Also, the pharmacy manager Epsy, tried to tell me my prescription couldn't be filled by insurance by the 11th when I know last month I picked it up on the 3rd, and I get a months worth of medication and supplies. Seeing I was already frazzled by them not having my supplies and how she spoke to me in my earlier yelp review. I feel like she lied to me to make me feel more crazy and said the insurance wouldn't cover it till the 11th which was a lie because I went and had both of my prescriptions filled at the beautiful Seldon Walgreens location And was able to pick up my prescription within an hour after dealing with this place and lady. The pharmacist manager's behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed a lack of regard for patient needs and pharmacy duty. I rely on this medication for my health and safety, and being denied accurate information and service was unacceptable.

How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. Angelina (something along those lines) comes up texting on her phone with her nasty ass attitude, just so rude so unpleasant & horrible customer service. Shaun mentioned the problem and she just had the most snippy responses and dry unpleasant attitude. I never do reviews but I had my son with me so I couldn't say how I felt to her so everyone else should know how miserable she was, she deserves to be demoted her position.
