Our nurse would drop it off when it arrived and I would pick it up... Until i found that I was running out of her medication several days before we would even be scheduled for next appointment.. I chalked it up e first time thinking because she had to step up they might not of compensated for he amount. But it happened again and again.. I knew that they would say it was me.. But then realized her monthly prescribed 120mls was in an 90 ml bottle .. So I confronted her doctor and she told me she has had previous complaints about medication shortage recently to fill at a different pharmacy. What I recieved at Walgreens was nothing close to what I had been getting. The bottle was huge. Not to mention the pharmacist showed me that the bottle comes to them which contains a powder . They add a required amount of water which activated the medication. And that is what I should of been getting. My daughter was anywhere from7 to 9 days short on a medication that she needed and suffered withdrawl from because of it. either A they were stealing it or B they stealing it.. Ugh I am one pissed off momma.... I surely wish this wasn't the case but I cNt make sense of it another way.. How many other kids and PARENTs who depend on their medications had tI suffer!? Not to mention that the 120 mls of liquid cost 240 $ without insurance. Which was paid for out of my pocket for the first two months..

The man working the area walked over and intensely watched every single item I scanned. As soon as I finished, he snatched my shopping basket away so fast that my keys were actually still inside it. Listen, I completely understand that loss prevention is important and retail stores have to deal with shoplifting, but there was absolutely no reason to treat a paying customer like a criminal. I have no intention of stealing, and the staff could be a lot friendlier and less aggressive about how they handle the checkout area. The beauty section staff were great, but the checkout experience was uncalled for.

WALGREENS HIGH PRICES - RIP-OFF…read more I have been going to the Lakemoor Walgreens for 12-13 years. A lot of stuff was always too expensive there, but I went to get soda. chips, and the stuff on sale. From now on I am officially done with Walgreens and their price increases. 3.29 for 2 liters. 5.29 for a rather small 1/2 bag of chips (8-9 oz.) What a rip off! From now on I will only go there for my wife's medication. And that's it. This isn't inflation, it is simply greed on the part of Walgreens Corporation. Get this, everything is cheaper at Thornton's now, which was always an unbelievable rip-off, but now is cheaper then Walgreens!

You go in there to pick them up and either they tell you they don't have them or they don't have a prescription for your name I swear when they closed 1200 Walgreens stores last year they sent some of the lazy incompetent pharmacist tec's there . FYI, this did not happen just once.
