Don't expect a Hello or a smile. 4. Have your insurance card handy but she won't bother asking for your ID. 5.She will give you a form to fill out, then disappear; making you once again, stand there waiting, and waiting, and waiting...she will mysteriously reappear when you finally complain LOUDLY. 6.The actual flu shot took all of 5 seconds...but why did it take 40 MINUTES?!?!?!
