashier on a busy weekend. They made sure and hire an elder and security guard to greet you walking in to perk you up, as well as installed a theme park gate to make you feel as if being there is a good time. They also hired a second elder person to tell you how to walk to the next available self checkout. I always forget about everything that pisses me off in a Walmart because of the women who tells me to have a nice day on the way out. They've mastered the art of trickery. I think they've just spent all of their employee money to create Walmart Radio. They might be onto something. read more

They have about everything you could want but don't go late nights. The customers that visit at those hours are weird. They don't have near the hired help required to run a store this size so service is lacking. You need to also read the hidden reviews also as YELP only allows a few reviews to count. YELP plays GOD when it comes to which reviews they allow. read more

Kinda crazy when managers walk by and see the customer service line with 10 people in it while there's only one person working the line. Seems that all the management wants to do is hide in their little room in the back until their associates can't handle something. read more

Great experience at this location tonight. Pops and I came in to grab some furnace(I think that's what that big thing in my house is called )filters and other small home items. Employees were extra nice and helpful. I was out all day and by the time I made it here, my battery on my cell phone went dead. Of course my luck, my cell phone had the list of things I needed to buy. One of the employees heard me talking to Pops about that, and quickly came to my rescue. He offered to let me dock my phone in their electronics phone department until my phone charged enough to get my list. AWESOME! That did the trick, and shopping time was back on. They were out of the filter size I needed, but had everything else on my. All the employees tonight were all smiles and polite. Good to see and nice experience. read more

Horrible! The employees block the aisles while stocking their inventory, they openly complain about their jobs (which I get, but do it where there aren't customers). They are not very helpful, more concerned with hanging out and conversing with one another and there are NEVER enough registers open! read more

I am a former employee at this Walmart and I was informed to contact a HR employer About my W2 tax form I was unable to file my taxes this year but thanks to my significant other she had it hold off until October anyways the HR i spoke to her name is Jill and I've called multiple times to let her know that I needed a certain tax form from 2017 to advance in completing my Taxes she gave me the number to contact the Tax Agencies called them twice (twice) and both Tax agents told me to gather more information from the employer because the information I gave them was incorrect I called Jill from HR YESTERDAY and I was paged too a member of management and Her name is Terri she is the grocery pick manager and I was explaining to her what the tax agencies has told me and she rudely cut me off and told me the samething Jill had said (our files for whenever u are terminated are gone after 4 WEEKS) then she hung up on me I will be calling back to talk to their store manager and let him know how rude this person was never working there nor shopping there again just terrible read more
