On one occasion, the photo machine "malfunctioned" (the staff member accidentally deleted the order) and they were unable to process my photo order. They then ask me to re-place the order but I can't since the store is now showing no stock of this item. Since it was over $50, I also had to input my payment information online to place the order. The staff member and the manager both had no clue and had an attitude, and could not process the refund and told us to contact customer service. The other occasion was an issue with the same staff member at the pharmacy arguing with me over the same prescription I pick up every single month. They did not apply my insurance correctly and the amount was showing incorrect and it took over 30 minutes of waiting to get it rectified. I'm really shocked as to how many bad reviews this particular Walgreens received. I think customers also don't understand how much goes into filling a prescription or completing your vaccinations. I just worked a shift as a floater pharmacist here and it was fairly busy for a Sunday, but nothing chaotic. In 7.5 hours I had made about 40 phone calls, completed 3 vaccinations and filled at least 100 prescriptions alone (meaning without any tech help). Other walgreen stores are busier, more disorganized and barely even have time to answer the phone. I gave it a 3-star rating solely because the break room appears a bit dirty and because I had to out of stock quite a few medications today. Pharmacy Inventory may be challenging at this store. Otherwise I would happily come back.
