Abysmal experience all around. Unfriendly and inept at even being open during posted hours

This is when I went to pick up a prescription. Normally they are very helpful on the phone when you are checking the insurance to see what the cost is. When I went in to pick up the prescription there was nobody in line and about 7 employees working. I stood there waiting for somebody to help me check out for at least 8 minutes. I was the only one standing there and they ignored me. Finally when another customer walked up, 2 people came up to help both of us. I realize they were busy but why did it take another person to walk up before I got the service I needed? The young gentleman that helped me was very rude and mean. Is this really how you guys treat your customers? Wow. I will not be getting my prescriptions filled there anymore. I have always shopped in there and the store staff is great. Not so good in the prescription department. I think you should reevaluate your staff back there and give them a speech about what good customer service truly is. These days with alot of businesses shutting down, I don't think you can afford to be rude to customers. read more

I do not have insurance. Please stop trying to refill my prescription with the insurance. This problem has been going on for 2 years. Medicare will only give me a 2 month supply even though my DR writes for 3 months. Please stop making me finish the prescription before you will refill. read more

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the area. They cannot consistently refill prescriptions. They say the prescriptions are filled when they're not. They fill the wrong prescription. They try to give you someone else's medication (no joke, it happened twice). They refuse to transfer your prescriptions. All of these things have happened to me in the last few months. I've now spent over 2 hours on the phone with them and they still have not been able to transfer my prescriptions away from this horrible place. I'd been trying to get my birth control refilled off and on for about a month. Actively for about two weeks. Walgreens had made the whole process take ages as I sent it in again and their servers had issues upon issues. A month after initially requesting my refill, I finally had it sent to CVS. I showed up and they got it to me in ten minutes. Should've come here all along. And also, it was free, unlike at Walgreens where it was $90. So lesson learned. CVS has got my back. The staff were so kind, and I'd been stress crying for days over this ordeal. It was all just really appreciated. I wish I could thank them more. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Twix Cookie Bars - Drugstores Near Me - LYNNWOOD, Washington

I used to like this pharmacy, but no longer. They used to answer the phones but stopped answering. Today, I was on hold for 20 min hoping someone would answer. Take a guess...they didn't. This isn't the first time and I am fed up. For example, a few weeks ago, I asked for the manager's name and number when I had to go in just to have my questions answered because they wouldn't pick up the phone. I cannot speak to a mgr unless I call that number and they decide to answer which is never. While writing this review, I called Walgreens, which is closer to me anyway, and they answered (had a feeling they would). So I arranged to have my prescriptions transferred from CVS to Walgreens as of today :-) CVS, even though I have been a customer for over 10 yrs, you just lost my business for good... read more

Been waiting on insulin for a week to show up here. I show up to ask about and they are still out of stock, so I ask does any nearby ones have any and they say yes one 25 miles away has what you need for 3 months supply, so I go to the one far away to pick up and they only have one box of the insulin and the 3 months supply is 5 boxes and they only have 1. Mind you I asked multiple times at the Lynnwood one if they were sure they have it and they insisted yes. I like to order my supplies for 3 months because it gives you pretty big discount and here I am paying 35 dollars for not even 1 months supply because they can't get their information right. The pharmacist should care more about sending you 25 miles out of your way to get LIFE DEPENDING medication. Honestly people like this should be held liable for any adverse affects to my health because of their incompetence. Far too many times has this happened. For you it might just be a job but for me it's my life you messing with. read more

Now we're down to one star. Basically no customer service is available. It's not the fault of people trying to fill prescriptions. The lame excuse they continually is that they're understaffed. That's their problem. If they can no longer provide any customer service they should close. Don't bother calling their corporate because they don't care either. read more

Made an appointment for a booster shot, took time off work, drove 45 minutes to this location. Just as I pulled in (15 minutes before my appointment) I got a notification that my appointment was canceled. Since I was already there I asked the pharmacy what happened? They said they aren't doing any vaccines there, and there was a system error or something. I get this stuff happens, and I was understanding but the woman was incredibly rude. When I asked a clarifying question she just shut me down and turned away. read more

