This is what has to happen." never did he say "this is our policy" which I would have at least been a bit more open eared. Though I have never had issues like this and I have been taking stimulant medication for 5+ years at varying dosages and medication types. Honestly, pharmacists need to know their place. Nuff said…read more The staff at the Pharmacy were friendly and offered help with OTC medicine right asway, granted there was no other customers. The transaction was quick and seamless. It is a huge store and if having to walk around so much just to shop is not your thing, then you should avoid this store because it is like Costco in size. A hover board could be handy for customers or even employees for that matter to get around this huge space. On the flip-side, at least the aisles are wide and spacious so you aren't dodging other customers all the time and you will get your steps in for big shopping trips.

I told her I wanted my items replaced, but instead of handling the issue professionally, she started making excuses for the Bag Boy. I told her I didn't want to hear excuses--I wanted my items replaced or refunded. Rather than resolving the situation, she decided to take issue with how I was speaking, like that was more important than addressing the problem. When I asked whether she was going to replace or refund my items, she played games by asking, "Well, which one do you want?" I literally said, "Whichever is quicker for you." I went in Friday to pick it up and their computers were down. I called layer that day, computers still down, they told me I could transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. This was a lie as the pharmacy they transferred my call to could not find my son's prescription, which means they never entered it into their computer system upon receipt. It is now Wednesday, Aug 6, and never received a call to let me know my son's prescription is ready, so I call again. They tell me they are waiting for insurance information, which I told them the previous Friday that there is no insurance. I informed them at that time that I am sending someone to pick up the prescription. The person I sent to pick up the prescription gets there only to be told it has not been filled and they will TEXT ME when it is ready. NEVER GOING TO THIS WALGREENS EVER AGAIN! I will also be filing a complaint with Walgreens corporate.
