Zero star if I could. We will not order for pick up here ever again. I used the BOGODEAL for 2 photo books. I arrived on May 30th, staff name Maryam got the books to cashier, but the photos in the photo books were completely out of order. I informed her about the orders of photos, she said all she did was taking them out of the printer & put them in the book. I said "I don't have my phone, so I can't show you the order". She didn't respond, looking puzzled, so I said "keep them for now, I need my phone to show you the order". She called someone to the front. A lady came up to cashier, didn't make eye contact with or greet me. I was standing in front of the cashier watching her talking to Maryam in a different language without acknowledging me. So I left the store. I returned 4 days later with my phone. Maryam was stocking at the front, I said excuse me several times to get her attention. I told her about the order of the photos on my phone. She looked confused, so I reminded her about last weekend when I came without my phone. She called the manager. The same lady, Fatima, came up & said "those pictures are already gone because you didn't say anything". I said "you didn't ask me". Fatima said "you were already gone when I came here". I told her that I was standing in front of the cashier but she didn't say anything, so I left. She insisted several time that I already walked out when she got to the front & she waited "5 minutes" for me. She said I could reorder the pictures & she would print them but if the BOGO deal expired, she wouldn't be able to honor it. She again kept insisting that I already walked out last weekend & the order would've been only kept for "few days" (I ordered them only 4 days prior). Never had issues like this in any CVS before. We will not go back to this store. read more

The CVS pharmacy minute clinic is a joke!! Lacy Castlebrrry FNP) We made the mistake of using this location to complete a COVID test, prior to my son visiting Brazil. Insurance will not cover the expense of the test being conducted one day prior to a trip. We paid $139 and we're told this was the full amount per CVS and the minute clinic! We received a bill almost a month later for an additional $10.00? It makes no sense. Do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this doctor and location. I've rarely visited a Walgreens until now!! I assure you after this, they are the place to be!! read more

CVS Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy! Their service and follow up feels like it is from back when people cared about each other. My RX ended up here because my usual didn't have my medication. What a blessing in disguise. It literally is mind blowing to have someone go the extra mile for you and then follow up. Being a senior citizen you get used to feeling like a number only. If you don't want to feel like that anymore I promise you will be so pleased with the service here. Unhelpful and arrogant pharmacy! I have been picking up my med for more than 2 years here. Last week I called to check on my refill and one of them told me everything was fine it was not ready till May 31st. I came today and they said it was sent to a wrong location by my doctor! After 2 years and now all of a sudden the prescription was sent to a wrong place? But is there a need for the hostile tone like it was my fault? Horrible pharmacy customer service! read more

I wish I could give it 0 star! They don't have enough medicine there. I came twice for my son medicine and twice they told me they have to order. There was one occasion they said no medicine but then I was there that very drug was found stuck in a drawer!!! This is a horrible place to get your med. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just left there buying a gift card. I don't feel comfortable using self checkout for this sort of purchases. After waiting for a few minutes I had to yell to get the attention of the employee to help me. The other day I couldn't even get to the regular cash registers because the employees had them blocked with merchandise. I called to discuss with the manager and talked to Alex. No apologies at all. In fact just silence. That's when I told him I would just take it to help. I use this location for convenience. Obviously it will be more convenient to travel a bit further to Walgreens. Their Pharmacy service is so slow. If you are picking up a prescription, pack your patience. Waiting in drive-thru takes at least 20 mins no matter the time of day. read more

They really need to get organized. We came in for a covid shot. We had an appointment each time. The first time I thought it was ridiculous that it took 40 minutes for us to get the shot but the second time took an hour. What's the point in having appointments if it takes this long? Completely unacceptable. read more

I received my second booster shot at CVS on Green Oaks in Arlington, Texas. It is not the closest CVS to where we live but we go there because of Grace the pharmacist. She is special. I am also impressed with the store because it is clean, well organized and full of products we like and use. read more

During the Texas outage of 2021 I went to the CVS Pharmacy on Matlock in Mansfield TX to help a family member find water. Even though there wasn't much water on the shelves, the entire staff and the manager Kathy went out of their way to help us out and find us enough water from the back of the store but still leave extra for future customers. Incredible show of heart during these difficult times. read more

The pharmacy staff at this location have poor customer service skills. I literally stood at the counter with no one acknowledging my presence for an extended period of time. The night before I called to see if my daughter prescription had been called in and was hung up on 4 times. Someone would pick up the phone, not say anything but I could hear the background noise and then the phone would slam down. It clearly wasn't a phone issue it was intentional. This is the closest location to my home but I may have to transfer my medication to a different location read more

PHARMACY SERVICE SUCKS! came to pick up my prescription it's always a 20-30 min wait of course I waited in the drive through got to the window and was informed they were out for lunch.... after waiting 20 minutes and having work I could not come back for my very important prescription now I have to wait a whole nother day because of the terrible service. smh read more

The pharmacists at this particular CVS are absolutely miserable and rude. They could care less about you, the services they are supposed to provide and you can't understand them. I only go there because of its location, but from now on i will drive across town to Rays Pharmacy, just so i do not have to interact with anyone associated with this CVS. I would rather step on a rattlesnake before stepping in this store. read more

Looking for a Cvs pharmacy on a Sunday was a pain. I drove to 2 cvs that had a 24hour sign but their pharmacy was closed. I finally called before I drove out to this area and asked if they was open to fill a prescription. The lady on the phone said Yes so I drove here. The drive through clerk for the pharmacy was so helpful and very friendly. I fill my prescription and picked it up inside. I went shopping to wait on my prescription. The pharmacist guy was very knowledgeable and explained each medicine to me. He also answered all my concerns. I enjoy my experience with this location. Thank you so much. The staff here was extremely friendly and great. I wouldn't mind driving out here to fill up all my next prescription. read more

Always a 20-30 minute wait no matter what time you come, for the past 6 months to a year now. I'm not sure what the issue is but you should not have to wait this long to get a prescription. One time is okay but every single time for 6 months to a year is absurd. read more

Changed my insurance plan and first time at CVS and it was awful! The pharmacist is rude and can't understand him when he calls your prescription ready. Plus he didn't even ask about a generic brand. Will try a different CVS even tho this one is closest. read more

I am basing my review off of the cleanliness of the store. Used their public restroom in the morning and it didn't look like it had been cleaned in a couple of days. There were also about 10-15 crickets in the sink and around toilet. read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for a few years and I've always had a good experience. The pharmacist and the technicians have always been very helpful and respectful to me. Their customer service is satisfactory, face it, it's a pharmacy and they do their job of getting you in and out. read more

Terrible customer service. I dropped off two prescriptions for eyedrops and told them that I needed it as soon as possible. The Asian lady behind the counter said that it "should" take about 30 minutes but she will call when it's ready. We waited and no call. I finally drove up there an hour later and they were closed. Why tell your customers that you will do something and then not, especially when we let her know that it was needed asap. This place always has either rude employees or employees that are too stressed out to keep their heads screwed on straight. I will not be using this location again. read more

They sell everything you need! I had no idea they even sold paper plates and plastic cups but they do. Good customer service as well

Friendly staff, the store is always clean and well stocked and they sell every thing that I would ever need to pick up in a hurry.

This is THE worst CVS I have ever been to! The Manager "Johnny" at this CVS on Dec 1, 2015 at 5:39pm was so Rude with me in front my 2 kids! What a shame! Worst Customer Service ever! read more
