I explained to the employee that I was told this sale is over, but there is another sign here, so did the sale start again? He comes to look at it, doesn't find any dates, so he goes back behind the register. Rings up my stuff, discount does not come off. I say, "oh well, must've been a leftover sign, guess it's still over. No big deal." At that moment, Mr Manager walks through, and the employee pointed out the sign to him. He looks at me, looks at my items, and gets NASTY. "We went through this yesterday, she knows that sale is over, I gave it to her yesterday, I'm not doing it again today! She knows!" (Keep in mind I NEVER asked for them to honor the sale, he just assumed and went crazy.) I say "I understand sir, I'm not trying to argue with you, I had just asked the employee if there was a new sale, since I saw the sign again." He goes "NO! It's an old sign, I gave it to you yesterday, not doing it again today, YOU KNOW THE SALE IS OVER!" During this entire exchange I never raised my voice, I never asked for anything, never demanded anything, I was perfectly fine paying full price. All I did was ask the employee if there was a new sale. Never in my life have I been treated that way over a $1.50 item. Nasty, rude, Jerk. And unfortunately it was completely unnecessary. They always pack it up, don't show it to you. etc. again, you get home and wind up throwing the meat out again. I pulled in and was immediately happy to see ultra cheap gasoline- so cheap I splurged and bought the better stuff that I'm *supposed* to be using in my engine... Cheap cost - clean station and easy in and out - seems like a good place to hit if you are in this area!

After driving 2 out-of-order gas pumps my fiancé and I became frustrated and we're finally ready to put the beautiful ultra gas into our Honda Fit™. We tried multiple cards and different forms of payment until it eventually telling us to see cashier. Keep in mind this is during a pandemic and we put our masks on and bravely take the trek to the cashier's station and to our dismay their was only a ghost. That ghost represented our empty, but once happy and full of life, feelings for this Valero. We will not be coming back until this is dealt with.
