Today my wife had to deal with not one but three useless member in the pharmaceutical team just because she's a young mother they refused to give medicine without any identification and also giving her such a hard time because of insurance when clearly you see it ordered by the doctor/ she was frustrated and with a sick crying baby everything was in order and there was no need for any unnecessary actions read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The staff has always been courteous but courtesy will not get me my medicine on time. Several times, my prescriptions have been delayed because they claim it needs prior authorization from my insurance. An authorization I know is already on file. This causes me to have to stop by in person (because getting someone on the phone takes a miracle) and tell them it's already authorized. Then they "re-run" the prescription in their system and magically, the authorization is there! Then, they tell me I have to wait a day or two for them to order my medicine so I can get my refill. I have missed doses because of this. I never had this issue with the CVS in my old neighborhood. This particular location is not managed well. I'm officially changing pharmacies and I do not recommend this location. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a cvs pharmacy. They claimed that my birth date was incorrect with insurance so I could only pay out of pocket but would not confirm the member ID number for insurance so I could double check that they had the correct customer on file (myself and not my husband). Instead of confirming my member ID number, they stated "I have other people in line. Go to the drop off line instead" as if I'm not a customer.. the next person that we were passed off to in the drop off line immediately stated that its the incorrect birthdate and would not listen to simply confirm the insurance member ID number. We had to go back and forth for her to finally check the member ID (which they had incorrect in the first place) and it went through no problem. How about simply listening to your customers and checking something rather than talking over us claiming that you know better... what a waste of time. read more

Lori Nguyen is my CVS Pharmacist. I don't know what I would do without her. Lori is instrumental in keeping my cost down by offering generic drugs or alternative cost savings. Lori is one of two pharmacists that I have met in my lifetime that put the customer first every time with great care. Lori's work ethic is outstanding. Her professionalism is impeccable. Behind the scenes Lori takes care of all of us. She saves me money on my prescriptions that in some cases, I would otherwise not be able to afford. Lori goes above and beyond to help me no matter what the issues may be. PS The other pharmacists and aides at this location could learn a lot from Lori's professionalism. The ratings for this location are poor due to the lack of quality care for the customers from other pharmacy empolyees. Hands down if it were not for Lori, I would find another Pharmacy. read more

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! they NEVER answer the phones whatsoever so you have to physically go in to get any kind of service. Their pharmacist Dr. Nuygen does the bare minimum to make sure prescriptions are filled by a reasonable time. I've been using this CVS for years now. I really like the pharmacy staff. Unfortunately, however, CVS changed its corporate policy regarding returns/refunds with no notice to customers as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. I get that they don't want to take returns now, but I'm out over $40 for a product that does nothing. I want my money back and I keep getting the run around from CVS corporate. So perhaps my complaint is about CVS overall. Taking advantage of a pandemic is not acceptable. Telling your customers there simply is no recourse for returns or refunds is not acceptable. read more

Prescriptions too slow, drove from hospital stopped for coffee and prescription still wasn't ready. Pharmacy staff seems overwelmed?

Pharmacy associate called me. They asked who I was and started asking for sensitive personal information before identifying themselves. When I asked who I was speaking to they responded. Then asked if I wanted my Rx on auto refill. I've said no to this question repeatedly, in person, to associates at this location, and through the automated phone system that calls me regularly. I told this associate no. He asked if I knew what Rx he was asking about, I said yes, then he asked me which one. I felt he was being very pushy asking me to verify information for a call he initiated and without checking if I was able to talk about personal medical information at that time. A courtesy phone call with non specific information as a reminder would have been acceptable. This man made me feel uncomfortable and like he was phishing for information. read more

Omar offers absolutely no help to his customers. Not friendly, dry customer service. Before he helped me (which he actually did not offer any guidance to help me use money gram) I actually witnessed him and his other coworker belittle another lady who was attempting to make an exchange. They made her feel confused and asked too any questions without actually offering to help her understand. I have never experience this at any the CVS. Pretty sad because it's my first impression of this one as I'm new to the area. I would rather drive 10 minutes further to the next one. read more
