Difficult to find a pharmacy employee with integrity. They'll say things like "I'll call you when your RX is ready" but then they don't call, and they wait until they see you standing in line to say "Oh, your RX is ready" after the had app informed me it was ready. They are simply unreliable and don't care about the pharmacy customers in my experiences. Fortunately, there's a really good employee named Michael, and if you can work with him, you'll get excellent service. In the retail section of the store, they can't seem to keep employees. And the employees who are there just don't want to work the cash registers. It's like they think you are a burden if you want to shop at their store. If you have Medicare Part D, the rates are lower at Kroger using the exact same Part D plan. read more

I've been going to CVS pharmacy for years to get my prescriptions refilled. Over the years I've met good pharmacist and techs. And I have met bad. But I felt compelled to leave a review based on the great service that I had at the Cvs over the past couple of weeks. I had recently changed medical insurance and was struggling to get prescription coverage with my temporary card. One of the Technicians, her name is Destiny, helped me over a period of three or four days. She even went as far as calling my medical insurance company to get the necessary codes after I had tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes. She has always taking the time with me and I never feel rushed to get out so she can move to next customer. read more

They close way too early to be a pharmacy and you have to wait forever for someone to come to the register. They have one speed and that's zero. read more

I came here to get my mother's prescription filled and found out that the script that costs $30 at Sav-mor would come to $100 at CVS. I then went to Kmart and got it filled for $30. Seriously, CVS, the pills were generic. How can you charge $70 more than two other pharmacies? Like Momma said, it pays to shop around! read more

This review is for the CVS located at 919 S. Monroe St in Monroe, MI. Every time I go to this CVS, the are no employees working at the registers, there's just one self checkout machine. Nobody will work the registers, they make everyone use the self checkout. And they ignore you unless you're having trouble with the self checkout, then they have no choice but to help you. I went to this CVS yesterday just to buy a birthday card. Someone was using the self checkout and it was taking forever because the machine wasn't working properly. An employee tried to help the customer with the self checkout, but even then they were having trouble trying to complete the self checkout transaction. It would've been so much quicker and easier for an employee void the self checkout transaction, open up a damn register and just check the customer out the old-fashioned way. But no, nobody would open up a register. They'd rather piddle around with the self checkout and inconvenience all the customers instead of opening up a register, ringing up our stuff for us and helping us get our stuff and get out. I got tired of waiting, put back the card that I was going to buy, and left. I'm fed up with this CVS location and their stupid insistence on making everyone use the one self checkout machine, and their unwillingness to do their jobs and ring up our transactions for us. I don't know if other CVS stores are like this, but I won't be going back to this one again. read more

I went to pick up my prescription tonight at 8:45...the pharmacy is open until 9. Walk up to the door, it doesn't open. Called the store was told the pharmacy changed hours - they now close at 8...I said since when? Was told three weeks ago! No notices are posted anywhere...no one said anything last week! WTF is wrong with this place? So here I go - a night with out being able to take in a full breath to sleep. I have never lived in such a crappy area where a CVS can make up their own hours, LaDeDa! read more

I like CVS drug stores. They are my second choice of go to pharmacies. This one is not convenient to me. I also prefer Walgreens reward program much more over the CVS reward program. This feels like a dark, dingy, and dirty store. Don't recall how old this store is but it could use some more natural lighting as well. Other than that again I do like CVS 2nd only to Walgreens. read more

The pharmacy is great, although occassionally understaffed during peak periods. Nichole is especially fantastic. Her customer service great!
