The GM was just standing by the entrance on his phone while an employee, Claudia B. was doing her very best to help multiple customers in line and what my wife tried to buy was apparently removed from inventory; but left on the shelf. So in the end, we waited in line and went through three separate transaction attempts to ultimately end up not being able to complete our purchase. This is a 24 hour cvs pharmacy. Always stocked in every thing. Except for this valentine's day 2022. I went after wound the shelf were empty. I understand it's busy cause of valentine's day, totally reasonable. I saw they had extra staff working to take care of this busy day. The manager was trying to move out merchandise and fill up th empty shelves. To my surprise when it was time to check out the two self check out where working and two cashier at the register. Of course the two girls working on the register were not working at all but just talking to each other!! The line was long and they ignored every one. Customer were going to the self check out. I asked them if they are working or is the register open??? No answer, too busy talking!! There are many sections in CVS, but this review focuses only on the prices of their vitamins, and I think their prices are simply ridiculous. There is a certain item that I buy online for $13 and they sell it for $30. I know their items are typically on sale, buy 2 get 1 free, or buy 1 get 1 free, but it still is over priced. I typically try to buy locally to keep the stores open so they can provide jobs, but they seriously need to revisit the prices of their vitamins. For now I simply stay away from that section. It just baffles and frustrates me. read more

They closed the CVS on 97th Ave and 88th which I happily used for over 30 years and redirected customers to the one on 107th Ave and 88th St. However they did not properly staff the pharmacy to handle the work load. Had to deal today with a pharmacist that was clearly frustrated with his coworkers and workload. He was also inefficient as he was the only one filling prescriptions yet was out in the floor looking for Voltarin for a customer. He should let someone else help find over the counter products and concentrate on filling prescriptions. read more

I went to this cvs last night to pick up my ups package. Huge line, they had everyone checking themselves out. I even saw a CUSTOMER grabbing change out of the cash box. I was floored. Anyway, I see the line so I go to where the packages are left and notice that my package is right on the counter where anyone can just grab it and walk out. It's funny vecahse EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an ups package sent there they complain that it wasn't delivered when they can't find it and 2 minutes later they do find it. Seems as if being a UPS access point at that store is not a good idea since the employees always roll their eyes and get frustrated when you ask them for your package. This is why I am complaining. This is a constant attitude from all the employees when you go to get a package. Well, I decided since there was a long line to pay so I get my package and take it to the guy to scan. I was only there to get my package not to buy so why should I have to wait the line? Well, I take it to him and let him know why I was there and that I brought up my package for him to scan thinking I was helping. Oh no, he went off. Speaking to me as if I was a child telling me I can't get the package because they need to scan it even tho there was NOBODY ELSE AT THE COUNTER. Also, this is mine and I PAID FOR it. Legally I can take it and they cannot stop me. If I wouldn't have gone up to the guy, he wouldn't have known I took my package. I explained that the line was long and this way he doesn't have to go in search anyway my package was right in the counter. He proceeded to tell me to return to the counter with my package. I said the same thing that the package was right there unsupervised. And I have the right to grab the package I paid for and has MY NAME on it. Basically he spoke to me as if I were a child. I'm Cuban and this man that doesn't speak a lick of English has the audacity to speak to me as if I was below him. At this point I'm just staring at him because I'm thinking this is gonna continue back and forth and I just wanted out. I wanted to go home after working my full time and part time jobs. Well, he ended up calling another guy to scan my package. I told the guy that they should care for the packages better since anyone can grab it and walk out. These packages do not have alarms on them. I was so insulted and bothered. I felt as if I was scolded by my teacher. This individual conveniently did not have a name tag. I wasn't even sure he worked there. Regardless to say i changed my ups access point so I can rest assured my packages are safe and I won't be belittled. I just got off the phone with CVS corporate. I filed a complaint against the store and now I'm waiting for a UPS rep. I will not let this go. People need to speak to everyone with respect and dignity. This ain't the first time I get some kind of attitude from the employees. This man crossed the line and I do not wish for another person to leave feeling embarrassed, belittled, or dumb because a self-righteous store clerk that thinks he's God because he has the keys to a store. Give me a break! What's actually not surprising is the fact that this store has a 2 star rating and I've already read reviews about how rude the clerks are. read more

