I had a scheduled appointment through the app and was annoyed that I would have to literally go buy my own filter, especially since the app didn't tell me that they had no filters. So I wasted my gas to come up there, leave and go buy a filter and come back. I asked them if my price would be comped or if I would be given a discount and was uncaringly told NO! I protested and was led to talk to a automotive manager named Tom. When I got to him, he wouldn't even come out and talk to me and relayed his message to me through a cashier. She told me that he said there was nothing that they could do! It was really shitty that he didn't have the balls to talk to me in my face and furthermore, how is it fair that I waste my gas, go buy an oil filter and no one credits me anything for what I spent?! I wasn't asking for the gas I wasted-just to be compensated for the money that I spent because they didn't have the part that THEY needed to complete my oil change. In any event, I have got past oil changes from them, tires and had work done there for years and this is how they treated me! Hell will freeze over before I ever use their automotive services again!

My daughter has a rare disease as a result she has a lot of prescriptions, and a lot of medications that the doses get messed with to keep her stable. Tom and his staff always go out of their way to make sure that we always have the right medications and that we don't run out. This means a lot of extra work for them staying on top of which prescription is correct and making sure we have refills. We also deal with a lot of out of state doctors who have to have their prescriptions authorized by our pediatrician. Tom and his staff makes it very easy and a lot less hassle for me dealing with managing my daughter medications.

Over the last several years, I have endured painful medical problems. The doctor I was seeing at…read morethe time had prescribed me pain killers that I continued taking, under their supervision, for several years to deal with the constant pain I was in. I finally realized the effects these drugs were having on my body and decided to ask the doctor to take me off of them. They then sent me to a specialist who prescribed me Suboxone. The years of taking pain medication had caused me to be extremely dependent on them and that was not how I wanted to live my life. I have been taking suboxone and it has saved my life. However, This pharmacy treats patients on this drug as addicts. They have no respect. They seem to think that just because you take this medication that you must be some sort of junkie (which I am absolutely not) Every time I leave after picking up my prescription, I feel so terrible and judged. I have heard them snicker about people on suboxone behind their backs. The staff here needs to get some class. Not everyone on this medication is an abuser. I certainly do not abuse my medication and I know that there are people out there that probably do. Bottom line is P&S staff needs to stop judging people based on their prescriptions and do their freakin job. I am not one to ever post such comments on YELP but constantly being treated this way has made me very angry at the staff. I will absolutely be transferring to a different pharmacy. There must be one out there whose staff has compassion and enjoys their work and helping people. I will never be back here. Smiling in your face and then snickering behind your back (even as you walk out of the store) is horrible!!!!!! They obviously need to find a job that suits their high school behavior.
