do NOT go to this CVS! the manager is a total jerk and harassed me for no reason! He accused me of opening a product when it was very clearly NOT opened! he was extremely aggressive and accusatory, and when i asked him to come check i was telling the truth and did NOT open it, he verbally harassed me and accused me of lying while refusing to even check if the product was open like he said, which let me remind you, it was not. i was 15 feet away from him as well, not anywhere near close. I'm a young woman minding my business, purchasing some cheap nail polish for a day at the pool. We have had our family's Rx at this location for years. We have put up with a lot. Lost Rx. Long waits. Crazy hours. Rude service. But this one broke my loyalty. Dropped off Rx for after surgery meds. 30 minutes they tell me. Ok. They are busy and short handed. Give 'em a break eh? Return 40 minutes later (give them some extra time). At window. I see them walking around, even look at me. Come on I am here 2x month. BUT today no acknowledgement. Not even their typical excuse. 25 minutes before I get a "can I help you?" Are you kidding me???? Enough is enough. No apology. No excuse about how busy and short handed they are. Just about toss the pills at me. Be gone! I may just be a dad with a wife and six kids. This location officially sucks. They broke me. Move your Rx to Walgreens on Pheasant Branch. We all deserve friendly, helpful service. This CVS location is off my list. read more

We came to Wisconsin Dells for a week vacation , we needed to get a refill on a prescription. It was an hours drive each way to get it. It really is very to believe that there isn't one in Wisconsin dells. Their customers are treated like red headed stepchildren having to drive that far to fill a prescription. I was told by the attendant who helped with my COVID test that my results would be back in 1-2 days. She handed me a testing information sheet that said my results will be back in 1-2 days. After two days I call, and they say oh no that's wrong it takes 2-3 days. It's been 3 days now with no results. I call again at noon. They say they should be in by 5:00pm. It's 5:35pm. Don't ever go here for a COVID test. They will waste your time and prevent you from spending time with your friends while you wait. Go to Walgreens or literally anywhere else. read more

Our medicare part D plan changed our pharmacy to CVS. w We live in Middleton and now have used this CVS several times. Previously we went to WalMart and Walgreen's. Our experience has been outstanding. Convenient location, well laid out store, but most importantly, great people who are extremely helpful. Especially at checkout, the staff is always looking at ways to save you money. The pharmacy is good; fortunately my wife and I only have 1 prescription medication each so not vast experience there. Immunizations are easy and much less expensive than getting at doctor's office. I had never been to CVS before, but I am extremely happy our drug insurance switched us to this particular CVS. Great improvement over our previous pharmacies. read more

If my insurance didn't require me to use this pharmacy, I would never set foot in it. For a national chain, their supply of "in store" drugs is limited, thus EVERYTHING has to be ordered. When they call around to other CVS stores, they don;t have the drugs either. Orders are not filled in a timely manner, and the staff are unfriendly. There is little communication between staff memebers, so the call you placed yesterday, no one knows about today. Each trip in turns into a marathon visit, becuase no one knows what the heck they are doing. read more

Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. Their hours are ridiculous. Occasionally we run into a helpful soul, but most of the time they are just not willing to help resolve insurance issues or follow up with doctors office on reimbursement issues. Sad that we have spent 3 years trying to make this place work for us as they are close to our house but time to move on. read more

I've been going to CVS here in Middleton for over a year now after switching from Walgreens. I much prefer CVS because the wait is never as long at check outs, nor going through drive up window. I don't feel like CVS is a big corporation because of the way clerks and pharmacists interact with me and assist me. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to help me a couple of times with some issues with insurance and prescription faxes from the doctors. I also like that CVS doesn't sell tobacco products. read more

I am not against national chains and I like the convenience of a CVS always being nearby where I am. The Middleton store however is not up to par with the other CVS stores I have experienced. Seemingly lazy staff with poor attitudes are the norm rather than the exception. If you can you another location I would. CVS in other locations has been great. read more

I shop at both the CVS on Century Avenue, and the Walgreens on Branch Street, both in Middleton. Between the two, my own experience has been great at the CVS - friendly, knowledgeable staff and helpful pharmacists. The store is conveniently located, clean and well lit and I have always found what I need there, both for medications and general supplies. As for pricing, if one uses their CVS points card, you're guaranteed exceptional discounts - I currently have 3 coupons for cash off merchandise: $10.00, $5.00 and $2.00. read more

Pharmacists are overall not customer friendly, rushed and not very accurate. When I went to pick-up new prescription the pharmacist gave me my prescription w/o asking if I had previously taken the prescription or asking in I had any questions. When I told her I had never taken the prescription before, she said "Oh", and then gave me info on it. I have arthritis and I can't open the standard Rx lids: luckily I checked my prescription refill bottle because they had neglected to record my need for an alternate lid on my file. Corporate may want to figure out what's the problem with this store. read more
