Upon checkout the coupon was not showing on the register. So the clerk ask for a Mgr to come over. (Iliana - who I later found out was not a manager) Came over and took my phone from my hand and said the coupon wasnt being applied because the coupon was not showing in GREEN??? Because coupons show in green ON HER PHONE?? I told her that I dont know Walgreens color coding policy and does that mean she cant price adjust and not going to honor the coupon even though she sees it is clipped, not expired and not an online only coupon. Iliana then says that my app is the problem and needs to be updated?? Again, I question why do that now instead of the coupon being honored?? She then yells over to PAUL and SAYS CAN YOU COME GIVE HER A DOLLAR OFF OR SOMETHING....IT'S HER DAY OFF AND SHE DOESNT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!! PAUL SAYS HER NAME THREE OR FOUR TIMES BECAUSE SHE KEEPS YELLING AT WHICH POINT I MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I WILL BE REPORTING HER INSOLENT UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR TO CORPORATE.
