We brought our 1 year old for photos, a service this CVS actively advertises. Instead of even attempting to do their job, they flat out refused service, claiming that "at that age it's too difficult." No effort. No flexibility. No professionalism. Just excuses. The person in charge, George, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This is not how anyone, especially a manager or supervisor should treat paying customers. If a service is too much "work" for your staff, then don't offer it. Simple. Customer service here is clearly an afterthought. The attitude was lazy, condescending, and completely out of line.
