I sympathize with homeless people because I know we are going through rough times but having a homeless man blowing his nose (without paper), sick as could be right by the registers where I must go to pay is not ok with me. And against state mandates from Deatsantis, they opened it up to teachers under 50. The process was fairly easy to set up online. I got to my appointment a little early and was able to check in by the front door. Wait a little while, they call you in to a little section back by the pharmacy. This is the closest CVS to me, but its definitely not the best CVS that I've been to. The line always seems to be super long and I can never find what I came in there for. My insurance has CVS as a preferred pharmacy so I go to the pharmacy sometimes. The lady who checks me out is always nice, but I've had issues with the person who looks up your prescription and crosses it with your insurance... they've given me blatantly inaccurate information before. Bonus though- they accept Apple Pay now, so if I just want some candy or gum, they don't let me down. read more

Last night oct 31 at 10:30 pm more or less . The cashier lady was amazingly good ! I came with lot of things to pay with ebt , and peronal things and in the was i requested to register my things , first food , then the rest . To play 2 diferent bills , she was , nice , kind , took the time to make sure everything was well register and discounts were being made . With the rest of things were register she look for the coupons from the food i pay and SHE ROCKS !!! Finding me 7 dolars discount . Line was getting big and the soeed was correct , not making me feel mmbad or that rush , it was perfect . I was looking for a hose for a CPAP machine. The first person that I spoke to in the pharmacy apparently didn't speak much English. She didn't even know what a CPAP machine was. I asked to speak to another person and she put me on hold. Noone ever answered. I hung up and called again. Same person. Back on hold , but someone finally answered. WORST CVS PHARMACY EXPERIENCE. My doctor's office placed a 3 Month Supply order Monday and were told it'd be "ready in 15 minutes." I tried picking them up 2 hours later and was told to pick them up Tuesday. I went this afternoon and was asked to wait 15 minutes to prepare them. This is so Bushleague!! Later, I checked contents only to find out I got only 45 pills instead of the 135 specified (90 Day Supply) Additionally, they gave all 45 pills on a kind I couldn't divide in half, as required. Amateurs!!!! This got to be the WORST CVS in Continental United States. A simple 3 month sypply which I need to take 1.5 pills and must break on in half and they gave me only 45 units of a pill I simply couldn't split in half. ANORMALES!! This CVS PHARMACY failed to provide 90 day supply, ignored to provide a type of pill I could devide, but worst, they failed to ask customer if I would be willing to accept/take less than the amount specified on prescription. Welcome Miami. The sad reality in this town is that Customer Service doesn't exist. It's got to be the water. I just called them and male Pharmacist had every excuse in the book. Impossible to get a hold of this pharmacy via telephone and constantly getting hung up on.

This CVS is a better location in the northern gables area with much more efficient service and overall functionality. Most of the employees are bilingual which is important to the community it serves. Whether it's just a quick stop for a single item or when you have to pick up several essentials-they often have everything you need and more without taking up too much of your precious time. The parking lot is pretty spacious which is easy to access even during busier hours. Plenty of the items in the cosmetics department have perks with huge discounts on certain items so keep an eye out for them. Everything you need when it comes to medicine, bath items, cards, or even photo services are easily facilitated here. It beats going to the grocery store and is open 24/7 which is perfect for those late night purchases. read more

This location just got a makeover! All new carpets, racks signage and displays. They have been working on it for awhile, but now everything seems completed. It looks much nicer and cleaner inside. The new layout makes things more spacious and inviting. You aren't just greeted with racks of stuff when the doors swoosh open. They also have a Red Box outside so if you are looking for somewhere to pick up or drop off a movie this is the place. read more

Nothing unique exists in this pharmacy. The bathrooms are consistently filthy. The majority of pharmacist never appear joyful and are not particularly amiable. Nevertheless, despite all of CVS' drawbacks, they have one outstanding pharmacist! He's extremely kind and considerate all the time! I only continue to fill my medications here because of him. read more

We were very hesitant to do our COVID Vaccine shot but we knew it was time to get it done. We are truly grateful for Lulu Suarez the registered nurse. She was amazing! She explained the entire processes to us and put us at ease. She took the time out of her busy schedule as the line was long to put us at ease. Her technique was precise and we didn't feel anything. I'm pretty sure the lady was lying when she said the camera to take passport pictures was broken. They are too lazy to take the picture and print the passport photo.
