Staff is always friendly and attentive. They keep this store clean and well organized. I found the pharmacist to be very helpful and informative when I wanted to check with him to make sure that the over the counter cold medications I was getting were not contraindicated. Can't get a live person on the phone! Takes forever! LING LINES! Prescriptions are never in stock or ready

I would never in my life recommend anyone to use this pharmacy for a prescription. I've been going here over 10yrs and idk what happened in the last two years but they are the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in the cvs chain. The staff don't give a flying F about you or your prescriptions. They don't do anything to remediate situations or make it easy. Their compassion and empathy is non existent. They just act like robots moving through the motions. Sick kids no rush no help takes days to complete the simplest refills even though they have all your information on file as a repeat client. You request something and your insurance doesn't cover it then they just cancel with no contact or without even giving the option to pay out of pocket, which is crazy because some people will just to get the meds they obviously need. Just a horrible experience I should have switched along time ago. I just kept giving them benefit of the doubt. Walgreens on main and Louise is much better and way more prompt. read more

This is a review for the COVID 19 PCR test for travel testing. Really impressed on how they process the incoming patients thru their drive thru system. The ones on the LEFT lane is only for COVID 19 test and on the right is for the Pharmacy. Everything has a sign where you need to go. Kaylee called and made sure you will show up on your appointment time. The process was very fast and efficient! Thank you CVS LATHROP for this systematic approach on the drive thru COVID 19 PCR testing. Thanks to Kaylee for explaining all the process and for making sure everything matched on the form and on the sample label. She also explained on how to register "MyChartOnline" to get your results. Way understaffed. 1 person working the pharmacy counter and drive through at the same time

My husband and I started using the services at this pharmacy about six months ago, and it has been a terrible ride from the start. Some of the workers are not familiar with how medical billing works. We've had multiple issues with the staff getting my husband's billing incorrect. The pharmacy staff is VERY rude. My husband is a senior citizen who is not very technology savvy, so he may not understand some of the reasons why CVS conducts their business as they do, and most times requests an explanation to help him understand. There are zero pharmacy employees with patience at this CVS location. They treat my husband like he's a second-class citizen. Every pharmacy staff member that he and I have encountered has been uncivil. There are no pharmacy employees at this location who display empathy, patience, or traits of exemplary customer service. The staff is ill-mannered, discourteous, harsh, obnoxious, ignorant to senior citizens, and the level of attention-to-detail that they may require, unpleasant, and highly offensive. If this were a member of their families, I'm sure the level of disrespectful treatment that is personified to the tenth power toward my husband would be unacceptable to them and their family members. They are untrustworthy because their attitudes are so egregious that we don't feel safe picking up authentic prescriptions from this location anymore. Previously, my husband told me that a pharmacy employee at this CVS pharmacy hung up the phone in his face, but tonight, I was a witness to it when my husband called CVS to inquire about why his medications are still on auto-refill when he has been repeatedly asking, as I did, to be removed from the auto-generated medication refills service. I spoke to a pharmacy employee in person and requested that he gets removed from the auto-generated medication list. During that time, I was told that he would be removed. This was over a month ago. Tonight, after my husband spoke to the CVS pharmacist who argued and yelled at him, my husband requested to speak to a pharmacy manager. The pharmacist immediately hung up the phone in his face. Right away, he tried to call back after having the phone hung up in his face by a CVS pharmacist, but someone picked up the phone at the pharmacy then hung it up again because they knew it was my husband calling back. He continued trying to call the pharmacy back but no one answered. So, these are the types of pharmacy employees that CVS hires to service the community? Maybe they talk to their fathers and uncles, and grandfathers that way, but in my world, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and rude, and will not be tolerated by my husband or me. We refuse to be bullied or accept the continued customer service abuse radiated by CVS pharmacy employees. From our experiences at this location, the CVS pharmacy employees lack customer relations and humanity skills and are clearly not fit to serve the community. Switched to this pharmacy due to convenience, it's more expensive then where I used to go, but I figured i'd be saving time..WRONG..long wait time and rude pharmacists are not worth the it. I left work 30 minutes early to pick up prescriptions before closing time. Got there 2 minutes after 8pm..2 minutes...the pharmacist would not attend me because they closed at 8pm. He said 8pm is 8pm. Sad thing..he was the pharmacy manager! I should have read all the negative comments before switching pharmacies. Makes me wonder if anyone from CVS is reading the reviews and trying to fix the problem. Probably not! What a shame! read more

I love the convenience of this CVS as its right down the street from our Union-Ranch neighborhood where we can easily walk five minutes or drive in and out of the parking lot real easy for a quick shopping trip. I come quite frequently so we get a lot of "extra bucks" too which are like free money in the form of coupons. Always great deals on makeup, toiletries, whatever. The employees are what really make this place what it is. They are always so friendly and greet you with a smile when you walk into their doors. Dede is one of my favorites. Always in a great mood and have nice conversations. All the employees here are very helpful and I feel so lucky to have this convenient store nearby. read more

I shopped at this CVS on the morning of June 8, 2013 and happy to note that I received excellent customer service from the pharmacy and store associates! They greeted me with a friendly hello that appeared genuine rather than the stoic welcoming most stores ask of their employees. The store is smaller in scale than your average CVS, but their shelves are neatly stocked and provide a good selection of pharmaceuticals and basic needs. I will certainly shop here again. Went in and the place was nice and clean. Very easy to park and get out of the parking lot. I was glad to easily find the one item I needed on my trip to CVS. When I got to the counter I was greeted by a very kind man named Jeff. He reminded me of the personality Jeff Foxworthy a little. Haha! I was very glad that he was engaging and knew what to say. Been going to this CVS for years and go in about once a month for things that I "forgot" during my big weekly purchases or my makeup or hair supply products. I have seen an overall shift in customer service on the front end personnel and will no longer be going there until I hear word there has been a change. ps..when my hands are full of little items like makeup because I couldn't find a basket when I first walked in, please don't scold me when I ask for a price check on an item that did NOT have a price tag underneath it. NO, I did not need to follow you over to the price check/coupon machine in the middle of the store with you so that you could "show us" where WE are "supposed" to be doing this ourselves. Also, no need to let the customer go before me as I had to go BACK to the end of the line. And, finally, YES, I put my $50 dollars worth of makeup in a cart, because I was tired of holding it, however, TELLING me to make sure to return said cart to the proper location AFTER I paid was not really necessary. This is the only pharmacy I have ever been to where the pharmacist actually knows me by name, says hello before I even reach the counter, remembers my health concerns, goals and treatments and offers useful advice. I really feel like Dr. Wabe knows me as a person and cares about my health. The service is excellent and they have been very helpful in dealing with insurance issues. As someone who uses the pharmacy on a regular basis, I have seen a real shift in the service in recent months. RAY is a complete joke. He can't get an order right. I used to have my prescription filled at Walgreens but switched to CVS earlier this yr since it's on my drive home from work. I have to say, customer service here is not good; a couple of the pharmacy techs are always very rude or short. Three times now I have also shown up 15-30 minutes after my prescription was supposed to be ready and it still isn't filled, requiring me to wait around or come back later. One time I couldn't make it back out that night since I had planned to get it on my way home from work so ended up going the next afternoon after work to pick it up and they had already put it back and I had to wait for them to refill it again! They are not efficient, their text notification system is not accurate, and overall I am not happy with their service. read more
