Nice seating area & cute decor, there are also dining tables on the opposite side with additional tables outside on the porch.

Finally I had the chance to go here, I can understand why everyone raves about this place! They were packed when we got there at 1:00pm, understandably so with their popularity. Staff is super sweet, they all look like they are close & have fun working there. It's always good when people enjoy where they are working & there are smiles in their face. Such a laid back vibe, feels homey on the side that we sat on with the couches & coffee tables. There are dining tables on the opposite side, along with additional seating on the porch. Cute little signs & treasures to decorate the place. I had a blueberry scone, it was divine... & filled with cream cheese. I normally don't eat sweets but I couldn't resist. It wasn't too sweet & the size was just right, not super small but it also wasn't huge where I felt guilty for cheating my diet, lol. I also had an iced sugar free vanilla latte. My friend tried their VIP panini (turkey, bacon, cheese, tomato, mayo) with chips & enjoyed that it was homemade. Definitely a place you have to visit, I can't wait to go back!

Great spot for lunch with cute and homey cafe vibes. Tasty soup and sandwich combos, scones, and coffee shop style drinks. Quick service and lots of seating options including outdoor patio seating. Parking can be a challenge, but a good lunch stop to try in downtown Mansfield.

I came in and knew I wanted to try something off their fall menu! I went with the hazelnut spice iced latte with oat milk. $1.25 milk alternative price to me was too much . I can buy a carton on oat milk for $3 at the store... but anyways the latte itself was actually pretty tasty! Now the doorway set up is a little weird... so they had to instruct a couple of times about how they wanted the line to flow.

The atmosphere gives you small town vibes in best way possible. The employees were all very kind, and respectful. The VIP Panini was toasted perfectly, the Broccoli Cheddar soup could have used a little could more seasoning in my opinion though. Over all would definitely eat here again.

Cute little coffee shop! We asked for coffee recommendations. The worker suggested the seasonal drinks and they were perfect! My husband LOVED their soup of the day.

Marylou's is one of my favorite go-to spots in Mansfield! It's a great spot for a quick bite with friends or to get a little work done while you eat. It's cute, quiet, and charming. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. They've recently done some updating to refresh the interior and it looks nice. They have homemade baked goods which are usually yummy. They offer seasonal lattes for the coffee drinkers as well as smoothies, refreshers, and teas. I personally love their chai tea lattes with almond milk while my hubby loves their mocha. The breakfast sandwiches come with a fruit bowl. On our last visit, we were there for lunch. I grabbed a half VIP panini (turkey + bacon) with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup and my hubby had a full chicken salad sandwich with bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. They're open Monday-Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3 PM. I wished they'd open a tad earlier for breakfast but we just plan accordingly. If you're in the Mansfield area and you're looking for no frills sandwiches, then definitely give Marylou's a try.

I had heard of this place but never had visited. I must say I was so amazed at my dining experience. The Atmosphere, Food, Quality, Freshness, Taste and Service were spot on from the time we got there until we left. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a good meal in a nice place with a peaceful atmosphere. I have put this on my list of top places to eat and I will eat here open. The only not so good thing for me about eating here is they don't serve pickle...LOL

5/5 wow this place seriously impressed us!…read more I ordered the crab cake Benedict with crispy potatoes. The crab cake actually tasted like crab (not filler), perfectly poached eggs, and the crispy potatoes could not have been better. My kid ordered the French toast, and didn't use any syrup (she normally drenches everything!) It was naturally sweet and flavorful all on its own. She finished the entire plate with sausage and potatoes. We ordered two glasses of fresh-squeezed oj, and it was legit fresh and very reasonably priced - so many places overcharge for fresh squeezed juice and this place has much better quality for way less dollars. The service was excellent - multiple check ins without hovering. The staff really paid attention, and the patio seating was perfect, they set up the umbrella for us, and it was quiet and peaceful - a completely different atmosphere from inside. For $40, we got a generous amount of high-quality food and cleaned our plates. We will absolutely be back. Easily one of the best breakfast/brunch spots we've tried in the metro

Both orders of hashbrowns tasted old like they might've been made that morning. The coffee was not hot but good. I sent the chicken fried steak back and got a breakfast burrito which was decent, but it had those old hashbrowns inside of it so it threw the flavor off. The waiter was nice, but not very attentive. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Chris took care of us. He helped us with recommendations, my husband kept it simple with the eggs your way (scrambled), potatoes, sausage, bacon, and toast. I got the Croissant sandwich, it had tomato, arugula, egg, avocado, pesto, and aioli and I passed on the meat. It was a tasty sandwich I wish it had a little spice on it but the ingredients were quality. I also got roasted potatoes, they were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they were also seasoned well. I also got a cocktail, it was called Clouded Judgement, it was their take on a margarita but it was simple but tasty with a nice amount of lime juice. We also got my kid some food to go, chocolate chip pancakes, bacon and eggs. The pancakes were fluffy and packed with chips. The bacon was thin but it had a nice crisp on it. The eggs were good too. I look forward to going back again to try another entree and beverage...adult and coffee or tea options.

We headed across the lake into Mansfield and stopped at Jakes Burgers and Beer. Jakes stays open until 11 p.m. and was easy to get to off Broad St. I lived off Skillman the last time I had a Jakes Burger and my husband has never had one. Our friendly waiter reassured me they hadn't changed. The menu certainly has though! What a vast array of creative ideas for burgers, sandwiches and even breakfast and brunch! It took me awhile to decide. Salads, platters, veggies. Great choices. There were so many appealing appetizers, but we decided on the Half and Half Hand-Breaded Jalapeño Bottle Caps & Hand-Breaded Pickle Chips, served with ranch. When they came, I can honestly say the grouping looked nothing like the photo. These were much smaller. But for the two of us, the portion was okay and it was delicious. The jalapeños were spicy and the pickles tangy. A terrific combo to get your palate fired up. My spouse had ordered the Kickin' Chicken Fried Bacon Burger and it arrived in all its glory. Two beef patties with hickory sauce and melted cheese, lettuce, red onion, chipotle mayo, topped with two slices of beautiful chicken fried bacon. He let me have a bite of the bacon. It's crazy good. My burger came, the Bacon Bleu Burger with Bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a creamy bleu cheese dressing with crumbles. I had ordered extra pickles on the side and I received four but I absolutely love them so I asked for four more right away. I think it's sacrilege to just put whole intact slices of onion on anything without separating the rings, so I had to "operate" before I could eat. I also asked for a plain bun. You have a choice between poppy seed or plain. This was a truly delicious burger. One of the best bleu cheese burgers I've ever had and very filling. I took half home! Service was excellent and the restaurant and restroom was very clean. We had a good experience and would return.
