The automated system sends me to a voicemail for the pharmacy that's been full all day so I can't even leave a message. If I could give it negative stars I would. STAY AWAY. I came by sometime this year around April. I just to use their bathroom and then went to the snack section to check which snacks they had, I was wearing a hoodie but without the hood on. I decided that I didn't want to buy any of the snacks because I didn't like any. So I as I was going to the exit I waved at the cashier and told him "Have a good night". The cashier immediately chased me to the front door and shouted me to stop. So I did, and he told me to show him what I had in my pockets and I told him that I only had my wallets, my phone and car keys. After that he apologized, but I felt very mistreated for the way that he acted. Have not been there since and probably will not consider going anytime. read more

Waiting time in line through drive through or inside the pharmacy to pick medication is consistently awful and getting worse. Pharmacy is always busy and needs more staff. Staff also tend to ignore you and keep you waiting a while when dropping off Rx at the DROP OFF COUNTER inside the pharmacy. wait time through the drive through can be as long as 35 minutes - only to then have the lunch sign go up and drive through close. Last wait time in line this past week inside was 38 minutes. Doesn't seem to matter what time you go, you will wait. read more

When it comes to pharmacies nowadays, my expectations aren't very high. That are usually understaffed and their procedures are chaotic. However, I found a pharmacy I'm so somewhat happy with: the CVS on Bird and 57th. That's why I have the doctors send all our prescriptions there as opposed to the two Walgreens that are closer to me. It's in a safe area and has a bigger parking lot. There's also a pharmacy drive thru which is very convenient for a toddler mom. And when I have to go inside, they have these car shopping carts which my son loves. There's big selection of vitamins, beauty products, gifts and hallmark cards. For some time, you could even have beauty services offered by GlamSquad there but I'm not sure if they still offer these. read more

I had an amazing experience here! From the warm greeting I received, the nice aisles and displays remind me of a duty free store at the airport. Best of all was the customer service I got from the pharmacist Evelyn. She administered a shingles vaccine painlessly and quickly and for free! (Billed my insurance I guess). While in line with 8 other customers, with the majority of them being over 70 years old, only one register was available and unattended while all 5 pharmacists were having personal conversations, mostly complaining about their responsibilities. Pressing for assistance and questioning the delay only resulted in attitude from the pharmacists. Avoid this location if possible. read more

The pharmacy was not helpful in fulfilling my prescription transfer. Unnecessary obstacles were kept in place simply because they just didn't have time to make the call to the other pharmacy. Even after I waited in line for my turn I was disregarded because they had other people in line to attend to. I do not recommend this pharmacy. read more

As a physician, I have to say that this pharmacy should be embarrassed at the service it provides to its patients. I waited on the telephone for over 30 minutes and still could not get on the phone with anyone. In person, it was a chaotic scene. Three workers, but really only one person actively getting scripts and yelling back at customers' complaints, "It's me, I'm the only one that can help" -- why is there only ONE person actively fulfilling scripts for patients? Also, the phone has been ringing nonstop saying patients are on the line and none of them are paying attention to it (it's been over 20 min). Finally got our medication to only see in the car that it was only 1/5 of the quantity that the script. The pharmacists and other employees at this pharmacy should be embarrassed at service they provide their patients and the unprofessional way in which they do so. read more

I worked at this pharmacy you can ask anyone about me my name is Tommy we're a hard working team but no patients ever seem to understand the pressure we're under filling so many prescriptions a day, some patients are not the easiest to deal with but they have their own problems they're dealing with which I understand, to think we sit at a computer doing nothing is crazy because there's always something to be doing at the pharmacy between insurance, fixing prescriptions, filling meds, stocking meds, dealing with patients, typing prescriptions, mixing meds, answering the phone and I can name a thousand other things we do not to mention we're under staffed and under payed so if your reading this next time you go to the pharmacy treat the people who are filling your prescription correctly and respectfully and also keep in mind we're never not doing anything we can't even take a seat or break because it's so hectic in pharmacy we get 30 min lunch break which goes by in a blink some of us work double because of under staff but hey some people will never understand what we go through or even care one of the hardest jobs. Tight and narrow location but once you've managed to get a spot, things tend to get easier. Sometimes, I find the variety here to not be as varied as the nearby locations. Sometimes, it's your best bet for a quick purchase that won't kill time like a grocery store would. They have plenty of beauty and bathroom products as well as the reliable pharmacy and multiple food items. It's convenient at times but lately the line is unbearable. What's up with the long receipts? I know that's a staple at every CVS but I hate the lengthy and tedious checkout process here. I do appreciate them being open around the clock though. I would avoid busier hours here as it can be a nuisance but at the same time-it can be a quick stop depending on the time of day. read more

It's a beautiful store I walked in thinking that I could get my makeup done for an event that I had yesterday but sadly CVS/GSQ do not take walk ins. On top of that the online website only lets you do appointments for the LA and NYC store. So I couldn't even make an appointment and the artists couldnt do it either. It's very frustrating that they have two stylists there just standing as it is a great concept. While I was there two college students also arrived to get their makeup done to only find out they couldn't. CVS/GSQ are losing money especially with the holidays here. read more

