They wait until after you arrive to fill a prescription (even when it's called in days in advanced) which has made me late for work multiple times (waiting over 30 min). When I order it to have it delivered, I don't get my prescription, and I don't receive anything telling me it's late or not coming, it's like I'm just overlooked. I've brought this to their attention and nothing. No apology and no acknowledgement. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere which is sad being this is the only pharmacy near me.

It's not because it is tiny nor is it because of the cool retro music, it is because of the people. They are absolutely wonderful! If they do not have a medication that you need, You can order it and it will be there first thing in the morning. Everyone who works there is absolutely happy and friendly to see you! It is definitely the "mom-and pop" establishment and home, but it feels so great to be served by people who care for you and show it. They remember you by first name. They ask how you are convalescing. They are non-judgmentaI have felt a feeling of compassion when you are on certain medications that might be controversial. Because I am African - American and female, I have been treated badly at some major pharmacies, but at this little pharmacy, the ladies are welcoming and Wonderful. My daughter has a rare disease as a result she has a lot of prescriptions, and a lot of medications that the doses get messed with to keep her stable. Tom and his staff always go out of their way to make sure that we always have the right medications and that we don't run out. This means a lot of extra work for them staying on top of which prescription is correct and making sure we have refills. We also deal with a lot of out of state doctors who have to have their prescriptions authorized by our pediatrician. Tom and his staff makes it very easy and a lot less hassle for me dealing with managing my daughter medications.

Filled the prescription after I apologized at least three times for showing up just before closing and he continued to let me know that he had nothing better to do than to reopen up his register and to wait on a customer and he had nothing better to do on his Saturday afternoon then to wait on somebody like me wow all I can say is I let him know again that I was sorry for the fifth time and that I would not be going there again.