This CVS is inside the Target in Lynnwood across the street from the Alderwood Mall. I've been here a couple times. No issues to report. They don't use Target's prescription bottles anymore with the different colored bands and I wish that was still an option. The last time I was here, I told the pharmacy tech that they made an error on one of my prescriptions - they gave me 30 day supply when it was to be 90. He told me it was my doctor's fault, but the pharmacist overhead, came over and looked at the screen, then told me I was correct and they would get me the 90 day supply. The tech apologized for his error. They have weird hours and close early for a pharmacy - 7 pm during the week, earlier on the weekends. No drive thru. read more

Do not schedule an appt on cvs website- it doesn't work!!! Gave me a date and time , wasted my gas and time driving up there only to be told they haven't had the covid booster for quite awhile. I called spoke to a live person that they need to put a hold on their system because it is making bogus appt. Told her I had to try 3times before it would schedule me. She tried to turn the blame on me saying I tried too many times and I should have done it again the next day. The 1st 2 times it cancelled my appt. FIX your system!!!! Call before putting yourselves through this headache. read more

Absolutely awful. I'm going through medication withdrawals because they raised the price of my meds by an insane amount, and when I went to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy, they flat-out refused to help, didn't answer the phone, hung up on me, and even closed the pharmacy 10 minutes early because they didn't want to deal with transferring my medications (literally just told me to leave and come back another day mid-conversation). Honestly about to go in there and cause a scene if they don't help me ASAP read more

This is the third time I have received horrible service at this pharmacy. This past Friday July 15th I arrived at the pharmacy in a rush 15 minutes before closing to pick up my mom's medication, she is an old woman, because I am unable to stop by earlier due to my job's hours. I waited 5 minutes because this employee was getting ready for closing and when he finally came over he was very rude. It is very disappointing that this pharmacy used to have outstanding customer service years ago, but if I could rate the pharmacy lower today I would give it zero stars. read more

I loath this pharmacy with a passion. If I could give negative stars I would. I no longer go to this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. But unfortunately my doctor office accidentally sent it here. On hold for over an hour listening to music that even Satan would cringe at. This is no exaggeration! I wish it was. No one ever picks up the phone. No, please hold on, we will be with you as soon as we can. Just death music and no one ever picks up. You never get anyone to even pick up period! When you finally get through to them, you then get the pleasure of dealing with the most incompetent excuse for staff ever! All this to tell them to NOT fill my meds so the correct place can. To never pick up the phone is beyond unacceptable. The system or lack of one is beyond incompetent. Your medication is never ever on time. They always have an "issue" but never can be bothered to notify you about them. They are rude and unhelpful. Again if I could give a negative star I would. I have talked to the higher ups and nothing ever changes. I am happy with the pharmacy I am at. I have been going to this cvs pharmacy only because the normal one I go to was out and this one could fill it for me that day . But I must say it is a struggle the receptionist is so condescending and think she knows everything just the tone of her voice makes me nervous . I don't no if she is serving time and that's why she has to work there but she will never honor the coupons I bring in it's like she thinks she owns the place she should go to customer service class read more

I have to give this a one star due to the fact that I have always had good service through Cvs at Alderwood target but right now this week I found out that they're having staffing shortages and I've been trying desperately to get my two prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy because a price and no one answers the phone and it's been going on for two weeks so I called another CVS and they confirmed that there was a staffing shortage but was not able to offer me any solutions so just a heads up if you're getting prescriptions filled there or needing transfers I'm not sure if you'll have any issues, But if you're calling for a transfer or question you will be put into a que where you will be on hold I tried 20 times in one day and was on hold for a total of 20 minutes each time so I am very I'm very frustrated that as a business Operates this way and none of the CVS other stores can assist this is not right. I will be most likely having all my prescriptions transferred as a result of poor business management. read more

I used to love this pharmacy in target pre Covid and now I hate this pharmacy! Absolutely worst customer service! Not sure where the rest of the staff went but only pharmacist in past year that was helpful was the woman with short curly bob. Couple examples. I take thyroid medicine monthly and my insurance switched, price dramatically increases so I used RX.com coupon instead. Cashier was annoyed and super rude then told me it would another 20min wait to get a new label so I could pay! I waited and received attitude when checking out.Another example, went last week for my son's prescription from dentist that had been called in the day before waited 15min then told me they never got it. Called my dentist who said they called it in and had them switch prescription to bartells. Since then CVS has been non stop texting to pick up the prescription that they supposedly never received.
