The store is about as disorganized as any other drug store I've ever seen. That's okay. I was looking for vitamins and supplements and they were in the same place as the last time I visited. Most everything was good, but I really didn't buy anything else. Thankfully, they accepted my Medicare Part C FSA card. Everyone was friendly. The cash register couldn't find my CVS Extra Care card, so someone else yelled his number and I said to use it. Someone should get the points. read more

Gave two stars because i like the STORE but the pharmacy has its flaws. I picked up two new meds today and the pharmacist didn't go over them with me or ask me if i had any questions which i feel is very unprofessional. Trying to get through to them by telephone is pointless, they don't answer or return your calls. If you have a question you have to go wait in line for 15-20 min. Terrible photo services. I ordered three small wallet prints for same day pick up and got two one emails confirming my order and the other confirming my order was ready for pick up almost thirty minutes before it was estimated. Super happy and thrilled they were done before. I go to pick them up and this super rude older lady has the worst attitude and tells me they're not ready. I show her the email confirming the email they were ready for pickup and she just shrugs and says well i don't know i don't have them. I wait in my car for 20-30 minutes go back in ask another worker, she finds my pictures on the counter right where the other woman was looking. I ask how long ago they were printed she said oh about 20-30 minutes ago i recognize the name. They were ready the whole time just not bothered to be looked for correctly. Air conditioning has been stuck on at this store for weeks now. Health issue. Sick people waiting for medication are getting sicker due to freezing cold temperatures in this store. I'll be complaining to corporate also. This is utterly ridiculous! read more

18 minutes to stand in line for pickup of medication which is prepaid and ready. Then asking dumb questions when no questions are needed. It's prepaid. 1 medication! How hard is that? Horrible store. Taking in to many people that they cannot handle. read more

They need to do something about the manager Darcey we got stuck at the self check outs, that they insist you use , and were not working. for 10 min they called for her to come up but never came finally the nice girl working up front checked us out at regular register. They don't take pampers clubs coupons, the coupon itself says to just scan but when I asked one of the girls walking around she was saying I had to print it out. I asked if she could just ring me up at the register and she just said no and just walked away. Definitely go to a different CVS if you have club coupons. read more

We had two covid booster vaccination appointment apparently they couldn't let my husband get vaccinated because he was late for like only 30 mins and they said i couldn't get mine yet because im to early because i had to wait the exact time on my appointment. The Staff is very rude. read more

I have yet to come across an employee that I did not like. Everyone at this store is super helpful and patient. They are always willing to spend a little time getting to know their customers or just for a little chit chat. I love that! It makes it feel very familiar & comfortable that way. The store is always so clean and organized as well. Items are always placed in the correct area. No clutter or garbage anywhere. The store itself is in a nice location with plenty of parking spaces & a redbox vending machine outside. I think the only downside is that their stock sometimes runs out because it is a well-known "couponer" spot! The staff though are always willing to give you rain checks, though! read more

Your photo department isn't so great. You guys printed out the wrong photos & the wrong sizes. When I called to ask if I could get a refund or if you guys could redo them for me I was told no. The young girl that picked up the phone had a HORRIBLE attitude the second she picked up the phone and when I was trying to tell her what was wrong she acted like she could care less. She also told me she wasn't from the photo department so I asked if I could speak to someone who was and she told me no. So I then asked if I could speak to the manager so I could possibly get the situation fixed and she yet again told me no and said I was more than welcome to bring my items back to the store so they could shred them for me!
