Prices are great too -- often better than the big-box stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it's clear they care about their customers. It has that old-school, neighborhood hardware store feel that's getting hard to find these days. The only thing to keep in mind is their hours -- it's a small operation, so sometimes they close early or aren't open when you expect. Every time I've gone in someone has greeted me and asked if I needed any help. This past Saturday I literally brought my TV with me because I can't find the proper screws for the base. A younger guy took the screw I had most recently purchased (my 3rd attempt), sized it and then took several attempts to find the correct screw. He was running in and out of the store to fit it on the TV (never ended up finding it). At one point another guy was helping us too. This type of service would NEVER happen at the big box stores or even most of the small-town stores. Very appreciative and will visit this store before I go into town to the big box store!
