Wish I could give this store a zero star review! Been calling the pharmacy at all hours 5 days ago to follow-up on the status of my child's prescription. Each time I call, I'm put on hold without any person even speaking to me and then ultimately after around 30 minutes or more, they pick up the call and hang up on me. Decided I'd call the store to speak to the manager and she barely knew sufficient English to tell me her name. She just transferred me back to the pharmacy, and of course nobody answered my call. This place has been in the background for years. This is a small Walgreens. It's in a weird location. However, this pharmacy carries a certain pizzazz. The people in the pharmacy are always laughing, good vibes and friendly. It's like a little bit like old school friends. They remember your name and they willing to help. You feel like family. I have experienced long waits at the pharmacy at times, both inside and drive through. But honestly, I've had that at other pharmacies too. I've always had pleasant experiences with the staff. I just want to say I am so glad a 24hr Walgreens is available nearby because it's so helpful to get access to medication at all hours of the day (and night) especially when you have a sick toddler. They've got a good selection of children's medication by the pharmacy (you'd think it would be by the entrance with the aisle of baby things but it's not). We walked in some time close to 11pm so the pharmacy was closed. Checking out was a breeze and the woman at the counter was warm and friendly. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. After being a customer for over 5 years, the incompetence keeps getting worse and so does the customer service. One of the male staff has charged me for things I didn't purchase at the pharmacy drive through twice already. I've had to check all receipts before leaving. The wait is typically bad and to make matters worse, they don't care if the medication isn't available although you have email confirmation that it is ready for pick up. The worst in service!!! Was in a hurry driving my wife to work when she needed Nexium. The Nexium is locked which is weird in my book. Pushed the help button several times and waited nobody came. Pretty good Walgreens. I'm pretty much a fan of every Walgreens. They have pretty much anything you need. From gifts to snacks to toys. Your basic one stop shop. The employees here are all very nice and helpful. The one thing I don't like is the pharmacy very slow service. Especially when you drive up. And they are pretty rude sometimes. They see you waiting there in your car. And they don't even acknowledge you. You would think they would at least say, "be right with you" but nope they just leave you hanging there. The typical neighborhood store. Really like that employees acknowledge your presence saying hi as soon as walking in. Always asking if need help finding something. Nice experience during visits that are usually briefs and in a rush. Nice people. Offers weekly specials and very convenient 24hrs operation and delivery of medicines because the drive thru it's a complete nightmare, long lines that move excessively slow. This Walgreens is open 24 hours the store but not the pharmacy. It would be a great thing if the pharmacy opens 24 hours as well. The service is average compared to 10 years ago when the employees were more friendly and more professional. The prices are not very competitive compared to other stores/pharmacies in the area. Many items are overpriced. The weekly offers/specials are not as attractive as they used to be. I bought a bag of chocolates and they were old like if they had had the bag on stock for too long. I've been here many times, the location is great. They have great toy sections for the kids. I am especially grateful to "Osmar", one of the employees at the pharmacy. He had my three year olds prescription ready in 3 minutes! I called when I was in the drive thru and couldn't even remember my daughters insurance card from how sleep deprived I was! He helped me pull up the babies insurance information on the computer and as soon as I realized I had the card all along, he politely laughed and said "don't worry, we got you covered". He had everything ready by the time I got to the front of the drive thru. This may not seem like a big deal to most, but I can't tell you how many times I've had to go through a huge difficulty due to inconsistency or carelessness from the employees. Customer service isn't easy to find anymore. Very glad this Walgreens has great employees like this guy. read more

The ladies working here are very nice. The problem is that I was buying 2 eyeliners, that were advertised as being "buy 1, get 1 50% off". After my purchase I realized I was charged full price. When I brought it to her attention, she couldn't ring up the return correctly. She was trying to refund each liner separately, giving me only the cost back without the tax for each, then wanted to charge me again (of course that means I'm paying the tax twice) I asked for a manager, but she was no help. I was owed $5.77, though she first tried giving me only $3 & change. I finally left with a $5 & instead of trying to explain, said they could just keep my $.77, lol...I needed to get out of there already. read more

This is the worst Walgreens I've been too!! Not only do they put people in the front not knowing a single word of English,but no respect for your items you're purchasing!! I told the lady "2nd account" and she put whatever! I said It's suppose to be the second account she didn't have a clue on what I was saying! The pharmacy is awesome. I recently needed my prescriptions filled immediately due to severe pain and the young guy working there was ao helpful and fast in getting me what I needed. I really wish I had gotten his name. The rest of the pharmacy staff are always helpful too. Just found out they have free delivery. Will be trying this out very soon. read more
