Where do we start? Communication is non existent, Day 1, Used their automated Rx service for refilling . Day 2 Called the next day check status of Rx. Went to voice mail, VM said they would respond. Never did. Day 3 Another 24 hours later tried to check on the status with another VM , they said they would get back to me. So 3.5 hours later I decided to go there. On the way enroute they called. Said they were busy and just got back from lunch. There were 30 people in front of me if I wanted it filled. I give up....... I will take my business elsewhere. This is a medium sized CVS. It is clean and well organized, and the staff is friendly. The grocery selection is somewhat limited but adequate. If you are a CVS fan, you will be fine with this CVS. There are no self checkout kiosks, which means the line can take a while if there are a lot of other shoppers. read more

Went in to get testing done at the minute clinic. Instead of being helpful, the older black woman with the bad wig/ side part combo was very confrontational. If you're going to lack empathy, especially toward fellow women, you shouldn't be working in this department. Maybe she should find a new profession. Went in today to get a prescription refilled just a little before 2 this afternoon. The whole pharmacy is locked up because "they were on their lunch break". When does the whole store shut down for a lunch break. Do they not realize the customers may not have time to return. Guess I'll start using Giant Eagle from now on. The employee working the counter who's name tag only said "G" was rude and inconsiderate to me and others in line before me. He tried to overcharge me on my photo order by almost 10 bucks and when I said that that didn't make sense as the printout said it should only be 30 bucks he got all flustered and didn't talk for like five minutes then proceed to attempt to give me someone else's photos. This use to be a great store In Mayfield Village. They had a manager Robert always friendly, listened and calm with all customers. Now, the place is dirty. Trash in entrance all over the floor. No one has cleaned in a very long time. Not sure what CVS was doing when the got rid of the management. Large grey bins are a tripping hazard in the isles. Pharmacists are fine and Barbara is a good tech in the pharmacy. The rest of the store is just trashy. What a disgrace. . read more

I want to give 0 reviews but Yelp won't let me. This pharmacy, by and far, is tHe worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My elderly parents live nearby and when they moved there, we transferred all their Prescriptions from Drug Mart. Before the sun sets in 24 hours, all of their prescriptions will be transferred back to Drug Mart. The pharmacist is overworked, and has admitted to me that sometimes he doesn't answer the phone. I waited on hold one Friday night over an hour for a new heart medication for my mother before I hung up. He admitted to me the next day that he had no intention of answering the phone because he was too busy. Never mind that some calls would be urgent. Today was the last straw. Picking up a prescription through the drive through after work, an employee, an older Russian woman, was so rude to me, I said, this is insanity. I won't be back to this CVS for any reason whatsoever. Oh, and by the way, my sister pulled her prescriptIons from there over a year ago. I would give 0 stars if I could!! Worst service EVER!!! I called 4 hours early when my prescription was called in my by doctor to make sure it was ready. The tech said it was. I arrived 4 hours later to pick it up, provided my insurance card and the tech asked me to have a seat. I waited 45 minutes!! How hard is it to prepare a prescription for an inhaler? It didn't require counting pills and putting it in a bottle, all it required was pulling it from he shelf and putting it in the usual paper bag and handing it to me. quite a source of debate for the mayfield city council on how large the sign could be and what color. should it be a red sign on white background or white lettering on red? this place gets 4 stars, just for being open 24 hours. yay! even during holidays, when you really really need something and even walmart is closed. in this case, it was printer ink for a presentation at work, and it was 3 am sunday. this place was open! i always forget the cvs is here (probably because the sign is so small!) until i really need something, and then it always comes through. read more

The pharmacists here don't seem to know that they're doing. I tried picking up my prescription about 10 times over the course of 2 weeks, and they kept telling me to call my doctor, fooling me into thinking it was my doctor's fault that they didn't have it. When my doctor called the pharmacy, he was informed that the pharmacists were continuously deleting my prescription from the system. I'm not sure why, in their right mind, they would DELETE a patient's prescription and cause so much trouble. Thankfully, the prescription was not insulin or anything my life depends on, otherwise I'd be filing a lawsuit. Very unprofessional. read more
