Great spot in a historic house off broad street in Mansfield. Limited parking in private lot with a couple of handicapped spaces to left side (when looking at the building). There is a back entrance with ramp near those spaces. Cute wrap around porch with tables to be enjoyed during nice weather. It was a little cold inside with the fans blowing but we found ledge seating in what I'd describe as more of the coffee lounge area so we could not be blown away. Order at the counter and they give you a # on a stand to take to your table for food delivery. Digital menu behind the registers and a posted seasonal coffee menu in a stand by the register. There was a case with some muffins & scones that looked good. I got the 1/2 Panini combo with soup - VIP (turkey, bacon, tomato, cheddar & mayo) & broccoli cheese soup. My Mom got the VIP and a bag of chips. We got our food quickly despite them being quite busy. The bread on the panini was perfect in my opinion- thin and not greasy - unlike any other panini I've had before. My personal preference would have been a little less cheese and a thin layer of mayo vs a couple glops but they didn't stop me - I easily scooped it out. I was so excited to indulge in broccoli cheese soup. Portion size was great however it had an unexpected spicy heat that hit you on the back end of the bite and was a little watery. Finally I had the chance to go here, I can understand why everyone raves about this place! They were packed when we got there at 1:00pm, understandably so with their popularity. Staff is super sweet, they all look like they are close & have fun working there. It's always good when people enjoy where they are working & there are smiles in their face. Such a laid back vibe, feels homey on the side that we sat on with the couches & coffee tables. There are dining tables on the opposite side, along with additional seating on the porch. Cute little signs & treasures to decorate the place. I had a blueberry scone, it was divine... & filled with cream cheese. I normally don't eat sweets but I couldn't resist. Super cute place, nice shaded porch to enjoy the outdoors when the weather is pleasant. Friendly and efficient staff. I got a half turkey sandwich on whole grain bread and a side of fruit. My friend had a panini. We were surprised that both sandwiches were made with American cheese slices. The turkey and bread looked just like grocery store lunch meat and bread. The fruit was decent. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. They've recently done some updating to refresh the interior and it looks nice. They have homemade baked goods which are usually yummy. They offer seasonal lattes for the coffee drinkers as well as smoothies, refreshers, and teas. I personally love their chai tea lattes with almond milk while my hubby loves their mocha. The breakfast sandwiches come with a fruit bowl. On our last visit, we were there for lunch. I grabbed a half VIP panini (turkey + bacon) with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup and my hubby had a full chicken salad sandwich with bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. They're open Monday-Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3 PM. I wished they'd open a tad earlier for breakfast but we just plan accordingly. Not the first I was here, but it's been a long while since I had visited. I didn't order any sweets, but oh was it tempting. All looked so fresh and ready for dessert w/coffee. Maybe next time. Just as so many reviews mentioned -- old, large, refurbished home into a multi level business. Easy going, welcoming staff, lots of seating with good spacing between the tables. This sandwich shoppe is cute and quaint, using a historic home as a store front, and has a good amount of parking available. Inside, the decor was pretty homey and did have a welcoming vibe. It's easy to see people choosing this place to study or have a cup of coffee and enjoy the weather as there is outdoor seating as well. I placed my order for the prime panini with chips and an iced chai latte. Make note that the chips are not store-made; they are just a bag of Miss Vickie's chips, though you are able to choose the flavor. The panini was good! The roast beef paired well with pepper jack cheese, and their special sauce was tasty; however, I'm not sure if it was worth $9.75. I think the store bought chips just threw me off. I was hoping for something more fresh. I did think the chai latte was worth it though. Flavoring was there and was oh-so-refreshing! Only thing I absolutely hated (and this is something they couldn't control) was the amount of flies that were hovering around outside as I was eating. I had to constantly have my left hand waving them off, and it was really off putting. They were some really big horse flies! Maybe consider a bug net around the patio? My colleague and I were headed to Houston and passing through. We went looking for a coffee shop and stumbled upon this big blue house turned coffee shop. Not sure what to expect we were shocked and amazed at how the old house was re-imagined to be a little cafe. The old wood floors and some of those old decorated windows you see in older homes dotted the entry. Upon opening the door you are met by the barista with the large menu above her head. Super nice when you enter. Nothing fancy for us, almond milk Latte, English muffin breakfast sandwich. All sandwiches come with a side of fruit. I was stunned how good the coffee was, some of the best I have ever had. The sandwiches were extremely tasty. I am absolutely coming back next time I find myself on 287 South in Mansfield. Really just came here for like a coffee and sweet bread. We ended up getting the Prime panini, iced mocha, Barbie drink they had and a pecan brownie. They brought our food pretty fast and the cashier was cool. The panini was one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten and it came with a chicken and dumplings soup we liked. We went during the summer and got the BLT sandwich, and chai tea latte. That was a VERY good sandwich. I thought about it for days, however it was definitely on the expensive end. That day we sat on the patio. The tables were kind of small for two people to be eating and working but we made it work. I tried to go back like 3 times after that and it was too packed. The inside is small and even if I could've found a seat I wouldn't have wanted to stay because it felt too cramped. It's definitely a popular choice for both food and coffee but don't depend on this place if you're trying to work or study out of the shop. It may turn out to be a bust trip. read more

This cafe is just the CUTEST! I've been to their old location a few times and I just loved their coffee. Today I visited their new location. It's a lot more spacious than their previous location in downtown Mansfield. We happened to come during their lunch rush so the entire place was packed! The atmosphere of this place is very trendy and I'm a huge fan of the new look! They also use the cutest cups for their hot coffees! I got a hot cappuccino and my friend got a regular iced coffee. We both loved our drinks! I usually need to pour sugar in other cappuccinos for them to taste good to me but I didn't have that issue here. The only thing I didn't really like was their limited amount of seating with tables and their food prices are way too high for what you're getting.