They wanted to say I was late to the appointment although I was in line ten minutes before. DO NOT SHOP AT CVS!!!!!! I visited this CVS with my wife and daughter which had a half empty parking lot and before heading to store, my wife wanted to see a store next to it. Knowing that the parking was posted for CVS only, after about 5 minutes I left my wife at the store and quickly returned towards the CVS and when I turned around I had my car with a boot installed on my car. The employee of the boot company, who must have been standing by to immediately pounce on his next victim, was still in his car right behind mine writing me up. When I explained to him that I was going to CVS but had taken a look at the store next door, he had no mercy and said I needed to pay $65 to remove the boot. This store, along with the boot company called Advanced Booting Services is an absolute abusive rip off looking to steal as many customers they can. Truly shameful. This store is beautifully done and some of the staff are extremely nice. However, I will not be returning to the pharmacy. I called them for a week straight with no answer and if someone did answer they would hang up. Finally, I decided to go in person and I was waiting for 10 minutes in the drive thru with no one in front of me and pressing the call button and pharmacists kept walking by not paying attention with no one in the store either. When they finally came they told me they didn't have my prescription of birth control that was sent a week ago and they wouldn't have it till Monday because it got discontinued. I proceeded to ask them to call other stores because I needed to take my birth control on Sunday and they sent me to a store saying they had it there when they actually did not. When I was at this new store they sent me to another location that actually had the birth control and told me that the original CVS would send the prescription over to wait 15 minutes and it would be ready. When I get to the 3rd CVS they told me they had no prescription and when they called the original CVS I went to they never answered. Horrible customer service and laziness is not acceptable when it deals with someone else's life and medication. They need to seriously reconsider what they're doing here. read more

HANDS-DOWN WORST CVS PHARMACY. Their system is ALWAYS down. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. During the past week alone, I was placed on hold for 42 minutes, only to have someone pick up the phone, said they didn't realize I was on hold, and then hang up without bothering to return my call. When I finally got a hold of them after a series of failed attempts, the technician confronted me with a condescending attitude, having the audacity to go so far as to say that she "didn't know why I needed my medication just yet" because I must have "lost quite a few pills then" -- baseless and completely unwarranted statements such as these are entirely inappropriate and offensive, particularly when they imply that you must have been involved in some illegality if you needed your medication sooner than usual. To make matters better, when I finally did go to pick up my prescription, they couldn't find my medicine because their system was down. This has been a RECURRENT PROBLEM. Safe to say, my family and I will never be using this pharmacy and recommending everyone to save their time and STAY AWAY. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in all of Miami. Avoid at all costs! We have given this pharmacy numerous tries as it is the closest to our house. RX called and electronically sent in are never found (different doctors, different occasions!). Have to persist and beg for them to look for them. Literally getting texts from the pharmacy that RX is ready, but then when we go to the store they can't even find them. Bad attitude from pharmacy personnel as well, even while we remain polite despite the stupidity occurring. Last week I came here 2 days after RX called in and they couldn't find it, swore it wasn't called in. 2 days after that I get text alert that it's ready. Come in 2 days later "you don't have any prescriptions ready." Have to show them RX from portal. Same story every time. Oh and then they told me I had no insurance! CVS, do better! read more

I'm so disturbed and upset right now, I actually downloaded Yelp for the purpose of writing THIS review. I'm not exaggerating when I claim that my prescriptions have NEVER been ready when promised. I called yesterday to check on the status of my daughter's prescription and the automated service said it was in process and would be ready at 11:00 pm. Rather than drive there today, I called to confirm, and just as I expected, it's still "being processed." I have NEVER been able to get someone on the phone. I've been on hold and driven to the actual pharmacy, still on hold and still no answer. The service is ridiculously awful!!! I will never fill a prescription here again. read more

It has 3 different entrances on 3 different streets, so I can go back home through the back streets and not have to get on main streets. What's going to happen with the shortage the masks in general (specifically N-95 masks) that help prevent the coronavirus infection? Today (2-27-20) I went to this CVS at 7:30 am to buy a couple of these masks (I had been told the truck with merchandise would come in overnight) and to my surprise I couldn't find any of these masks, I asked one of the attendants about the masks and she said that a guy had come in at 3:00 am and purchased all the masks that came in with the overnight shipment......knowing the deficit of the N-95 masks in general, why would this company would allowed one customer to buy all the masks in the store at once? Shouldn't this company limit the amount of units one can buy of this highly demanded item? The regular price of a box that brings two of these masks is around $9.00 but in the very few places you find them on the Internet they costs around $20.00......I am trying to call people's attention to this matter because unfortunately some people are taking advantage of horrible situations like what the corona virus can bring upon us we should really join forces and try to stop things like this from happening read more