I have been on hold now for thirty five minutes for the Pharmacy. I used their third party delivery service and received an email from CVS stating the order was picked up for delivery, but when I called the store at 4:30 pm, the automated system said I had one prescriptions ready for pick up. I requested to speak to a pharmacy associate and they said it was packed and ready for pickup by their 3rd party delivery service. It is now 7:32 pm, no delivery and on hold for 42 minutes ever though I can hear the staff talking. Very bad customer service. I would never recommend their store. read more

National chain pharmacy, OMG no masks enforcement. Yesterday I was in for a prescription for my daughter. At approximately 9pm the line to pick up was near the entrance door, can you imagine 15 people and the only had 1 person at the counter. The customer in front of me had 11 prescriptions, the only had 6 ready, the customer was so mad, " why do you call me if you don't have all ready" I over heard she was born in 1935 that means she is in her high 70' . So inconsiderate. That place is a mess . I waited long enough that I observed that the excessive merchandising center isle. Not a pleasant experience. 2.5 hours. If you can. Move your prescriptions to another place, I'm moving all to Walgreens or publix. read more

This is just not acceptable when your child is sick! Today, I had snother experience.I used their delivery service. The delivery took 2 days. On dsy 2 I tracked the order and it said it attempted to deliver buthad no access to my address. I live in a single family home withno gates. There are no access problems. When Ucalled the CVS pharmacy as per their instructions I was place on hold for 40 min. I had to hangup. This is medication for a sick person not food. How this CVS has more than one star is BEYOND me. The pharmacy here is probably the absolute worst I've ever come across. Every single time I have called to speak to a pharmacist, after waiting for serval minutes, they hang up the call. To the point where I have driven to this location just to ask a question because it is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. On more than one occasion they have told me that they don't have my script from the Dr., again have had to go in in person to have them physically look and SURE ENOUGH the script was under their nose the entire time. On top of the clearly not being able to handle the load at this store, almost every pharmacist I've unfortunately had to deal with has the most awful customer service. I wish I could take my business to the Walgreens down the street but unfortunately they won't accept my insurance. read more

This is a poorly run pharmacy for vaccinations. The appointments online are completely worthless. Appointments begin as early as 6am, but the pharmacy doesn't open until 8am. I arrived for my appointment 15min early, as suggested. I was told the pharmacy would not open until 8 and that I should return later, but to try to get there early because the lines get long. I asked if I could bypass the line if I had an appointment. I was told that everyone who has an appointment must come back and just wait in line irrelevant if appointment time. I understand if the pharmacy hours have to be limited, but then don't take appointments. I wish I could give them zero stars. read more

By far the worst CVS pharmacy. EVERY SINGLE time I go to pick up a prescription, I'm waiting in line for at least 15 minutes and on top of that my prescriptions are never ready. I'm always instructed to wait 10 minutes for them to fill the prescription and it ends up turning into 30 minutes, not including the 15 minutes waiting in line to first be attended. It really amazes me. My prescription was called in 2 weeks ago and when I go to pick it up , it was yet to be filled. Don't even try to call the pharmacy because you'll be on hold at least ten minutes (I say "at least" because I hang up after that time period). If you go in person to get your prescription you'll be waiting in line and even if you've been told your prescription is ready there's a good chance it is not. Very poorly run store. Sells the usual CVS type stuff (i.e pretty much everything) but the Pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. A typical scenario involves standing in line for extended periods while the staff take their sweet time filling prescriptions. Another big issue for me is that I have consistently asked this CVS to stop refilling my prescriptions automatically and having their robot call repeatedly & tell me I need to go pick it up. I refill my prescriptions when it is convenient for ME, not for the staff at CVS. Multiple requests to remove me from this 'ready-fill' system have been ignored so now I'm taking my business next door to Publix. read more

Rarely have a script ready in a reasonable amount of time and regularly "didn't receive the prescription from the doctor"...yet they always find it later. Always a long line. This morning around 12am I entered CVS the one at 107th and Kendall Dr. (9031 SW 107th Ave. Miami, Florida) and the employee name Juan came up to me start accusing me for stealing. He told me that I go to store daily and steal from. I told him that I never in my life that I stoled from them and he told me that I put the items in pockets and my pockets are NOT big enough to put anything in them besides from my phone and my wallet and car keys. And then he says the next time I go to CVS that he will call the mall security and the cops on me. So I left the store when he told me that and I went to Walgreens to purchase the things that I needed that I was going to buy at CVS.
