Prescription send last Friday I stop today is Monday. Prescription was not ready but terrible news after waiting 15 minutes they informed that didn't have inventory. No notification. I wasted my time gas. Closing at noon ? Why supermarkets don't close and CVS pharmacies do. Lots of young girls lack of organization. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. Every time I come to pick up a prescription it is a problem. I can never have an easy transaction. I also speak in English and they reply in Spanish. They are slow as molasses with no care of the long line. They never apologize for not having prescription ready or any inconvenience. I hate coming here! I need to find a better pharmacy!! read more

I called the pharmacy at 7pm, an hour prior to closing, someone finally answered at 730. Understandable that it's busy since it is after work. All I called was to confirm if my medication was ready for pick up. At 730 someone answered just to put my call back on hold and never return to the call. I just needed a yes or no answer so I know to go in tomorrow so I don't waste anyone's time waiting in person but the person who put me on hold the seemed as it was inconvenience that I called. What a wast of an hour holding for a yes or no answer. I hope this gets to a manager! read more

I am extremely happy and pleased with the service at this CVS. I went inside and tried to look by myself to what I was going to buy and since I didn't find it I went and asked the two ladies that work there. They were nice and told me where to find it. I got what I needed and I went to pay so the same lady helped me out to move on the line and pay. Then I was having some trouble with my account and she immediately noticed and came to help. Stores like this are meant to fill a need. The need is "I am in a hurry and I will overpay for items because I'm in a hurry". I found the items that I needed and they had only one cashier working. The cashier was a hipster teenager wearing a hat and a mask and moving as slow as molasses in January. Someone from the management team assured me to the self check out. Self check out is a great way to illuminate jobs for humans. At this point I don't care anymore, because most humans are apparently incapable of operating a cash register. The self checkout did not work. One of my items required cashier assistance so a light came on and the recording was played loudly. No help came. I spoke to a male standing behind the counter and asked if he worked there. He was wearing a white shirt and the buttons were open down to his waist so we got a nice view of his bare chest. His open toed sandals completed the look of "quality and credibility and cleanliness". He replied that he does not work there now. Why the foxtrot was he standing behind the counter? I got back into line and after seven minutes gave up and left. Well I would much rather provide jobs to humans, CVS again does not earn my business. I will go online to the one famous name that seems to have everything at the best price delivered to my door and I do not have to deal with idiots. read more

This has to be the most inconvenient pharmacy I have ever been to. Whoever is in charge of the pharmacy has a really great way of scheduling you to pick up your prescription. This has been the 4th time I have an issue here. I got there at 3:30 PM for him to let me know that my prescription will be ready at 6 PM. I then returned at 6:30 for him to tell me that I have to wait until tomorrow. He also advised that I should go back to Walgreens. read more

This is the 3rd time I went to cvs and the service was horrible. We went to cvs 10201 Hammocks Blvd #112 Miami Fl 33196 305 386 8381 We bought lots of makeup. Cashier name Liliana did not apply the 3 off coupon. We review the receipt twice to make sure another cashier name Camilo said he will help, he stated he had to refund two products first. Than charge again the two make up product and apply the coupon. We were the only one in line at the time. He started the process. Another customer walked behind me. He stoped and ask in Spanish, do you need help, she stated yes but I'm going to the self check out, he left me & the register. Went to self check out and took 15 min to help the customer that was behind me. After he finish he cane back to me and finish the $3 discount. Not sure why he left me standing their. But it was not fair. I gave him a smile and said thank you & have a great day. Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe it was discrimination. This is not the first time it happen at CVS. read more

Staff is very nice and welcoming. There makeup selection is not well stocked and what they do have has been opened and tested by other people. FYI everyone, if you don't like the cosmetics you've purchased for any reason you can return it with your receipt. I wish they would restock the cosmetics for the weekend shoppers :( I spend quite a bit money there, so it would be nice to have a better selection available. read more
